I've come to this store for multiple package shipments since moving to the west side and have always had a great experience. No long lines, good customer service, and on time (or close enough) delivery dates. Pricing is notably higher than a USPS but does get there quicker. The only downfall is parking along Sepulveda can be a bit dodgy (esp during commute hours), so in that case I would recommend parking in the Ralph's/CVS parking lot on the other end of the block on the back side. read more

Every time I visit the location I'm in and out. The customer service is great and welcoming. They are organized and thorough. They make the experience as easy as possible. There is free street parking or parking lot behind the business. It's near the airport so traffic can get congested depending on the time of day I would recommend and have been here multiple times and had consistent experiences every time. read more

Go to literally any other UPS store besides this one. The older man all the other one star reviews are referring too, his name is Mike and he is the rudest person I have ever interacted with in a customer service setting. He continually interrupted and talked over me just to tell me I was wrong (all I wanted was information on how to get a refund for a delivery fee when my package was not delivered to me... thought that made sense). He was curt, condescending, and straight up disrespectful every time he spoke to me. Before I left, I informed him that the way he spoke to me was disrespectful. He cut me off AGAIN to try and argue with me, while refusing to look me in the eye. This man is a misogynist, to me it was clear he wasn't taking my situation seriously because I was a woman who was upset. I feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I wish there was a Zero button for this place. I go to this UPS Store because it is close to my house. I probably go in about 10x month. When I go in to mail a UPS letter envelope, I ask for a few extra envelopes so that on my next trip I can just drop off. Well, last week I was told that I could not have any extra envelopes - I could only get one for what I was mailing at the time. What???? I know it was the gray haired guy that made up this idiotic rule because he is not friendly, but this goes beyond the pale. You mean I can't get UPS supplies at the UPS Store? You see me in here all the time. I need to finish this up because I'm getting angry again. And don't call UPS looking to complain. I called UPS Customer Service and someone in a far Eastern country who spoke like a robot told me that this location is a franchise so there was nothing they could do. Really? They carry your company name, you dolt! If you must UPS, there is a drop box that picks up at 6:30PM from the UPS hub on Nash near Sepulveda at LAX. It is relatively easy to access from Imperial. You will have to have you airbill/label already printed, but guess what - they have some supplies at the drop box, and the drop box won't tell you NO. I've been coming here for years. And my experiences have been always incredibly positive, that I feel compelled to write a review. I usually come in just for simple printing or faxing jobs, and every time I am met with a smile from Mike, or whoever happens to be working here. The parking is easy. The service is great. I have always had good experiences with this store. However, today I went in and the service was exceptional. A young lady named, Pearl, was the one who helped me today. I hadn't boxed or wrapped my items yet when I arrived. She wrapped and boxed my items up for me. One of my items was glass and she spent a good amount of time wrapping it securely. This store charges a lot more than other stores around for common services. They charged me $3 for a small cardboard box a year ago and few days back when I went to get a notary done I asked them to also help ship the document thinking they will be faster than USPS. Turns out they charged me more in the name of ups but still sent it through USPS at the end. The guy working there never clarified that they will be using usps at the end. I could have just used usps registered post, paid half the price and got it delivered earlier than ups. I would avoid this store. read more

They emailed me these pictures of their package damaged and re taped up. It's weight was off about a pound and missing 6 pieces of my product that they ordered. I walked in the store with a Niki bag and a polo bag. The manager took my bags, went to the back of store and I have yet to see my items again. This happened on April 7th 2021. I have filed a police report and claim against the store. I don't understand how there is absolutely no nothing about my things. Yes they made a tracking receipt but there is nowhere about my items even left the store. I asked to see the camera footage and nothing. I thought when UPS pick they are to scan the package. The only reason why I didn't rate this 5 stars was because of the sign they had on the counter, which read: "RULES: Rule #1 The boss is always right. Rule #2 If you think the boss is wrong see rule #1." I thought the customer is always right, not the boss. Or is the boss the customer or Store Manager? Unfortunately, I have to go to this UPS location for delivery due to my job. But without a doubt, it is one of the worst places I have ever had to go, with the worst treatment. It's incredible that they have such an unpleasant and rude man (I think his name is Mike) as the one they have in charge there. He is insensitive, with a terrible attitude and very little desire to help. The last time I went, I was with my 2-year-old baby and as soon as I entered, he looked at me with contempt and told me to wait outside, where my baby was at risk of being near cars. Then I saw a huge sign that said PASSPORT PHOTOS. When I walked in, I told him that I needed passport photos and again with a very bad attitude, he told me that he only took photos of adults, not children. How is that possible? or they give the complete service or better they do not advertise it. I'm surprised that they still have that guy there, mistreating people who leave him money and feed him. If I could leave zero stars I would. Arrived at 6:15 with a time sensitive package to go out at 6:30. Emailed them a shipping label; 15 min later the truck has left and they tell me they are closed, and that they never received my email to print. I resent it 3 times. Warning: Never EVER use this place for package pickup. I was having issues with packages being stolen at my apartment, so I started using UPS My Choice. UMC allows you to reroute your package to a UPS store for pickup. This one was convenient for me, so I arranged for my package to go there. I went to pick up my package and they couldn't find it in the back. After looking around, they discovered that it was sitting in a pile of boxes in the middle of the store. It wasn't attended or secured in any way, and anyone walking into the store had immediate access to it. This was a very light and moderately sized box, too, so it would have been very easy to steal. When I brought this up to the manager, he was very dismissive and said "that doesn't happen." Um, yeah, it does. And I wasn't paying to have my package left in a totally unattended, unsecured area. I was paying for it to be held safely for me. They didn't even remember where they had left it so they obviously were not paying much attention. I wrote a letter to the store and I was blown off again - so it's clear that these guys don't care too much about the security of your deliveries. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The Staples down the block on Sepulveda does UPS and FedEx, and there's a post office nearby on Airport, so you have options. read more
