I believe it's brothers that own this company. The gentleman by the name of Michael is extremely…read morerude. This place was recommended by a friend that I trust so I thought why not. Michael charged me $350 for title transfer and out of state license change to CA. Initially, when he quoted me that price I thought it was high but then he said he was only making a profit of $30 therefore, I proceeded thinking those were the DMV fees. When I received the plates the registration stated $170. I'm not sure what the difference was. I'm going back to his office today to dispute this however, I highly doubt I will get my money back. I also called around the area the going rate is only $80-$90 that's for title change, vin verification, their fee plus DMV fees. I wish I would have done my homework before going here. Stay away!!! I recommend Eloy in ELA or Avalon Smog they were both honest, friendly and cheater. Hope this helps.
