The instructor i had was Vanessa and she was the sweetest. She actually helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed even though i was extremely nervous at the beginning . I did end up failing the test at the end but that was COMPLETELY my fault because i hit a curb when driving back into the lot (or else i would've passed), but other than that, the workers that i interacted with were also nice. Even though i failed, i wasn't too bummed about it because i appreciated the fact that i had a nice instructor who didn't make me feel less than for making the mistakes that i did. And YES every instructor is different. At every dmv there will be a nice or sometimes mean instructors but don't let that discourage you. That was a mistake i made. And if you do happen to fail like me, just try again.

Pretty much immediately. Okay took the lose and made another appointment, mind you I took driving classes and all. Came to my 2nd try to this test. Saw I got the same female. Completed the test felt like I did great. At the end of the test mentioned I failed and she pretty much put for everything over 15 incorrect. Ended up going to take my test elsewhere less than a week apart. Different location and different person. Last try I ended up passing with only 4 wrong. Even guy asked why did I fail the other times when I'm a great driver. So try not to take your test there with the chances of getting her, she's pathetic.

I love how effortless it was to pay my registration/fees and get the tags the same day. There was something at the dmv they had to verify and he was very accommodating with my time as I had another appointment and I was able to return to pick up my tags later that day. Everything was easy, clear and handled efficiently. They offer so many services offered at DMV but without the long wait. I will update with the other services offered since I forgot to take a picture. They also provide quotes for insurance so that is also very convenient. Don't hesitate to visit or give them a call. There is convenient free parking in the front and behind their office. They are also conveniently located near pacific strip in case you need to do some shopping afterwards. There are a few local amazing coffee shops located walking distance as well. They open at 10 and close pretty late. If you have any questions give them a call. They are bilingual.

All of these reviews are ACCURATE!…read more I have been a disabled constituent and I certified and went through the motion of having my provider certify for the entire month and I reached out to complain to local Assemblymembers Gipson and Assemblymember Sawara. I might have misspelled that but my point is after voicing my complaints about how EDD did not take action AFTER I had the Assemblymember open up cases, they still had the audacity TO DO NOTHING. What happened was I complained about the bureaucracy and the government Assemblymembers NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST EDD NOR HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. I was letting them know that I don't have online access because I don't own a computer and going to the library is a hardship. The government knows we are indigent yet they still allow EDD to control and implement the processes of certifying before being paid. This is NOT THEIR MONEY YET THEY CONTROL PEOPLE BY DELAYING PAYMENT. After a billion calls of calling 800-480-3287, Larry helped me certify via phone which I heard is NOT SOMETHING THEY DO ANYMORE. Now they force you to certify online and they don't give a damn if you don't have access to an email which I explained and another agent updated my email address after Larry was already handling the issue by switching to paper method of certification. I informed both of the EDD people that I NEVER GOT PAPER CERTIFICATION WHICH THEY CLAIM TO ALWAYS MAIL. How are they able to force people to certify online only when phone should be an option for basic yes or no questions???? I COMPLAINED AND ALL THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. You won't get any expedited options DESPITE THEIR DELAYS AND INTENTIONAL INCOMPETENCE. Complaints have been emailed to other government agencies but these people all have this in common: CORRUPT BUREAUCRATS IN GOVERNMENT WHO COLLECT HIGH SALARIED AND DO NOTHING UNLESS PEOPLE COMPLAIN! IT IS TIME FOR THE POLITICIANS TO LISTEN TO CONSTITUENTS AND FORCE EDD TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES TO HELP PEOPLE GET PAID AND MAKING THEM PAY FOR DELAYS AND LATE BILLS AND LATE EXPENSES! I EVEN VOICED I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR FOOD OR GAS AND THE ASSEMBLYMEMBER JUST SAYS LIP SERVICE OF: "i understand your frustration" but they do not do anything except passively email you something generic. MAKE FORMAL COMPLAINTS AND APPEAL THE GOVERNMENT! Write to your Senators and local government because CORRUPTION HAS TO STOP!

Michael charged me $350 for title transfer and out of state license change to CA. Initially, when he quoted me that price I thought it was high but then he said he was only making a profit of $30 therefore, I proceeded thinking those were the DMV fees. When I received the plates the registration stated $170. I'm not sure what the difference was. I'm going back to his office today to dispute this however, I highly doubt I will get my money back. I also called around the area the going rate is only $80-$90 that's for title change, vin verification, their fee plus DMV fees. I wish I would have done my homework before going here. Stay away!!! I recommend Eloy in ELA or Avalon Smog they were both honest, friendly and cheater. Hope this helps.
