I just wanted to take some time to recognize Insurance Agent Midatong for truly going the extra mile. We just purchase a new vehicle and had been at the dealership for nearly 3 hours . We called to add the vehicle and Mida went above and beyond business hours to make sure our vehicle was added . He phoned us at 10:30 and politely apologized for the late call . But wanted us to know that everything had been taken care of insurance wise with our vehicle . This to us in a world of truly shady , and less then professional individuals is a fresh of breath air and we appreciate him greatly . Thank you Mida, your amazing. read more

I definitely had some points on my record but they were meticulous to make sure I had everything in line before I was walking out the door. Also got much cheaper and more comprehensive roadside assistance so that was just an extra win on the better premiums. Was working with José this morning and I was very happy with the services and their demeanor. I get that insurance isnt the most interesting but he was knowledgeable as well as friendly read more
