Terrible service by one female employee. I had to interrupt a personal conversation between the female clerk and a customer. I indicated that I needed help and was pressed for time and she proceeded with the personal conversation for another 3 minutes which felt like an eternity. I was the one being apologetic for interrupting. And all I needed was to purchase a box. I should have said something but I didn't. I'm posting this review instead. I normally have a very positive experience there. read more

Notary service. Jocelyn at the UPS store saved the day, our appt at the Credit Union was canceled unexpectedly and we were able to do a walk in notary. She handled it fast and professionally! Thank you! read more

Went in to get something notarized today at 1:30pm. The woman who was the notary was talking to someone and said she had to 'step out' and couldn't help me. What a waste of time. read more

Had I lot of documents to be Notarized: the lady that helped me ( Notary) was extremely nice and helpful! I highly recommend this UPS store! read more

This is the little store that can. What you need... let's be reasonable now, within their offerings, the staff will get it done with enthusiasm and a smile. Free parking is pretty great, too. read more

Very frustrating. Depends on who is working. Prices for services and supplies vary wildly. Paid $4 for an envelope on Friday . Same envelope today was $1. No explanation. read more

Convenient and good service. They processed my return order with no issues. Will use this location again.

These folks are nice but I'd rather go to Rolling Hills UPS. Charging folks $3 just to print a prepaid label is absurd and borderline gouging. I'll go elsewhere where they don't charge at all. read more

This place has the worst customer service. It's close to my house so it's the most convenient to go to this location but that staff makes driving farther worth it. They all stand behind the counter. If you're carrying a large or heavy box they continue to stand there while you struggle to get the door open. Everything you ask them is met with attitude. Every other UPS store experience at any other location has been outstanding. Alex-you can do better. All of the reviews for this location are basically the same because they are consistently this way. Lazy, unprofessional, rude and extremely unhelpful staff. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

They do the bare minimum. Rang me up for what I was buying but I had to notify them of their promo that was clearly advertised on the sheet he handed me to execute the discount offer. Then I proceeded to struggle to carry a plethora of boxes out and no one even offered to hold the door. There were no other customers there and two people working. Just watched as I dropped things and I tried to open the door again alone read more

Great place for shipping. Very helpful staff. Today Blue helped me to make decisions about shipping I really appreciated. I recommend this store for all of your package shipping needs. read more

Absolutely love this store! Been getting my mail and packages here for nearly a year now. Adore the staff. Amy is what professionalism should look like. Went out of her way to make some calls to get the box I wanted; and got it done! She gets my packages packed and out for shipping while chatting me up with good vibes. Adam always has a great attitude when I walk in! I do brings snacks when I come in lol Being kind to them helps! read more

Stopped by to send a package with a return label. They Egregiously charged three dollars to print out one piece of paper. Crazy!!!!

This seems to be the lowest-class UPS store ever. I don't know if there's some kind of program to hire the un-hirables here or not, but whatever is going on with hiring here is NOT working! All of the women working here clearly have no idea of professionalism or decor whatsoever. I felt like I was magically transported into a ghetto, having to hear crude rap music while employees talk about their personal lives and discuss should-be-private details, while no one is getting any work done. It's called work time vs personal time. Please teach your employees the difference and/or hire people with the slightest semblance of class!!! read more

This has to be the WORST UPS Store on planet earth hands down and it's not even close how terrible this one is. It doesn't allow you to give an establishment 0 stars on Yelp, but without a doubt it should have negative. Whoever is in charge of training and hiring the staff and employees must emphasize to always be rude to whoever walks through the door because boy is it hard to find someone who works there with a smile. I understand we are all going through different aspects in life, but it wouldn't kill you to be nice for the 30 seconds a customer is there for. Unfortunately, I have been going here for years as it is the closest and most convenient and I have noticed the staff changes maybe every 3 months or so. read more

I was notified today that they were holding a package for me for OVER A YEAR AND A HALF! They never notified me it was there at delivery by putting a note in my P.O. Box. They said they don't do that anymore... I was supposed to check there website to see if I had a any packages; really... I should have been notified of a text service and they just enrolled me TODAY. They had my cell number but needed my service provider. You would think they would notify you after the package was there for a week, two weeks or worst case a month; not, A YEAR AND A HALF. read more

The service here was amazing and I was so easily helped by Cassandra, she was so attentive and ready to help me with what I needed.

Place is clean and organized. Customer service is great! The service is fast, you don't have to make a big line

This is my go-to location and had an absolutely great experience with Amy today at the front desk. With a laptop shipping deadline of this week, I needed to get it out quickly - but she was kind enough to advise me of a perfect shipping window timeframe for half the price. That sort of honesty goes a long way with me and it earned my repeat future business! Also had a couple Amazon returns as I was passing through, and they were expertly handled with a smile as well! Great location for UPS + Amy was awesome to work with! read more

I love the Redondo Beach Ups store. I have only positive experience with them. I'm just got off the phone with Rylee, she confirmed my issues. I needed to send my mail for this month. Her dialogue was amazing! She is thoughtful and knowledgeable! Thank you! Beth read more

This is my favorite UPS location out of the 3 that are closest to me. All the workers are friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is also clean and organized. I wanted to write a review today because I ran into a tough situation trying to return 3 huge rugs from Amazon. I was a bit frustrated (since I was also in a rush), but the worker that helped me was super patient, understanding, accommodating and walked me through the whole process. Big thanks to her.. will need to catch her name next time. read more

This particular store makes my life so much easier! I'm sure it has a lot to do with Britt who works there and is phenomenal. I often have little packages to mail, and I don't want to stand in line at the post office (especially with Covid.) Parking is a cinch. There are plenty of spaces right in front of their store. I'm always greeted by Britt, who I give my packages to and she kindly and confidently takes over . Yes, it costs more than the post office to have UPS mail. To me it's worth it because it's so easy and convenient. Thank you Britt! My two little pups thank you too! Cori read more

The matter is urgent. I donate two big boxes of face masks to China but the shipment is difficult those days. I heard that UPS is still handling packages to China. I have gone to The UPS Store at Ave I to try. The store clerks are super nice and helpful. Three girls are all helping me figuring out the packing, the way to ship, the cost (I broke, that was over $1k).... Britt, Blue, and anther not-talkative girl but down-to-the-earth female employee too, very detailed, quick, and 100% attentive. Done beautifully. Boxes out!!! Cost a lot of money but feel so relief. Cross fingers still... read more

I visit this store from time to time, but on my recent visit, I asked for some assistance to move a box to the counter, the staff was most un-helpful. Being a senior citizen, I was very disappointed. read more

I had to drop off a few things to return to Dell and Amazon w/ pre-printed shipping labels on relatively heavy items. I dropped it off and the staff were good. I didn't pay anything or buy anything so I don't know anything about this store if you want to pay for items or services but for dropping off items they are great. read more

The customer service that I was provided today honestly made my morning. I was in a rush to get to work and had several packages I needed to drop off for an amazon return, Genesis was so professional and efficient at her job she got me out quickly. Such a pleasant morning interaction! read more

I had phenomenal customer service from Genesis today! She went above and beyond by helping me change my drop off location from Whole Foods to this excellent store. I have always had polite and professional service at this store and highly recommend this location! read more

I used this store often in the past as I live 2 blocks away and it had both UPS and USPS. New owners 2 years ago. Now only UPS and only good for returning Amazon packages. They do not provide their customers with UPS ground shipping, only the much more expensive options. The UPS store on Pacific Coast Highway and Crenshaw, only 2 miles south, provides all UPS services to their customers including ground shipping at a reasonable cost. The biggest complaint though, they are selling non N95, cheap surgical masks at $7.95 each as well as a tiny bottle of sanitizer also $7.95. The same masks being sold at Smart and final supermarket for $1.99 (also grossly overpriced) Price gouging is never good, but during this pandemic, it is despicable! Will only use this UPS location for convenience to return unwanted Amazon returns. Owner of this UPS franchise should be ashamed. Not very community minded. read more

I'm glad this store has employees who don't mind kicking out a Karen who isn't wearing a mask.

Joshua is the nicest, kindest service provider and I will use this location again just because of him. Good old-fashioned work ethic. Thank you, Joshua! read more

Someone give Britt a promotion! What a shining star of a UPS Store worker she is! Usually pretty unimpressed with the help I get in here, but today she went above and beyond to physically help me shove a large mattress topper in to a box! Really appreciated the help- customer service is everything and she really gets that. read more

Stumbled across this location on accident, happened to see their sign from the street, they are in the middle of a major remodel but the store is open and accepting packages, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Once the renovation is complete this will be a very nice store. While it is not in my normal travel area, I would be happy to use them when I am in the area. read more

The staff is why they get any stars. They were excellent. I simply wanted to open a mailbox. I work for the government and in order to pay for the box, the owner must fill out the payer information. His staff member wen the extra mile and called his boss. The boss would not let me explain the document and dismissed his employee and me. Seriously? You didn't want a full year paid in advance? It tells me he doesn't want business. He was rude and dismissive. I went up the street to the other UPS store and the owner there took her time to listen to me and understand. I used to come to the Redondo UPS store, but no more. I have my mailbox and will take my business to another store willing to treat their clients with respect. read more

The UPS store 2 miles up the road is worth the extra distance. It has way better customer service and pricing. I was charged a surcharge at this location to have them print my prepaid label and on top of that I almost couldn't get them to print it because it was a jpeg and not a pdf. It's 2019 and this UPS store didn't have the technology to help me print the most common image file. I was eventually able to download a pdf converter on my phone and and get it printed for a fee. I will definitely not be back at this location. I did the same transaction up the road at the UPS store near Whole Foods. The staff was way friendlier and took care of everything for me in under 5 minutes. read more

Made an appointment for the notary. When I arrived a co worker said she left for the day...

The most helpful small business I've been to in a long time. They had the large PO Boxes (which no one ever has). And their services and recommendations helped so much. I didn't know what I didn't know- but the young gal told me about services that she knew I'd need. Thanks- now I actually look forward to picking up my mail! When does THAT ever happen- lol. read more
