But for the icing on the cake you may ask? It was the fact that I had got called by fedex to be asked if a certain piece of mail had been expected, and by the grace of god did the address they put in didn't even exist which ultimately was the reason why I got the call. I tried giving these people the benefit of the doubt but TX Auto operate like a broken circus and to anyone that considers going then good luck cause mines was apparently sh*t (Btw they charged me almost $500 for a car I bought for $800+)

My experience with this organization is nothing short of horrible. I received a ticket in the mail…read moretoday with shock, disbelief, and anger. I was never issued a ticket on 5/28/2023! I called 911 on this day to report a hit & run that occurred to my loved ones & I. We followed the vehicle and the 911 dispatcher told us not to follow, and let us know an officer was going to be sent to our location. The officer arrived and he got the information needed & we sent him the pictures of the car that committed the hit and run on us. My husband (slightly intoxicated), sister in law, & I were on our way to dinner before the hit & run & I offered to drive since I was sober. The officer never once followed up with me if he needed any more information, we still don't know what happened to the hit & run driver. Now on 10/20/2023 I received a citation, court summons, and proof of service via mail. Officer Jorge Lopez Badge #23193 committed perjury by signing a form stating that reads "On 5/28/2023, I served this notice of correction" on the proof of service form that he signed. I did not receive a citation or notice on 5/28/2023. I called you guys for HELP!

I highly recommend this place. They are highly experienced and provide great service. Today I met…read morewith Brian and he was exceptional. I love how effortless it was to pay my registration/fees and get the tags the same day. There was something at the dmv they had to verify and he was very accommodating with my time as I had another appointment and I was able to return to pick up my tags later that day. Everything was easy, clear and handled efficiently. They offer so many services offered at DMV but without the long wait. I will update with the other services offered since I forgot to take a picture. They also provide quotes for insurance so that is also very convenient. Don't hesitate to visit or give them a call. There is convenient free parking in the front and behind their office. They are also conveniently located near pacific strip in case you need to do some shopping afterwards. There are a few local amazing coffee shops located walking distance as well. They open at 10 and close pretty late. If you have any questions give them a call. They are bilingual.

I was sent here through BLOK auto because I was in an unfortunate circumstance & needed a car for work & appointments so I tried my luck & ended up with a good car but it came with past due registration. I knew I was facing a cost for this process but the ladies at SK Enterprises made things so easy & quick that I really couldn't complain about anything. They were efficient about ordering my plates, & retrieving my registration. At first I didn't have the funds to cover the entire amount for registration & they clearly let me know they couldn't release my tags until I paid in full. They take cash & venmo but I suggest taking cash. Don't forget to bring your receipt every time because the office is up a flight of stairs. Parking is usually full but luckily they have a lot underneath the structure to park in. Thanks for all your help Sandra & the other ladies I seen in the office! You all are great! I appreciate you & your services!!

Review #1027 2026-097…read more I was in a hit & run accident (double side swiped) a couple of weeks ago & wasn't able to wait for CHP to arrive at the scene or my trip's destination to file a report. I called 911 to report the accident but got disconnected & received a call from CHP within seconds following the disconnect. I shared the details of the accident to the officer, & he said the team's busy with major accidents, & mine wasn't with my car still drivable, it's not likely for CHP to stop at the accident in Lawndale or my trip's destination in Santa Monica. He advised to file a report online or CHP office. I went in a few days later to file a report, & awaiting details to proceed with filing an insurance claim. I'm hoping the responding officer is able to locate the vehicle owner, though I doubt the driver is the actual owner because she looked like a teen/early 20s. After I completed the forms, the receiving CHP desk officer J. Montejano said the vehicle is still registered to Greater L.A. Auto Center. I was also proactive in calling the dealership on the Honda Odyssey (Plate: 9ABR938) to inform them that one of their vehicles sold was involved in a hit & run, & the vehicle is still registered under them. I understand that due to privacy & legal restrictions, so I hope that they'll be forthcoming to CHP & my auto insurance company. I'm hoping CHP contacted the current registered owner: Greater L.A. Auto Center to obtain the buyer info so I can initiate an insurance claim, even though it's highly improbable to be owned by the at-fault driver, but it's a start. I'm doubtful about compensation for damages to my vehicle & my injuries since she left the scene without providing the necessary auto insurance or her identity.
