I'm leaving this review because the service I received from Nayeli was outstanding. I got a renewal offer from my previous insurance company (which I also used A-MAX to get insured with six months ago) and turns out they raised my insurance by over $300. I called A-MAX insurance to see if they could find a quote at the rate I was paying before my renewal offer. Not only did Nayeli find me an insurance that was cheaper than my previous insurance before the renewal but she managed to also complete the whole process via text after the initial phone call! I honestly hate being on the phone for a long time as I am very busy especially in the morning. It was extremely convenient. I was dreading having to find another insurance company, but she made it a breeze and gave me a great offer that I couldn't resist. I'm happy that not only did I pay less in the down payment than my renewal offer, but also my monthly payments are less than my previous insurance. I'm so satisfied with her services. read more

Today I showed up to pay my bill. I was never greeted and when I told the lady that I wanted to pay my bill she rudely said, " you need to wait 10mins because I am on lunch." I asked for my receipt and she got upset and said, "why do you need your receipt?" I'm sorry but this is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Very disapointed. This company is very fraudulent and lies and overcharges you without your consent. Kevin told me my down payment would be a certain amount and my monthly would not be charged until the 18th of January. After talking to my bank, i learned they took an additional charge that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE it. I get a call from a very rude lady who continued to argue with me and kept cutting me off when i spoke. The only reason they have good reviews is because they BRIBE you and ask you to write a good review or they will charge you more. Beware and do not get bullied into doing so. Update: I'm not sure how this company did this put I got an email from yelp saying they are taking my review down and deleted it. Prior of them taking my honest review off. I was contacted by the general manager asking to reconsider my review. They said they were even going to send me a check for broker fees charged. I still had to pay the over draft fees and cancelation fees from the paperwork I signed. Now I'm getting spammed by their agents with emails, phone and text messages. They must have found a loop hole through yelp to try to keep there five star rating. I would like people to see the honest truth about this company. Horrible customer service!!!!! Please Beaware!!! Agent will not call you back and sends text messages that don't make sense. They are unreliable and very hard to work with. They charge for everything, every change you make and have a ridiculous $50-$300 broker rate they charge. They promised me a quote and had me sign papers on that paticular price and then had me on different pay structure that was not agreed upon after signing. They ensure to receive there broker rate before moving on. Had to cancel my debit card for the fact that BreanneR. Had establish a eft with the insurance but she Took my card information and said she was going to charge the monthly fees on it along with broker rate on the new card. And still charged my other account. And that account over drafted and they did not want to pay for the fees even though it was her mistake!!!!!!! Talk to the insurance company and they said they are not allowed to do that. Was not sure of she was stealing my information but the insurance and broker company sure did cover it up. Same Day Insurance is amazing! I called a few places to get quotes for auto insurance and same day insurance was the cheapest, which is what initially drew me in. The reason I agreed to sign up, and be a customer was because of the 5 star service! Josh and Abraham Amado were so friendly when I came in. They listened to my needs and then helped me to get the best policy for what I was looking for. They weren't pushy like some insurance sales agents can be.. they just gave me info and let me make my decision after being fully educated. These guys aren't into the "fast close", they want life-time customers. They even worked out a payment plan so I was able to afford the down payment for the insurance plan i wanted because the monthly payments would be much cheaper than the other plans i was looking at. Josh said that he was going to do that because he knew if the monthly rate was too high i would probably fall off as a customer... and he would have been right! Lol. I cant tell you how cool it was that he put himself in my shoes instead of the one-size-fits-all approach that other companies do. Later that day once I'd left, Abraham Amado even followed up with me to make sure all my questions were answered. I actually did have a few more, so that was perfect that he called (and very thoughtful). He answered all of my questions and even offered to give me a "reminder call" a few days before my first payment- Talk about going the extra mile! I'm thankful I found same day insurance. I didn't have car insurance for 2 months since the prices were too expensive due to an accident I have on record. I called Sameday Insurance To get a quote and so far it was the cheapest quote I could get. Then last minute I run over to the office to sign papers and get started, the manager and Gwynne helped me out by giving me what worked out best for my situation. I just recently switched from StateFarm because they stated there was a blanket pay increase for everyone but my policy would be increasing $70+ a month, which is outrageous.
