I recently had a bad experience with the last insurance company I was with and when I called agent Edgar at this location not only was he empathetic towards my situation, but he took the time to listen to me which I really appreciate. Its good to know someone can give good customer service after having experienced bad customer service. He was easy to work with and made things simple to understand. He got back to me each time he said he would. I also appreciate the attention to my needs as he was the only person to let me know that certain blemishes on my record would clear in a few months. In addition to that, he said he would note his calendar and get back with me around that time to find even more affordable insurance. I highly recommend Someday Insurance, but mostly recommend you ask for Edgar. Thanks again Edgar! read more

I needed insurance for my motorcycle and this was the place that quoted me with the lowest down payment. Even gave me the option to pay half now and other half later. Helen helped me with so much patience to my questions and she answered all of them. Not only was she patient with me but my kids too, running around. She was Very professional and I would definitely go with them for any of my insurance needs. I was a returning customer from 3 years ago. read more

Spoke with Jessica, it was a pleasure to speak with her, after searching all day for auto insurance that's affordable, she was able to provide it! She followed up accordingly and promptly and answered all questions, also didn't mind repeating information for me... I almost cancelled because I was still unsure if I choose the right place but the manager stopped me from cancelling due to his outstanding customer service he provided ... both of them combined killed it! Thank you Jessica and manager! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SAMEDAY INS BROKER!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! These guys are slick! They hook you with a great rate and state that its with a well known insurance co "Farmers" then after you give them your CC info and its charged, they reveal they signed you up with an UNKNOWN company!! And forget about getting a refund from them even though you cancel within 2 hours of the transaction. They are NOT professional at all. And be careful of RICHIE!! RUN read more

My car had been towed by Long Beach Police Towing for parking in a bad spot and my tags were expired. Their tow yard wont release your vehicle without current registration which requires insurance.
