Thank you Nancy for saving my family over 1k a year on our auto insurance. Shortly after Nancy sold us our insurance policy I was involved in a hit n run (luckily there were witnesses and they were able to get plate numbers, vehicle description, and driver description) Nancy helped me through the steps on how to report it and what information I needed to make sure everything was covered on my end. She definitely went above and beyond. Also while we were purchasing our insurance, my mom had some tax questions and Adela was there to answer any and all questions my mom had. Thank you Nancy, and thank you Premier Services family. Update* A few weeks ago I went to Premier Services for some help with my taxes. Adela helped me answer all my questions and I decided to file them through Adela. She's very knowledgeable in her profession. She helped me file my 1099 form. Also gave me tips on how to file my receipts to better keep track of my expenses. read more

Highly recommended!! Adela my tax preparer was very thorough and honest, knowledgeable on tax laws, and very professional with great business principles based on ethics. Premier will work around your schedule and will take the time to explain tax jargon that can be overwelming, I was able to get answers to questions regarding my taxes as well as receive high quality customer service. Premier is a small reputable company with loyal clients such as myself. I have been a client for a few years and they never disappoint. It is hard to find a trustworthy Tax Expert to do your taxes. I never had any problems with my taxes being done at premier. This family owned business makes you leave feeling you made a the right choice doing business here. read more

First and foremost I have had the most wonderful service with Nancy around 4 weeks ago. Not only has Nancy found the best coverage for my lunch truck but also for the best price. I can count on Nancy and that is something I believe is priceless to say the least. With Premier Services I know I'm in good hands. They are more than a business because of their willingness to be compassionate and understanding. Nancy is the best she was very helpful in providing me the information i needed to insure my vehicle.Nancy was a great help and huge saver, she was very efficient! I would recommend her to anyone. My family has been using them for years. Nancy is amazing she has always gone above & beyond for me. I had an accident & was bullied by my own insurance company (shocker). Nancy helped by making some calls to get me back my deductible. I am so grateful for the weeks of calls & emails she helped me with. I've never met anyone who would even go through half of what she went through for me. I appreciate it beyond the $500, especially since I had seriously written it off. Thought I would never see it again even though I wasn't at fault. Thanks for all the amazing work!! read more

Ive been a customer of Nancy for over 10 years now and she's always been super helpful and informative of the insurance plans she offers. I recently called to add a motorcycle to my plan and she was able to find a better plan through another company that had better coverage for a way better price! She was patient with all my questions and immediately sent copies of all the forms I needed to enjoy riding same day. I will be referring more business her way. Thanks a ton! read more
