Had to work with this company concerning an auto accident. Some of the worst customer service imaginable. No follow ups on the claim. Even after leaving several voice mails, they still have the courtesy to not respond. The least they could do is call to follow up on what was going on. Good or bad. In the end I had to contact one of their managers and he was not helpful one bit. I get hit and I feel like I'm the bad guy here. Thanks. (I would have given a ZERO if that was possible) read more

I would like to start off by saying that I didn't go in here personally but my dad did and had a really great experience that he wanted me to write a review. Isabella is the young lady that helped him and he said that she's was super friendly and very helpful. He appreciated all the time she took and went above and beyond to help him find the best deal for our car insurance. I was on my way to Fredloya insurance that same day. I wanted to check this place out first and I'm glad I made the right choice. I honestly forgot the staff name that helped me out that day. Thanks for your help girl I'm a disabled person wheelchair user. She took her time and showed me my options to save and picked the insurance I wanted to be with. It was pretty fast and before I knew it I was leaving home with a big smile. Thanks to my awkward feelings about Fred Loya Insurance and the reviews people took their time to write about their experiences with companies mainly people. These guys/gals "Rock" literally. have to be honest, when shopping for insurance it can be mundane at times. They kept it very professional, easy to understand and explained my coverages all over the phone. And once in person they were able to help me even much better in all regards. See Diana for any questions along with Fernando whom i initially came in contact with. Wonderfull individuals down to earth not another insurance just trying to up sale and make a quick buck. So I passed by this place after going for hot wings. They have Great service here. The girl Isabella that helped me answered all my questions (and because of my poor record I had a lot) and she never seemed frustrated and helped me to understand everything I needed to know. Another awesome thing is that she'll sit with you and go through different options to find you the best affordable price and coverage. their sign used to say opens at 10, but now they're opened at 9 so I can swing by on my way to work and make a quick payment. Super satisfied not only with my coverage, but the service I am getting. read more

Great service. I called for a quote and was able to get a good price for my auto insurance. I walked in the next day to complete my transaction and the agent was very pleasant in helping me. If it's your first time I'd recommend walking in to get everything completed fast and also in case you have questions you can get them answered right then. read more

This Insurance company is HORRIBLE. My daughter was in an auto accident caused by someone insured by Infinity. No fault of my daughters and she had to have her car repaired using her own insurance. OVER 1 year later and Infinity has still not paid for her rental car expense or deductible. Do not buy insurance from this people. read more

I am very disappointed in this agency representing Mercury Insurance company. I have been a member of Mercury for over 21 years. I have never ever had my insurance cancelled. I purchase car insurance for my daughter. She has been a member of mercury for 9 years. Diana helped me with new policies for myself and daughter. Diana, drop the ball. She did not complete my daughters policy with proper paper work in specific the U45. This form was emailed to my daughter to sign and return., which my daughter signed and returned.Little did we know they have my full payment of six month insurance, when my daughter received a check in the mail June 8 2015 that her insurance was cancelled because she didn't returned this form U45. Keep in mind this form was emailed to her. Why cancelled her insurance 2 months before the renewal. This is scary finding out my daughter has been riding around since may 2015 with her insurance cancelled. I will not recommend this agency. They're very incompetent . I had to end my relationship with Mercury, because you just don't cancel my insurance when I paid the full 6 months up front. They claimed they mailed this form and cancellation but its all here say no proof . Just omit you really screw up. A heads up make sure all of your paper work is completed. Yes their prices are good, but do u know how much money I would have been out of because they refuse to complete their paper work. read more

Established in 1996.

We have been Infinity Insurance Agents for almost 17 years. Our business began in the City of Compton, inside a small beauty salon in the year of 1996. A year later in 1997 our business grew and our official office was opened in Compton. Later after that success, we opened another branch in the City of Inglewood in 2000 and now recently expanding and serving in the Wonderful City of Paramount in 2012.
