Ridiculous place. Extremely over-priced. I brought in a manila envelope and pre-paid label. They wanted to charge me $2.00 to tape the label to the envelope. What a crock. read more

Andrew was a rock star. I brought in a very tall-back antique chair that belonged to my mother, who recently died, and I live across the country and needed help packaging and shipping it. The size initially caused him hesitation about being able to pack it properly. But he dug in to the task and figured it out, using a variety of boxes and bubble wrap; he succeeded! I'm very happy and will return. read more

Needed a couple of color copies made. The UPS store on sepulveda Blvd near LAX in Westchester was convenient. Price was fair and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. read more

Today, Friday the 10th I went to store 4417 to pick up my package that arrived Monday the sixth after 5:30pm business hours and I was assessed a $5 dollar fee for not picking up my mail after three days technically mail it should be counted till Tuesday since it came after five, which would I be OK with picking it up Friday without any assessment of fees? Not to mention I have ask the owner repeatedly to check my email to see why I am not receiving an email that I have received a package. The owner has been unreasonably and degrading to me as a long term customer which has caused me to seek other means of services. read more

If you want your ground deliveries received by the date on your receipt then go to another delivery company. I learned after my ground deliveries were delivered after my receipt date that UPS does not give refunds on ground deliveries per this store and customer service even though my late deliveries were due to UPS error. read more

I've come to this store for multiple package shipments since moving to the west side and have always had a great experience. No long lines, good customer service, and on time (or close enough) delivery dates. Pricing is notably higher than a USPS but does get there quicker. The only downfall is parking along Sepulveda can be a bit dodgy (esp during commute hours), so in that case I would recommend parking in the Ralph's/CVS parking lot on the other end of the block on the back side. read more

Breanna was amazing ! She provided amazing customer service! She helped me with my returns and even took the time to help package one of my returns so I wouldn't have to worry about it myself. She was patient, helpful, and gave me great solutions to make the process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Breanna, for going above and beyond! read more

Very friendly and fast service. Easy parking right out front, not too busy. I usually come here for Amazon returns and it has always been a breeze. read more

Parking: Limited 15 minute street parking in front of the store. Went in to mail off express package shortly after they opened. Not a long line but I can tell based on the number of packages in the lobby that this location can get busy. read more

Every time I visit the location I'm in and out. The customer service is great and welcoming. They are organized and thorough. They make the experience as easy as possible. There is free street parking or parking lot behind the business. It's near the airport so traffic can get congested depending on the time of day I would recommend and have been here multiple times and had consistent experiences every time. read more

This UPS store is a life-saver ... Because I shop on-line .. Sometimes I need to return items...And it's conveniently located in Westchester... Great service ... They will print-out return labels & secure the packages for shipping... I just wish they offered US Postal Services .. But it is a UPS Store... Thank-You for taking care of my returns... Grateful... ms. glen read more

Andrew was very helpful with my passport picture. After me , a lot of people came in but he was very efficient & professional.

They had excellent customer service during my visit. I had a large heavy package to return and they were nice enough to help me. I didn't really know what I needed to do to return the package. However, that was no a problem. They were patient and instructed me in what to do. They made it easy and they were extremely helpful. read more

PASSPORT PHOTOS done here! And done RIGHT! (looks like I need to post 41 more characters before Yelp will allow me to post this review. Happy now?) read more

Go to literally any other UPS store besides this one. The older man all the other one star reviews are referring too, his name is Mike and he is the rudest person I have ever interacted with in a customer service setting. He continually interrupted and talked over me just to tell me I was wrong (all I wanted was information on how to get a refund for a delivery fee when my package was not delivered to me... thought that made sense). He was curt, condescending, and straight up disrespectful every time he spoke to me. Before I left, I informed him that the way he spoke to me was disrespectful. He cut me off AGAIN to try and argue with me, while refusing to look me in the eye. This man is a misogynist, to me it was clear he wasn't taking my situation seriously because I was a woman who was upset. I feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. Will never come back here. read more

I wish there was a Zero button for this place. I go to this UPS Store because it is close to my house. I probably go in about 10x month. When I go in to mail a UPS letter envelope, I ask for a few extra envelopes so that on my next trip I can just drop off. Well, last week I was told that I could not have any extra envelopes - I could only get one for what I was mailing at the time. What???? I know it was the gray haired guy that made up this idiotic rule because he is not friendly, but this goes beyond the pale. You mean I can't get UPS supplies at the UPS Store? You see me in here all the time. I need to finish this up because I'm getting angry again. And don't call UPS looking to complain. I called UPS Customer Service and someone in a far Eastern country who spoke like a robot told me that this location is a franchise so there was nothing they could do. Really? They carry your company name, you dolt! If you must UPS, there is a drop box that picks up at 6:30PM from the UPS hub on Nash near Sepulveda at LAX. It is relatively easy to access from Imperial. You will have to have you airbill/label already printed, but guess what - they have some supplies at the drop box, and the drop box won't tell you NO. Avoid the Westchester UPS Store at all costs. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. The guy(Mike the manager)with gray hair was the rudest! On Saturday May 1, 2021 I walked in and he rudely told me "can you wait!" After a desk clerk had already told me to come over so I ignored his ignorance and proceeded with my transaction. Don't go to this location if you see the gray haired man!!! Mike is the worst and needs training or to get fired! This is not a real ups store!!!! It's a franchise so they using the ups name and leaving a bad taste! read more

The older gentleman men at this location was a complete ass. I came in for a passport photo for my baby. He completely blow me off immediately saying they only take photos of people who can actually stand and not hold on too. I let him know that I would be willing to hold him up. Mind you I needed these photos ASAP for last min passport application. He said nope go look somewhere else where they'll deal with that. Completely rude. read more

I came to this location because it is conveniently located near where l need to conduct other business. The customer service representative that attempted to assist me was poor. They were very quick, courteous and they had knew their stuff pretty well, they got me in and out in a jiff!

I come here frequently since it is located inside my office building. I enjoy their printing services but they also have notary and key copy services as well! The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Terrible customer service. The attendant was aloof, unfriendly and unaccommodating. Made me feel like he's doing me a favor. Went from there to the UPS in El Segundo where I got great service. read more

I've been coming here for years. And my experiences have been always incredibly positive, that I feel compelled to write a review. I usually come in just for simple printing or faxing jobs, and every time I am met with a smile from Mike, or whoever happens to be working here. The parking is easy. The service is great. And the prices can't be beat (trust me -- in a pinch I've had to go to competitors and have paid double or triple what this place charges). So yeah, that's about it. Keep up the great work Mike. I'm sure I'll see you soon. -chris read more

I have always had good experiences with this store. However, today I went in and the service was exceptional. A young lady named, Pearl, was the one who helped me today. I hadn't boxed or wrapped my items yet when I arrived. She wrapped and boxed my items up for me. One of my items was glass and she spent a good amount of time wrapping it securely. I was sending to two different people and she was very patient through the process of getting both the addresses. Thank you, Pearl! read more

I would give zero stars if i could lets start off how mike who told me he's the owner treats his employees when i was there he had a young lady helping me then he pushed her to help someone else then started to help me then left to help people in line when i brought it up to his attention he yelled at me then yelled at the young girl working to help me and when she started to help me it seem he got frustrated and then started yelling at the girl to get out of the way and that she has to work quicker I really wish I would have got so young girl's name but if that's the way you treat your employees and your customers you don't deserve any type of business and then he began to raise his voice at me one of the worst interactions ive ever had absolutely the worst possible UPS I have ever been at so disappointed on the owners service read more

I run a small business and depend on shipping to get my products to my customers. I sent this package to a customer to a small shop in Montebello Ca. They emailed me these pictures of their package damaged and re taped up. It's weight was off about a pound and missing 6 pieces of my product that they ordered. This is a great way to put small businesses out of business UPS. Thanks read more

I walked in the store with a Niki bag and a polo bag. The manager took my bags, went to the back of store and I have yet to see my items again. This happened on April 7th 2021. I have filed a police report and claim against the store. I don't understand how there is absolutely no nothing about my things. Yes they made a tracking receipt but there is nowhere about my items even left the store. I asked to see the camera footage and nothing. I thought when UPS pick they are to scan the package. Yes, I have the receipts from my purchase and the receipt where I paid $62 to have my things shipped. TOO DAMN MAD and DISCUSSED Pls DO NOT go to this location they are thieves. read more

I live in Westchester and would like to recommend this UPS however I found my experience horrendous. With one person in front of me it took 30mins to have one Amazon label printed. Never again. read more

This store charges a lot more than other stores around for common services. They charged me $3 for a small cardboard box a year ago and few days back when I went to get a notary done I asked them to also help ship the document thinking they will be faster than USPS. Turns out they charged me more in the name of ups but still sent it through USPS at the end. The guy working there never clarified that they will be using usps at the end. I could have just used usps registered post, paid half the price and got it delivered earlier than ups. I would avoid this store. read more

Was at this store today and Jaqui (SP) was very helpful. The only reason why I didn't rate this 5 stars was because of the sign they had on the counter, which read: "RULES: Rule #1 The boss is always right. Rule #2 If you think the boss is wrong see rule #1." I thought the customer is always right, not the boss. Or is the boss the customer or Store Manager? Either way, the sign should be removed. read more

Unfortunately, I have to go to this UPS location for delivery due to my job. But without a doubt, it is one of the worst places I have ever had to go, with the worst treatment. It's incredible that they have such an unpleasant and rude man (I think his name is Mike) as the one they have in charge there. He is insensitive, with a terrible attitude and very little desire to help. The last time I went, I was with my 2-year-old baby and as soon as I entered, he looked at me with contempt and told me to wait outside, where my baby was at risk of being near cars. Then I saw a huge sign that said PASSPORT PHOTOS. When I walked in, I told him that I needed passport photos and again with a very bad attitude, he told me that he only took photos of adults, not children. How is that possible? or they give the complete service or better they do not advertise it. I'm surprised that they still have that guy there, mistreating people who leave him money and feed him. Shame on you UPS! read more
