Try to return a small charger in the bag Amazon sent to me they said I had to buy their bag to return it I said that ok I'll buy your bag they said they only take cash. Suspicious. I'm Returning it with the bag that Amazon gave to me not used. But I can't use my credit card just cash. I went to another ups n they didn't charge me at all. To return my charger. They wanted cash soo it wouldn't be tracked I think. read more

You never know what you're going to get when you come here . I came on Friday and the Hispanic man at the counter didn't even greet me just opened with the system is down I'm only accepting packages with a label . Fast forward to today , myself along with 7 other people waited for 20 minutes past their posted opening time waiting for someone to show up . And everyone ended up leaving because no one ever arrived . Honestly , you're better off going to the UPS store on 120th and Crenshaw. THIS PLACE SUCKS !!! read more

Always great service. Sometimes you come here and the line is out the door but the reps are still very friendly and helpful. There's horrible Wi-fi service so at times it can take awhile to pull up the Amazon return label but nevertheless the cashiers are always patient and helpful. This is the only place I come for Amazon returns and it's all due ti the excellent customer service Keep up the great work read more

This place is great. The staff consistently provide timely service and are proactive in offering alternative options when needed. I've read some of the negative reviews and find many of the concerns misplaced. Complaining about a business while continuing to patronize it is contradictory. It's also important to note that delays are often caused by customers arriving unprepared, which is not the responsibility of the service provider and can understandably result in longer wait times. Some may assume this is a "fake" positive review, but there's no need for that. I'm simply sharing my genuine experience as a real customer. read more

0 stars!!! I dropped off a simple piece of mail, my RENT CHECK. It's been over a month, and my landlord says they haven't received it; why? Because I'm pretty one of the employees at UPS stole it. NEVER SEND MAIL FROM THIS LOCATION. They'll steal your stuff, then act dumb when you ask them about it. Also, they don't bother answering phones, so you have to show up if you have problems. So unprofessional. Filing a complaint with corporate ASAP. read more

Just came in to ship a box. I didn't have a label. The guy working the counter (Chris) was AWESOME. Gave me clear simple instruction so he could print it for me, and while he was waiting for me to do that, I watched him handle 4 other customers at the same time. All being treated politely, not in a rushed manner, but SUPER efficiently. I feel like it's so hard to find people doing good customer service these days. Chris at this UPS Store...THANK YOU! read more

I have been here many times, and always busy. I am always returning my Amazon returns, and so are many others. Christian is always the clerk, and I came here to say what an outstanding job he does, even when the chaos is big! He is awesome and would love him to get some recognition of all his hard work and for the beautiful calm person he is. read more

Christian is so kind and always incredibly helpful. So happy that I was lucky to land at this post office last year.

I love Christian's care. He is very nice and dedicated at his work, he is fast and always willing to help. I like that he is bilingual because he can help more than one person. This is my favorite shipping store. read more

Very under staffed. Only 1 person here, and there is a line out the door. They need to hire more staff to service this location.

They are unprofessional. Were not open during business hours listed. The business hours on the door were not followed. The store opened minutes after business hours as well as once opened the staff were unprepared for customers. Additionally, the staff was on a personal phone call speaking a foreign language while serving an English speaking customer. read more

I have a QR code to ship via UPS and they refuse to take it. The lady didn't speak English and I had to get the manager. The manager didn't even try to scan and said I need a shipping label. I told them to scan the QR code for the shipping label but they didn't even try and said no. They were very loudly rude and said I was confusing UPS with USPS. They told me to go to USPS for QR codes. Went to a different UPS at 2851 W. 120th, Hawthorne and they did it no problem. read more

Cynthia the owner is a con artist. She would not refund the DEPOSIT when I closed my mailbox even though I returned the key. I called her out on it and she give no explanation of why she is scamming me. She just said she was not gonna return my deposit. I told her that by definition a deposit is something you get back when you return the key. By the way, there was no damage to the key or the mailbox where it would warrant a keeping of the deposit and I closed/returned the key way before my time was up on the p.o.box. She then knew she was caught in her lie and proceeds to try to end the conversation ASAP because she knew she was lying. I'm contacting corporate for a refund and reporting them to the BBB. Cynthia/Christian only is concerned with $$$$ and will lie and cheat you to scam you out of even $30. read more

How do you claim to open at 9:00am and not have a single light on or door unlocked. Im glad we drove this far just for your location not to be open. Yelp says 9am and the sign in your door says 9am. The service here is unprecedented, and their efficiency is first class. Christian is a beautiful human being, inside and out. Ive watched him over the past 3 years and he has continually impressed me with how he has the tolerance to deal with so many different personalities, and as many different attitudes. His calm demeanor and true professional. behavior makes me comfortable in the fact that UPS has a great man and the other customer service staff @ this location here in Hawthorne. As a former Teamster and package car driver for UPS, I can tell you that Christian's work ethic, and intelligence is what UPS looks for in their Corporate codes of conduct for employee's to follow.. The staff isn't very friendly nor helpful there was about 8 people standing in line and neither employee said anything to the guest. ***No Stars***Ive had a mailbox with this ups store for 2 years now and the previous staff 2 women that appear to be sisters and son are absolutely nice and helpful. Today was different I had an Absolutely horrible experience at the UPS store. I went to the store to collect my mail which was removed out of my box. My mailbox needed to be renewed. Instead of reviewing my account The associate called his manager from his cell phone. Meanwhile there was a lady who worked there and obviously knew my account. However, she did not speak English. I told her my mailbox # she automatically knew my last name and continued to say no and shake her head after saying it. The original associate handed me his cell phone with his manager on the phone to tell me no one could renew my mailbox and that I would have to return another day. I asked him if I could collect my mail and come back Friday to renew. His answer was no my mail would not be released to me until $100 was paid which no one would do that day . Given that I originally paid $70 for my last renewal I had questions. The owner told me I was wasting their time and threatened to call the police on me and my 10 month old daughter. The staff there was cruel for no reason. It's one thing to hold a person's mail hostage but totally overboard to threaten to call the cops on a nonconfrontational loyal customer with her baby. read more

Most workers are fine, but 1 young man (20s) will hustle you and try to tell you that an Amazon Dropoff label is $1 each or that you'll have to provide your own return envelopes or buy theirs for $2/piece. I have been a postal box user at this location for almost 2 years I absolutely love the staff and the service. Very friendly even through this pandemic I've noticed lines out the door due to the social distancing, they still smile and ask how my day is going, or show concern if they haven't seen me in a while.
