I had a great experience with them in helping me with my taxes for my last 7 years of taxes, the whole team is great! I was recommended to them and am still so thankful for that I will be going to them forever. Denise Stephany Ramirez has wealth of knowledge and experience that you do not find much these days. I would recommend them to anyone, if you take my advice please say hi to them for me. Thank You Much! Robert Finger read more

DO NOT COME HERE TO DO YOUR TAXES!!!! They will mess with your paperwork and you will end up paying the IRS money, I did my taxes with Stephanie and she put that I went to school and I did not, I did not even know she put that, I know a lot of people that have gone here and the IRS ends up coming back to them a year or two later, DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE IRS two years after doing your taxes with them, they are scammers. Yes you know who I am, Alejandra Sanchez and I did our taxes with you, and Alejandra and I ended up paying the IRS 3k, thanks to you, and you also did Sandra Nunez taxes and her family and you lied and put they used a babysitter and now her mom has to pay the IRS. read more

I had such a wonderful experience filing my taxes with Emperor Insurance. I highly recommend Emperor to anyone and everyone. I did my taxes with Stephanie and I will forever be grateful to her knowledge, expertise and advise. Because of her mastery in this field she got me an incredible refund which will help me and my daughters tremendously. I can say with confidence that she knows this business and can do it with her eyes closed. You get what you pay for and anyone under her that shes has trained will not let you down. The Ceo executive assistant, Janet L. was also knowledgeable, professional and kind. These are the types of humans you need on your side, trust that . Go to Emeperor Insurance in Bellflower, you will not regret it. Now I'm a life long customer and will be sending my family to them. read more

BEST OF THE BEST I went in on 4/22/24 to file my 2023 taxes due in part to my prior tax preparer being unavailable for the next 3 years after 20 years of this person doing my taxes. I'll tell you I was stressing and overwhelmed. I needed a person with lots of knowledge of 1099 exemptions and preparation. After days of searching and stressing I found this location. And I was not disappointed. When I walked it I was warmly greeted and offered a soda and chips. My info was entered and then I met with the professional herself. Denise Ramirez went over everything including deductions that made me feel comfortable. My results were terrific. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this business for all tax needs as well as many other services that they offer. Thank you so much Denise. You are the best! See you next year. read more

Every year I come to do my taxes at Emperor Insurance and every year the customer service is immaculate! Janet and Mayra greeted me with a smile and were super patient even though they had a lobby full of clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else, but here! Thank you so much for your long working hours during tax season! :) read more

I've been coming here for 5 years now and I've been nothing but impressed. I recommend coming here! Everyone at the front desk is amazing.

I'll keep my review short and sweet: I received great customer service over the phone! I needed to make a switch from Mercury Insurance and they were able to help me and work with my budget to get me a good deal that worked for me. Thank you! read more

Stephany is truly helpful when it comes to filing tax forms. She always helps my mom file her taxes and it's been a smooth sail ever since. Only minor issue was the insurance they offer, which is terrible. I had to deal with the agents there since they were of no help to me at all. Overall, the tax service is great, just avoid the car insurance. read more

I usually fiel my taxes online but I decided to go here since there were a few changes since last year And they made it easy and stress free I was nervous to go since I know some places charge a lot but they were reasonable and the service was great My bf and his family all go here and they all love it here too read more

Fraud. Be careful when you file your taxes at this office, make sure you check the papers before you signed them because this people will steal your money. They use their own rooting number. This happened to my parents last year. They filed taxes at this office and until now they have not received their refund. I helped my parents checked the papers given by that people and the rooting number was not my parents number but this people rooting number. My parents received an IRS letter to show proof of identity. We called the office several times and that lady Stephanie was never available or out of the office. Stay away from this office. read more

Fraud!! I had about 4 yrs doing my taxes here but the last year she manage to steal my money!! I confronted her it took me a while to get an hold of her because she would hide and would tell her workers to tell me that she was in the hospital!! She finally decided to contact me and all she told me it was that due to all COVID going on it was taking time for the IRS to get to everyone!! But after I got a letter from the IRS to show proof of identity I reach out to Stephanie again and she told me "it happens just sent what they are asking for" so I did! But to my surprise when I call the IRS to see what was going on they told me they had already given my money and when I looked at the routing number it wasn't mine!! So I confronted her once again and she told me we changed them to protect your identity you will get your money!! It's been 2 yrs and I know I won't see that money! safe to say I didn't file my taxes with her again! But I know that she did it to 2 other customers because one of the times I went to speak to her and she wasn't there they went for the same issue and when I asked them ti check the routing number it was the same as mine!! So I can't imagine to how many people she has stole money from!! Stay away from this office she will gain your trust and than she will steal from you!!! read more

Ernesto had me and my coworkers all audited in 2020. Ernesto made a mistake on my refund. After a year in a half of attempts, I finally got a hold of an IRS rep. IRS rep told me that my refund amount was incorrect. After going back and forth with Ernesto, he finally took a closer look at his work and realized he messed up. He saw his mistake and blamed it on his software. I told him he's fool of excuses. Im still waiting on my 2021 return. I've attempted several times to get a hold of Ernesto but he doesn't respond or return my messages. I regret listening to my buddy who referred me to Ernesto. Do not go to Ernesto if u want to experience the headaches I did. Not worth it!!!!!!life is too short!! read more

I rarely leave a bad review for any one but thesepeople have tested my patience in every sense. They promise something else when you talk to them over phone and then no response at all. I have been calling them everyday to get hold of my tax estimates and everytime this girl Mayra picks up the call and says we will send an email with the estimate information by EOD and then no email no response and when you call them the next day its the same story all over again. When I booked an online appointment as nothing was being done over emails and phone calls boom this lady denise does not show up for the zoom meeting and they did not even share the zoom meeting link with me. I had to call again to get the zoom link and its it then they tell me Dennise will be 10-15 mins late to the booked zoom call WHERE IS PROFESSIONALISM in this. They are fraud. read more

Unless you like receiving letters from the IRS saying you owe money due to false information that was submitted then by all means please go here and screw up your taxes with Stephany. she does not have 1/10th of the qualifications to help people with their taxes. nevertheless, she's there to only screw you over and never answer calls. The only good thing that has come out of this is the investigation the IRS has launched on her I hope to see justice come out of all this. She won't be taking any exotic trips anytime soon I can assure you that. If there are any recommendations I would give you all it would be Bayya Tax & Accounting in Long Beach, CA. These are real QUALIFIED professionals who have been doing this for more years than Stephany and her "team". or if you can do it on your own try TurboTax. all of this is more worth it than being screwed over by somebody who isn't 1/10th qualified. read more

Had a really bad experience here. These guys canceled my car insurance out of the blue without notifying me, so I was driving around without insurance for months. I was only able to figure it out when I went to renew my registration. Thankfully I didn't get into an accident or was stopped by the police or I would have been screwed. It cost me so much money to find another replacement insurance out of the blue. I would not recommend them at all. read more

I've been working with this insurance center for a year and they found me a great insurance rate with Infinity. I have been very pleased with their services and I just found out my insurance rate went down so that is most definitely a PLUS! Customer service experience was very kind. read more

I think the only people rating these guys highly are those that they haven't wronged YET. They messed up my tax returns in the most brain dead ways. First, they filled out my information incorrectly despite me giving them the correct information. It seems like small stuff until the IRS starts calling. After that, it was a pain to get a hold of them and get them to fix the mistakes that THEY themselves caused. They also entered incorrect information for my immigration documents, and made mistakes that could have possibly gotten me kicked out of the country for no other reason but their incompetence. Like I mentioned, getting them to fix their own mistakes was the biggest obstacle, they gave me a lot of attitude and basically tried to blame me for their mistakes. I feel bad because I recommended them to some of my friends and they've had similar experiences now. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! read more

Poor customer service. Earnie is definitely not competent to write auto insurance policies nor is he capable of filing taxes. Unless you want to receive a letter from the IRS saying you owe money due to false information being submitted, then this is the place for you. If you are involved in an auto collision make sure you do your part and research the coverage you have or else you'll find yourself in a situation where you're not covered at all. And you'll never hear from Earnie or Stephanie at all. You're calls and e-mails will be ignored, pushing you to go elsewhere for proper insurance and better customer service. read more

Awful service. I called asking about insurance and the lady was so rude to me and kept cutting me off when I had questions. From the past reviews I see that they are apparently liars. From the way the lady sounded, I'm not even surprised if they screwed people over. Wouldn't trust them for a second. read more

The lady was polite and easy to talk to. Would refer others here.. I feel like I left with a good deal..
