It was a little frustrating at first.... I started by calling after reading some yelp reviews, and after 2-3 different conversations with Carlos, I was ready to get a policy and gave my card number on 2/27/19. I was quoted $110 down with $80 a month for a liability policy. I gave him my card number, and I was told I would be emailed my documents and could stop by the office for hard copies of my vehicle insurance. It was concerning once I didn't receive any email or call after that for the rest of the day. I called the next day (today), came in-person, and went through the quote process all over again. The guys are super friendly, I had Edgar Satgastume, and even Carlos helped to rectify the mis-information. Apparently my card number/info was not used, nor was it or the initial policy presented saved. So that felt misleading. But everything was rectified and very easy once I got to the store. My advice: these guys are busy but want to help, so get your quality face-to-face time with them and they'll take care of you; calling caused some confusion/sketch moments for me. Carlos Romero will never return your calls. Only asks for more money due to his screw up. They took my deposit and the first payment of my insurance. Then when it came time for the second month payment my insurance company that Carlos put me with , infinity insurance, was cancelled due to never receiving funds. Called to ask what happened and they could never give me a straight answer. Definitely a scam artist. Do not waste your time or money. Wish I could give 0 stars. Also going to report them to the Department of Insurance. I would leave a complaint on BBB but they aren't BBB accredited. Go figure smh read more

unprofessional. I was lied too twice by my insurance agent about my prices. please be careful when getting car insurance because you never know the inside loop holes and fee's. He told me I couldn't do cash payments only direct deposit, then I changed it to cash only even though he said l couldn't, (bc I knew that wasn't realistic). Maybe he wanted direct deposit so he'd know fersure he'd get his cut like they did when they took a random amount off my card and i had to go up there and make a scene. I am now looking for a new insurance company. My last insurance was only $140. I am 25, no points and now paying $170.00? I was going to sign on with a company called coastal, I believe, and I told her I wanted rental coverage. She starts doing the policy, then states she found a company with a better rate to offer me. I say sure, and we proceed. Little do I know she never adds the rental coverage to this policy that I stated I wanted on the last so now I have no rental coverage. I call to speak with her and she admits she messed up, and just hands me to her manager because she has nothing to say. Then he states it must have been a miscommunication. Great price for insurance , but bad customer service. Took money out of my account that I did not authorize. They said the left messages, but I dont have one voicemail on my phone. Made an agreement for an extension for a certain date, and the took the money out before that date. Now, I'm upside down in my acct. Their response was it was the system that did it m, we couldn't stop it. It's not a big deal, but it's the principle of it all. So I will seek legal assistance to see if I have a case, maybe I dont , but that's horrible customer service, wouldnt reccomend them at all. read more

I can't say much about their service but make absolute sure you're serious when inquiring about their insurance. We were shopping around almost a year ago and contacted an agent here for a quote. We ended up getting our insurance elsewhere. Needless to say, this company and or agent has called us every single day (three calls in a row every time) over the course of a year even though we've never answered again. I've messaged the company and recently called them to please remove our numbers from their call list. The agent I talked to said he would remove our numbers. We've blocked the number months back but it will still show in the call log. It's really the point of the matter though! Even if you're not interested beyond a quick quote this company will blow your phone up daily like you're the only thing keeping them afloat. Hopefully one day they will give up. read more
