Laughs because customers have a language barrier and makes them feel bad. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Every month he calls saying that he needs additional money. His secretary is never there and hardly answers the phone. Ricardo always says to speak to her and they are never on the same page. The value is there, I wouldn't recommend going off on your own to find car insurance because I almost got ripped off by AAA before coming here. Adriana's never pressured me or acted shady, all the staff are upfront and transparent. Adriana's also specializes in providing bilingual services, as soon as they picked up the phone the gentleman answered in English and Spanish! I was totally impressed!
