Wow wow wow. Honesty. Integrity. Knowledgeable. Suzy is all of these things and then some. Let me set you up with the scenario. I leased a car and got the plates a month later. I placed the back plates on the car with the registration sticker and realized I had to buy a tow hook license plate holder for the front. Order it but kept the back plate on figuring I'd be ok until I got the front holder. Fast forward 3 weeks and my holder arrived. Now where the heck did I put the front plate? Tore the house apart. Tore the inside of the new car apart. Tore apart the garage. Going freaking crazy until I came to the reality I must have thrown the plate away by mistake. Looked up what I needed to do to get a replacement plate. It said I'd have to surrender the plate I have and get new plates. Didn't seem to have time to go to AAA since it's a bit away from my work and I don't want to take a day off. Called 3 places before I spoke to Suzy. Fare was on my side since today was the day I actually spoke to her. The other places told me that I could just keep the old plate and return it to DMV when I wanted. I was a bit confused but figured that knew better. Little did I realize that they must have known what Suzy knew and didn't tell me. By some miracle I called and spoke to Suzy just before driving a bit far to the other place. Not sure why I called her but I was impressed by all the reviews taking about Suzy. Now I know why her customers love her. She's fair and honest. So what did Suzy know that the other two places didn't tell me? Well she informed me that the plates are sometimes stuck together very tight so why looks like one plate is in fact TWO PLATES! I couldn't believe it. Why hadn't I thought of that? Why didn't the other places tell me that? They likely hear it all the time but they wanted me to pay for the replacement plates and when I went to put them on I'd either not notice there are two plates or notice but by then I would have already paid! Suzy was right. The plates were stuck together and she was willing to lose a sale because she's honest. Go see Suzy! I highly recommend her for her honesty and her knowledge. read more

I went in there because of the reviews, I needed a title for my Atv she gave me the tags for it but I never received the title . I contacted her I believe her name is Susie she said she'll contact dmv and she'll reach back to me. I had to contact her again then she said there's nothing she can do everything from her end seems ok. After I paid her 300 even tho my dmv fees were only 90. So finally I had to go to the dmv a check what was going on, they said a title was never issued because it wasn't processed correctly. I had to pay DMV additional fees of $73. I bought a LSV street legal golf cart, but it the dealer said I could register it myself. Half true. The paperwork seems straightforward but you need a vehicle VIN verification. The DMV person said I could bring the LSV for inspection, call CHP and schedule with them, or goto third party. The LSV is max 25mph and I wasn't going to tow it to the DMV. I was going to join AAA but they didn't know what to do. So I searched Yelp. What is this third party thing. Susie answered all my questions and took care of everything. She came to my house for the vehicle verification and processed all my registration paperwork. The next day she dropped off a license plate and registration tags. I didn't even know it worked that way. With new cars your plates come in the mail. I don't need AAA and they wouldn't give the service that Susie did. Okay, so where do I begin. I called Suzie for some general questions just a few weeks ago. It turns out that the tags on my back up car were expired and DMV never received the payment. This explains why I did not receive my tags. Suzie got on this right away and called me back as she promised. It also turns out the car needed the smog test. Wow! Another issue.
