I've read some of the negative reviews and find many of the concerns misplaced. Complaining about a business while continuing to patronize it is contradictory. I have a QR code to ship via UPS and they refuse to take it. The lady didn't speak English and I had to get the manager. The manager didn't even try to scan and said I need a shipping label. I told them to scan the QR code for the shipping label but they didn't even try and said no. They were very loudly rude and said I was confusing UPS with USPS. Cynthia the owner is a con artist. She would not refund the DEPOSIT when I closed my mailbox even though I returned the key. I called her out on it and she give no explanation of why she is scamming me. She just said she was not gonna return my deposit. I told her that by definition a deposit is something you get back when you return the key. By the way, there was no damage to the key or the mailbox where it would warrant a keeping of the deposit and I closed/returned the key way before my time was up on the p.o.box. She then knew she was caught in her lie and proceeds to try to end the conversation ASAP because she knew she was lying. I'm contacting corporate for a refund and reporting them to the BBB. Cynthia/Christian only is concerned with $$$$ and will lie and cheat you to scam you out of even $30. read more

***No Stars***Ive had a mailbox with this ups store for 2 years now and the previous staff 2 women that appear to be sisters and son are absolutely nice and helpful. Today was different I had an Absolutely horrible experience at the UPS store. I went to the store to collect my mail which was removed out of my box. My mailbox needed to be renewed. Instead of reviewing my account The associate called his manager from his cell phone. Meanwhile there was a lady who worked there and obviously knew my account. However, she did not speak English. I told her my mailbox # she automatically knew my last name and continued to say no and shake her head after saying it. The original associate handed me his cell phone with his manager on the phone to tell me no one could renew my mailbox and that I would have to return another day. I asked him if I could collect my mail and come back Friday to renew. His answer was no my mail would not be released to me until $100 was paid which no one would do that day . Given that I originally paid $70 for my last renewal I had questions. The owner told me I was wasting their time and threatened to call the police on me and my 10 month old daughter. The staff there was cruel for no reason. It's one thing to hold a person's mail hostage but totally overboard to threaten to call the cops on a nonconfrontational loyal customer with her baby. read more

I have been a postal box user at this location for almost 2 years I absolutely love the staff and the service. Very friendly even through this pandemic I've noticed lines out the door due to the social distancing, they still smile and ask how my day is going, or show concern if they haven't seen me in a while. I originally chose this location because of the full service they offer, 24 hr access, I order lots of packages not one has be lost, computer and printer access, shredder at the facility, plus convenient location.
