Luckily Fernando put me at ease and let me know that he could try and fix it and if he couldn't he wouldn't charge me a cent. Fernando let me know everything he was doing under the hood and was nice enough to explain to me the process of diagnosing AC issues. He was very transparent compared to what you get at an official dealership. He finished the work within an hour and quoted me at a fair and reasonable price compared to the Subaru dealership. Despite explaining my situation, she refused to accommodate me. I returned at 11:00 a.m. and ended up waiting approximately two hours before my fingerprints were finally taken. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.
