Mercedes has a new requirement that you have to show insurance to get a loaner. So I called AllState and left a message for my agent, Melisa. Turns out Melissa is no longer with the agency, but Susan Palafox answered me literally within 1/2 hour!!! She immediately emailed over a copy of my insurance coverage card. Done and done. All set. Very fast service and a very nice person to talk to. I was so happy to have such a nice, efficient person as Susan return my call. He's always incredibly helpful, responsive, and takes the time to make sure we understand our options. When our mortgage company pushed for a much higher homeowners coverage, he went to bat for us and helped get the rate down to something much more reasonable. He's also a great resource when buying a new car -- we always check in with him first to compare rates so we know exactly what to expect on insurance costs. Highly recommend giving him a call if you want someone knowledgeable and on your side.
