BEST OF THE BEST I went in on 4/22/24 to file my 2023 taxes due in part to my prior tax preparer being unavailable for the next 3 years after 20 years of this person doing my taxes. I'll tell you I was stressing and overwhelmed. I needed a person with lots of knowledge of 1099 exemptions and preparation. After days of searching and stressing I found this location. Fraud. Be careful when you file your taxes at this office, make sure you check the papers before you signed them because this people will steal your money. They use their own rooting number. This happened to my parents last year. They filed taxes at this office and until now they have not received their refund. I helped my parents checked the papers given by that people and the rooting number was not my parents number but this people rooting number. My parents received an IRS letter to show proof of identity. We called the office several times and that lady Stephanie was never available or out of the office. Fraud!! I had about 4 yrs doing my taxes here but the last year she manage to steal my money!! I confronted her it took me a while to get an hold of her because she would hide and would tell her workers to tell me that she was in the hospital!! She finally decided to contact me and all she told me it was that due to all COVID going on it was taking time for the IRS to get to everyone!! But after I got a letter from the IRS to show proof of identity I reach out to Stephanie again and she told me "it happens just sent what they are asking for" so I did! But to my surprise when I call the IRS to see what was going on they told me they had already given my money and when I looked at the routing number it wasn't mine!! So I confronted her once again and she told me we changed them to protect your identity you will get your money!! It's been 2 yrs and I know I won't see that money! safe to say I didn't file my taxes with her again! But I know that she did it to 2 other customers because one of the times I went to speak to her and she wasn't there they went for the same issue and when I asked them ti check the routing number it was the same as mine!! Ernesto had me and my coworkers all audited in 2020. Ernesto made a mistake on my refund. After a year in a half of attempts, I finally got a hold of an IRS rep. IRS rep told me that my refund amount was incorrect. After going back and forth with Ernesto, he finally took a closer look at his work and realized he messed up. He saw his mistake and blamed it on his software. I told him he's fool of excuses. Im still waiting on my 2021 return. I've attempted several times to get a hold of Ernesto but he doesn't respond or return my messages. I regret listening to my buddy who referred me to Ernesto. I rarely leave a bad review for any one but thesepeople have tested my patience in every sense. They promise something else when you talk to them over phone and then no response at all. I have been calling them everyday to get hold of my tax estimates and everytime this girl Mayra picks up the call and says we will send an email with the estimate information by EOD and then no email no response and when you call them the next day its the same story all over again. When I booked an online appointment as nothing was being done over emails and phone calls boom this lady denise does not show up for the zoom meeting and they did not even share the zoom meeting link with me. I had to call again to get the zoom link and its it then they tell me Dennise will be 10-15 mins late to the booked zoom call WHERE IS PROFESSIONALISM in this. They are fraud. read more

Had a really bad experience here. These guys canceled my car insurance out of the blue without notifying me, so I was driving around without insurance for months. I was only able to figure it out when I went to renew my registration. Thankfully I didn't get into an accident or was stopped by the police or I would have been screwed. I think the only people rating these guys highly are those that they haven't wronged YET. They messed up my tax returns in the most brain dead ways. First, they filled out my information incorrectly despite me giving them the correct information. It seems like small stuff until the IRS starts calling. After that, it was a pain to get a hold of them and get them to fix the mistakes that THEY themselves caused. They also entered incorrect information for my immigration documents, and made mistakes that could have possibly gotten me kicked out of the country for no other reason but their incompetence. Like I mentioned, getting them to fix their own mistakes was the biggest obstacle, they gave me a lot of attitude and basically tried to blame me for their mistakes. I feel bad because I recommended them to some of my friends and they've had similar experiences now. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! read more

Unless you want to receive a letter from the IRS saying you owe money due to false information being submitted, then this is the place for you. If you are involved in an auto collision make sure you do your part and research the coverage you have or else you'll find yourself in a situation where you're not covered at all.
