A-max insurance in Long Beach scammed me!!!! All these other reviews on Damon must be fake. A manager needs to contact me as soon as possible. Update 11/30/23 Just contacted A-max and staff member Damon tried to intimidate me to delete my review before A-max could help me switch my agent. Then hung up in my face when I said I wouldn't delete it because it wan an honest review. What kind of business is this? read more

Definitely the best of the best! Jessica Espinoza! My personal Insurance Specialist. I literally have her on speed dial! She is outstanding, proactive and cares about each and everyone of her clients. Thank you for your excellent service and your patience because I can be very indecisive at times. It was a little frustrating at first.... I started by calling after reading some yelp reviews, and after 2-3 different conversations with Carlos, I was ready to get a policy and gave my card number on 2/27/19. I was quoted $110 down with $80 a month for a liability policy. I gave him my card number, and I was told I would be emailed my documents and could stop by the office for hard copies of my vehicle insurance. It was concerning once I didn't receive any email or call after that for the rest of the day. I called the next day (today), came in-person, and went through the quote process all over again. The guys are super friendly, I had Edgar Satgastume, and even Carlos helped to rectify the mis-information. Apparently my card number/info was not used, nor was it or the initial policy presented saved. So that felt misleading. But everything was rectified and very easy once I got to the store. My advice: these guys are busy but want to help, so get your quality face-to-face time with them and they'll take care of you; calling caused some confusion/sketch moments for me. Very pleased and will be referring friends! read more

Nothing but great customer service and great help! I was shopping around for car insurance for a couple days, till I came across Sameday Insurance. Her customer service was very much on point! Helen didn't just get me the insurance that perfectly fits my car, but also my budget! I would totally recommend you go talk to her! Carlos Romero will never return your calls. Only asks for more money due to his screw up. They took my deposit and the first payment of my insurance. Then when it came time for the second month payment my insurance company that Carlos put me with , infinity insurance, was cancelled due to never receiving funds. Called to ask what happened and they could never give me a straight answer. Definitely a scam artist. Do not waste your time or money. Wish I could give 0 stars. Also going to report them to the Department of Insurance. I would leave a complaint on BBB but they aren't BBB accredited. Go figure smh read more

I'm leaving this review to help fellow yelpers, since this is how I found Sameday Insurance. I reached out through the app and they were very helpful and provided me with a quote. I had a lot going on with kids being sick and I wasn't able to come down right away, they were very patient and worked with me and my schedule. I worked with Jasmine, she provides excellent customer service and is very helpful. The monthly rate we received was great and fit within our limited budget. Don't hesitate to call them, they'll work with you to make sure you get the best rate possible! read more

As you know, searching for the right insurance is always difficult and a hassle. Thankfully, my agent Jessica E. was such a great help with saving me money for my auto insurance as she also explained all my coverages in details and answered my questions and concerns. Aside from saving money, good coverage, customer service is just as important which is all presented well! I would definitely highly recommend her to my friends and friends as I had such a smooth experience. read more

unprofessional. I was lied too twice by my insurance agent about my prices. please be careful when getting car insurance because you never know the inside loop holes and fee's. He told me I couldn't do cash payments only direct deposit, then I changed it to cash only even though he said l couldn't, (bc I knew that wasn't realistic). Maybe he wanted direct deposit so he'd know fersure he'd get his cut like they did when they took a random amount off my card and i had to go up there and make a scene. I am now looking for a new insurance company. My last insurance was only $140. I am 25, no points and now paying $170.00? Be careful when going to insurance company's and make sure you get everything written on paper. read more

On Blast: Good morning, I'll begin with my policy #:xxxxxxxxxx, I've removed the xxxxx properly on the 31st yet was still charged for it, so I would hope this can be fixed immediately. Please note: no-one would appreciate doing the required process to remove a vehicle only to be inaccurately charged; things like that seem suspect of any companies abilities in providing services. I'm bothered by the inconvenience yet will give the chance for your company to make this right. Respectfully, Mabel Miller P.S. if I attain services from another company it's nothing personal; that's just business. read more

This place is awesome! You guys should totally reach out to Emily for help getting insurance! She made the whole process simple and easy without any doubts. ATTENTION!!! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Stop by and talk to my boy CARLOS ROMERO!!! My girlfriend and I came here today to get a quote for her 2016 Honda. She had Freeway insurance for a year now and we both knew that they were charging WAY TO MUCH but we both didn't know any better since that was our first time experiencing anything like that. So once her policy was expired we decided to come down to Same Day Insurance because of the excellent reviews they had on Yelp. So this is what happened today, she went from paying a high bill for a BASIC insurance plan at freeway, to having FULL COVERAGE + like almost $50 off what she was paying already at Same Day Insurance thanks to Carlos Romero so don't wait and call him now and save! Thanks for helping us out man we really appreciate it read more

Great price for insurance , but bad customer service. Took money out of my account that I did not authorize. They said the left messages, but I dont have one voicemail on my phone. Made an agreement for an extension for a certain date, and the took the money out before that date. Now, I'm upside down in my acct. Their response was it was the system that did it m, we couldn't stop it. It's not a big deal, but it's the principle of it all. So I will seek legal assistance to see if I have a case, maybe I dont , but that's horrible customer service, wouldnt reccomend them at all. read more

I can't say much about their service but make absolute sure you're serious when inquiring about their insurance. We were shopping around almost a year ago and contacted an agent here for a quote. We ended up getting our insurance elsewhere. Needless to say, this company and or agent has called us every single day (three calls in a row every time) over the course of a year even though we've never answered again. I've messaged the company and recently called them to please remove our numbers from their call list. The agent I talked to said he would remove our numbers. We've blocked the number months back but it will still show in the call log. It's really the point of the matter though! Even if you're not interested beyond a quick quote this company will blow your phone up daily like you're the only thing keeping them afloat. Hopefully one day they will give up. read more

Ian Atherton has been my insurance agent for the last year and he has helped me find car insurance twice now. Both times he has gone above and beyond to find the right deal for me! I highly recommend getting in touch with him for any and all insurance reasons. I've referred my family and friends to him and will continue to do so!! I've had previous experiences with agents who do the most minimal work and not be very helpful. Ian, on the other hand, will do his best to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with the best coverage included!! I don't write reviews that often, but when I do it's always for the best experiences. Call Same Day Insurance and connect with Ian Atherton! :) read more

DO NOT sign up with Emily. I signed up with her, and specified what I wanted and she screwed me over. I was going to sign on with a company called coastal, I believe, and I told her I wanted rental coverage. She starts doing the policy, then states she found a company with a better rate to offer me. I say sure, and we proceed. Little do I know she never adds the rental coverage to this policy that I stated I wanted on the last so now I have no rental coverage. I call to speak with her and she admits she messed up, and just hands me to her manager because she has nothing to say. Then he states it must have been a miscommunication. More like your agents just not doing their job. Thank you for fucking me over, absolute shit company and agents. read more
