I got a renewal…read moreoffer from my previous insurance company (which I also used A-MAX to get insured with six months ago) and turns out they raised my insurance by over $300. I called A-MAX insurance to see if they could find a quote at the rate I was paying before my renewal offer. Not only did Nayeli find me an insurance that was cheaper than my previous insurance before the renewal but she managed to also complete the whole process via text after the initial phone call! I honestly hate being on the phone for a long time as I am very busy especially in the morning. It was extremely convenient. I was dreading having to find another insurance company, but she made it a breeze and gave me a great offer that I couldn't resist. I'm happy that not only did I pay less in the down payment than my renewal offer, but also my monthly payments are less than my previous insurance. I'm so satisfied with her services.

I've been with PTL insurance since they were Partee insurance and before then, Syphers insurance…read more Well over 40 years. I have had automobile insurance since 1980. And homeowners insurance since 1990, and in that time, especially in the last 10 years, their service has decreased dramatically. It's non-existent at this point. They do not look out for your best interest. They don't go out of their way to try to make your costs lower. You have to seek out any discounts and tell them what you want. They will not do it for you. And even then, you have to do all the work. They provide absolutely no value. None. Zip. Mercury wants to get out of insurance in California (note I am no where near a fire area). They make you jump through hoops to be blessed by them. They demanded new electric and new plumbing despite a home inspection report (that PTL said would work) saying all aspects of my house are great. PTL said they'd look for a replacement. They go AWOL up until my policy is about to lapse. They suggest I go with a company whose premiums are FOUR times what Mercury charged. They skipped about 3 other insurance companies that are a fraction of that. Needless to say I didn't take the turd they were offering. In my humble opinion, just go directly to the insurance company rather than using these people as brokers. They have to interest in serving you. Oh, and whatever you do fuck Mercury. Do not go with Mercury. If you live in California, they do not want to insure you.
