Amy is truly great to deal with! A&E's past reviews sum it up. A&E/Amy is really good at what she does. We had a vehicle from Texas that we needed to register in California. Amy makes it easy for the client, and the cost is truly more than fair! Amy is a true professional, and more than just cost-effective. She is the total package, and it's refreshing to know people like Amy are still out there. Great job, Amy! read more

Amy is The BEST! Professional, Competent, Responsive & all at a Fair Price! One hundred times a wiser choice than the DMV

Very accommodating! Ran into a couple of issues. Straighten them out. Got my registration fixed and me back up and running! Biggest thing? I didn't have to wait in a line. Great Job A&E! read more

Amy and Yaghaira are quite the amazing duo. They will help you with your registration in a very timely manner. No need to stand in line at the DMV, they have it down packed!! The office is clean! And very presentable! Very inviting environment UPDATE: Went for a second renewal in a row! They are quick and efficient! Very kind and talkative. Everything was smooth and easy! They accept multiple forms of payment which makes things simple. Definitely recommend coming here if you want to skip the DMV lines! read more

Very fast and professional. The convenience is worth the reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.

They were already busy with 2 customers. Interesting decor...white leather couches, hairy pillows and lots of clutter. They were nice enough and probably good for complex title/registration cases idk but my situation was too minor (renewal). I had found there was a keosk machine on my phone while waiting so I left. Keosk took literally two minutes. read more

It's my second time coming to this place for two different vehicles and they never disappoint me. Wanted to thank Amy and Yaghaira sincerely for all of their hard work and they saved me a trip to the DMV for my vehicle registration. Had my vehicle refinanced had an issue with the dealership misspelling my name so had to get that corrected in order to receive my tags. Been driving with expired tags for 9 months before showing up to this place( since it was tough to obtain the title name transfer with my refinancing bank) , Paid off the DMV note with Amy, Amy saved me with a temporary permit so I can still be driving while I got this resolved. Finally, today my tags came in and I was extremely happy to receive them. Yaghaira was helpful through the process in following up with me and suggesting what to do as well. They were both honest , friendly and professional in everything they do. Thanks once again for all of your help. read more

If I can rate them more, I'd do it. Amy and her team made my out-of-state car registration so simple. Came here today at the 11th hour and was helped promptly. I didn't expect to walk out of there with PLATES. Awesome! I highly recommend them so you never have to deal with the DMV ever again, there's no better reason than that. Their prices are very reasonable, too, for the service (and friendliness) you get. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. My fiancé and I came here when it stated on the sign and online that it was open. We called multiple times no answer. We get there and the sign says clearly open and the door was locked. The sign was still blinking open and the door said the days and time open. I knocked multiple times no response. After awhile we left. How do you have 5 stars with reviews yet no signage that you aren't open. People waste gas and time coming. Worse experience won't be returning. read more

Great service! They are extremely knowledge and the process is super easy. I was in and out with my new license plates extremely quick. The office is very nice and comfortable. read more

A&E has helped us do dozens of registrations and title changes on our fleet in the past 3 years. They even helped us straighten out a couple of incorrectly titled trucks that were haunting us so they could be properly registered. They know their business and are completely professional. I don't even know where the local commercial DMV is anymore; we just call A&E. read more

My Uncle passed away, and I became Executor of his Estate. I called A & E for help and they were wonderful. Polite, professional and HELPFUL. In fact, they were so helpful I discovered I didn't need their services. I asked them to send a bill for being helpful, but they wouldn't do it, because they felt they hadn't performed any services! AMAZING! I recommend them for any and all of their services. They are honest and helpful and have actual principles -- something you don't see that much nowadays. read more

Just left a&e! I've been in & out of the dmv for weeks. Finally someone recommended a registration service. I called around to all the registration spots & found that Amy has the best prices! I'm so glad I found this place Great fast service, I was out in a half hour with everything taken care of. It is worth paying these guys to help out rather than dealing with the jerks at the dmv. Keep up the good work gals! read more

Amy works extemely hard to get things done fast and correctly! She is very well informed and good at her job.I will becoming here again!

Like most of you, I planned my day to deal with going to the DMV to register my vehicle at the painful DMV. My situation was even more complicated as I purchased a truck from out of state. Upon receiving the title via FedEx, I darted out the door and drove straight to my cities DMV. As I approached, I saw a massive line literally blocks long at 10:30am. Shocked as the DMV website stated there was no line. I asked a guy towards the front of the line what time did he get in line. 7:45am! He was not even inside. I left recommitting myself to come back the next morning early with my laptop and maybe a chair to work while going through their slow process. Later that day, still blown away, I did a Yelp search on a best DMV. A&E popped up. I was suspicious. I read all the reviews and called to confirm they could full fill my DMV needs. She told me it would take about 15 minutes. I went straight there. Exactly as others have stated. In a small office building, maybe a converted apartment building, easy to spot with the previously attached picture. I met with both of the ladies and they both were very thorough, professional, nice, and customer oriented. Funny thing, because I had purchased a truck from out of state, the CA DMV requires vehicle weight be on the title. The state I purchased the truck from does not. Had I gone to the city DMV i would have been in line for 3 hours and missed the one little thing that would have sent me home without getting registered only to do it all over again another day! A&E saved my file, provided me weight station options, and I was off and back in 30 minutes. Total time spent in the office was 20 minutes but much of that was me chatting with them. I got my new plates, stickers, and registration. Shocking that anyone would go to the DMV. This is place is real! As hard as it is to believe that something can be this good and be true. IT IS! A huge thank you to A & E!! read more
