Oy, New ownership and management have been beyond disappointing. I've been coming here for over 10 years, but this will absolutely be my last time. Since the change in ownership, things have become disorganized and customer service has severely declined. There have also been unexpected additional charges after renewals, and when I asked about charges that were previously approved by staff, I was made to feel like the issue is mine rather than getting a clear explanation. There is also a man who claims to be in an ownership role (Brian), and his interactions with me were highly combative. It was beyond threatening. If he is the owner, that definitely explain the current direction of the business. If not, ownership should seriously reconsider who is representing them to customers. He should not be anywhere near customers. After more than 10 years as a customer, I'm done. At this point, the whole experience would be almost comical if it weren't so gross and disturbing. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during one of my visits to your store. Upon entering the store, I was confronted about a previous review I had written. My post had been printed and pinned to the wall behind the counter, and I was identified by two staff members--a woman and a gentleman--as soon as I reached the counter. Shortly thereafter, I was confronted by the manager, Brian. At no point during this interaction was I asked how the business could earn back my trust or improve my experience. Instead, the situation appeared to be predicated on the idea of "getting back at" a customer for leaving feedback. The conduct demonstrated what appeared to be a coordinated effort by staff to single me out rather than address concerns constructively. During the exchange, Brian also yelled "A** H***" in my direction. Regardless of the intent behind the remark, those words should never be spoken to a customer under any circumstance. Given the scene that had been created, I felt it was necessary to disengage from the situation out of concern for my own safety. The fact that employees had coordinated to target me made it clear that the situation had escalated far beyond a normal customer interaction. As I left and reached the door, I realized I had forgotten to give them a receipt for packages received. When I returned briefly, I observed staff laughing and cheering about the incident that had just transpired. The core issue here is the weaponization of a group of employees to target a customer. This behavior is unacceptable, and every customer deserves to know that such conduct occurred. To Brian and the staff present that day: your cheering and sense of triumph--"we got him"--has resulted in the permanent loss of a customer of over 11 years. I will no longer be doing business with this location. I hope you recognize the long-term cost of that decision and reflect on how future customers may be treated. read more

I went in yesterday to return a package. No surprise, post holiday, the line was out the door. But I was not discouraged and it actually went very quickly! I needed them to print the shipping label and there is a charge for that (under $3). They will have the email information on a sign closer to the door that people should send things to in order to be printed so that it's ready to go by the time you reach the register. The people that work there have always been super friendly and this time was no different. BONUS: They have a mailbox for real mail if you need it! read more

I have been going to this place for a few years now. The ladies there have always been helpful and nice in every way possible. Today I encountered a male there (possibly the manager) who was outright rude the minute my husband and I walked in. He was upset our package wasn't taped, but again I've always had someone from the store assist me with taping and not make it a big fuss. He then went on to mention "people don't understand taping needs to occur and if not then a 90cent fee will incur....to which my response is I will gladly pay 90 cents no need to speak to me in that tone. I work in customer service also and understand frustration but to blow up on someone else due to whatever your issues are is clearly not the way. Learn to be better. Even though this place is a 3 minute drive I will definitely opt to go to other locations to avoid giving business to this place and to the man I interacted with. read more

I called on Tuesday for notary services and they informed me that I didn't need an appointment and I could come by anytime. I came in on Wednesday and a guy said the notary guy was not in but he would be in on Thursday from 9:00a to 6:00p. I returned on Thursday at 10:50a and I was coldly told by the same guy that the notary guy stepped out and would be back in 15 minutes. I asked if this was accurate and he said no, it could be longer. The worst part was the dismissive attitude from the staff more than the lack of availability of the notary service. I've been going to this UPS location for almost 10 years. It's convenient. I've had no problems with services until today. I went to return. I placed my return on the weight gadget. The lady said I need the original package for my return. No one at this UPs has ever asked me that. She told me to get a mailing envelope to fit my return. I walked back and she threw my return and said she wasn't going to do the return for me. Then she said next customer in line. Wow. I hope owner Brian trains her to have people skills. That was very rude! The services need to be consistent. If original bags are required then stick to that. Again, no one at the site has ever brought that to my attention. I've been coming here for many years,  sometimes on a daily basis since I run a small online business.  I usually love this place because they take my usps packages, my amazon returns as well as printing needs in addition to UPS services.  But today my usps packages were refused,  even though they still clearly advertise that they accept usps.  The person (I think the manager),  was just super rude,  he should not be dealing with customers at all.  Well,  either way,  its sad,  I thought this was my one stop shop but looks like they no longer want my business.  This is also the last straw because earlier this year they lost my passport application and I had to launch an investigation since it never left the actual store.  Either way,  moving my business elsewhere,  too bad.  Although reading all these reviews seem to make me feel like I'm not the only one. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I have been going to this UPS for years and would never have complained but today I had a terrible experience and would hate for any other person especially in my condition to experience this. I was waiting behind one customer for a long time. There was only one employee working and then a second employee came in and started doing other things. A third customer walked in and the second employee offered to help that customer. I spoke up and said I had been waiting for 15 minutes. The second employee said "oh you could have come up". Well he never told me to come up. He was taking a long time to help me and meanwhile the first employee finished up with the first customer so he offered to help the third customer even though I still hadn't been helped. I spoke up and asked if I could be helped first. I wouldn't normally do this but I'm 7 months pregnant and it was very hot in the store. I was starting to not feel well from standing in line in a hot space. The second employee said I had to wait while the system was restarting. At that point I was so frustrated and feeling faint so I said I will go to a different UPS. The third customer said i can go in front of him but the second employee said "no let her go somewhere else." I've seen this employee many times before and he's always been nice and I've always been nice to him so I was truly shocked when he treated me like that. One he shouldn't treat any customer like that, two I'm a repeat customer and three I'm very pregnant. I really hope he was just having an off moment and would never do that again. read more

Manager has poor attitude, wasn't willing to provide any solution for a return label I needed. The package I had came with a shipping document that simply needed them to scan, she didn't even look at it, just rudely gestured me to back of line to fill out the blanks (meant for UPS) only to say she's never seen this document before. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, they are always more than well staffed so you aren't standing there waiting in a big line, and I've never had any issue here whatsoever. The UPS Store has turned out to be a very convenient stop in my neighborhood. Ship an item? YES! Drop off an Amazon return? YES! Stop by with a pile of confidential papers to get shredded? YES! I know they have other services too (haven't used them yet.) Really like that they are promoting Covid-19 safety measures - social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer. I sent my 16 year olds to get their passport photos taken at this store. They were wearing hoodies and those are not allowed on passport photos and they were wearing white tshirts underneath which are also not allowed (which we weren't aware of). So they were told them to fold their hoodies into their necks and when I saw the pictures they look ridiculous! I called the store to ask if they would allow them to retake the photos and they said we would have to pay again! They said the pictures are acceptable! These are their official pictures for the next 5 years! I even spoke to the Mgr - Cameron and she wouldn't budge either! Usually they have been good. Left my phone at home brought some boxes to mail to some east coast relatives. Accidentally transposed the zip code for New York City address. She said "we can't mail that" I asked if they could look it up...as I would prefer not to go home... they weren't busy at all... the response "no we can't do that. " Wow... so I'll just drive to the more distant UPS. Sad they didn't have the technology to support looking up the zip code For the address it's in Manhattan not Nepal. Next time yes don't leave your phone and 2 don't expect customer service or understanding if I go back here. This is the first time I've ever had a PO Box, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Not only does it in sure that I actually get my packages, the process of getting one was quick and simple, and the entire staff there is incredibly nice. I have only picked up packages a couple handfuls of times, but the staff already takes notice to when I come in, and they have my package ready for me by the time I'm done signing the pickup slip from my box. Greeted on entry and the staff seems very friendly and cordial. This particular place had LiveScan and helped me do fingerprint for my licensure application. They helped me fill out the paper work and the actually fingerprinting process was smooth and efficient. The store also has a Notary public on hand which is very convenient because I needed it for the license application. Didn't even need to set up an appointment, walk ins were welcome. UPS is now charging two dollars to drop off your rent check if your landlord has a mailbox at their facility! What a way to rip people off during the pandemic that are just trying to pay their rent on time. Not only that they were as rude as could be and told me I could get a stamp and put it in the mail I rode my bike over here with just the check!!!! Very poor customer service at this location.
