Rude and greedy owners. Tried to charge me $1.00 per first-class postage stamp when they are only $0.73 each. They also tried to scam the customer in front of me in line with an outrageous shipping charge for a package. When he balked and was ready to leave, all of a sudden they miraculously found a better price to offer him. This business has no integrity. read more

I've been a customer here for close to 5 years. I have a mailbox here. In all my years I've paid these people on time without fail. One of the owners was just saying to me a few weeks ago that he appreciated my paying him every month and on time because he has several customers who do not. I've reached my peak of anger and frustration with this facility. I cannot count the times I've been told packages I was awaiting had not been delivered despite the shipping and delivery confirmation. Every single time I order something there's a problem and each time they blame it on the company or the delivery service. This time I actually caught them in a lie. I went to pick up a package which was confirmed delivered. I went several times in one week and each time they said it was not there. Then the woman tells me over the phone that the package arrived and when I went to pick it up, she said she couldn't find it. As it were, the package had been there all along. They are a bunch of unprofessional liars and I'm sick of it. These people drag their behinds to my country and steal every way they can. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to do business with them. I've been nothing but kind and professional. This time I told the sister and the brother exactly what I thought of the poor service they provide. read more

They take care of my many packages and I'm glad they are there to received them. Hearing about Porch Pirates always scared me and I don't have to worry about it anymore. My DHL package was delivered to this company on a Friday at 9:17AM. I tried to pick it up on the following Monday at 10am. They told me they did not have it. I drove back to my office and called DHL again and they again told me the package was there since Friday. I called back to the store and they told me that the package was now there (10 minutes later) and that it had just arrived. All lies! The store is filthy and disgusting. They have zero organization which is apparent the second you walk in the door. If you want lies, disorganization and no package then this might be the place for you! read more

Wasim was amazing! We had 7 50 pound boxes to ship with ups prepaid labels to ship before we headed to the airport. Stopped by the UPS store across the street and they said we could only drop 4 of the boxes because the store was smaller...I explained this to Wasim and he did bring them all in. His store is 1/10th of the size of the UPS store and he still accommodated us! I would support this small business all day long! Definitely will be back...hopefully with lighter boxes. read more

I've had great customer service many times at Postmaster Plus. They've always been very helpful and go the extra mile.

I went here for the Notary Service. I needed six documents notarized. This was for a home closing out of state and my bank nearby would not sign the documents. I went to this place during the busiest time/ Christmas season and the guy came out from behind the counter, took me to a small table and swiftly notarized everything super easy. The cost was about half of what it would cost for someone to drive to me. That's a fair price. Next day I couldn't find my ID. I had dropped it in front of their shop. Someone turned it in. I called to double check and sure enough they had it ready for me to reclaim. From what I know and see, this shop is well run and the people are nice. read more

Great customer service . Near by UPS store quoted me $29 for shipping a package to San Diego ( including the packaging box) but they said if you bring my own box they can do for $17. So I came to this store to buy a box and surprisingly they informed me that they can ship (UPS) as well for a total of $12 . So I happily shipped with them and came out with a UPS tracking number. Even though I no longer live that close to this store, I still go out of my way to utilize them. They rarely have a line, the worker (usually the same younger gentlemen) is very quick, and most importantly very kind. Here's some of my many positive experiences there: I remember a few years ago when I brought in several packages to return the textbooks I've rented for that school semester. He asked, "are these textbooks inside? If so, your shipping cost will be cheaper". In the past, I've rented textbooks and utilized usps to return them, but nobody has EVER asked me that question so I was not aware of the cost difference. Let's face it, not many of are happy with the (lack of) service we get from usps. Today, I walked in with a huge package that still needed to be taped up because I ran out of tape. I grabbed the heavy duty tape that they sell, and told the younger gentlemen that I will purchase it to tape up my package. He said, "don't worry, I can tape it up for you!" Now, usps may allow me to use their tape as well but they would hand it to me with a disgusted face and would tell me to tape it up myself. If I still haven't convinced you how wonderful they are, just go in there yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

Worst place ever. Used to be great. Now it's a mess. I shipped something to my daughter and they put the wrong address on it. I had to contact the post office it finally got sent back to me. I've been in twice getting the run around about getting my money back for a service they didn't provide. I never complain or give bad reviews but this place is horrible you walk in and no one is ever there. They are always in the back. The store is a mess. I dread going to post offices. But this place is one that made my experience quick and easy. Both times the wait long was short and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was provided the fastest shipping at the lowest cost for way more than I expected, not to mention taking advantage of the Yelp Check-In offer made it even way better. I shipped from here once, had an issue package did not deliver. I shipped a second time label was created but package never shipped. The owner gave me the run around, never filed claim with freight provider. Then tried to use scare tactics. I paid for service never received service or full refund. I believe if you are a minority (African American) they will try to steal from you. Will pursue restoration. read more

I wanted to add to the other 5 star reviews, of course mainly for Jordan, the young man (women-and gay men-LOL, buy your stamps there or drop off your packages-see below- to ogle him!) who is as handsome on the inside as he is on the outside. I do not have a printer and he offers to print out the label, one private post office will charge you $2.50, Office Dept makes you rent the computer and then you have to pay for the printout. The other employee an older guy is not quite as nice, when I needed a box he sold me one that was already used for a $1 and would charge me that for the label, I do not think Jordan would have done either but he does not work on the weekends This is also better than the post office, because since they also handle UPS and FedEx he can compare and give you the best price to send your package. I can not comment on the prices of their private post boxes as I do not have one, which is their bread and butter, but even if the prices are higher, you should consider the customer service. I figure that if you have a problem with ANYthing, Jordan is the kind of employee who will go to bat for you and take care of the problem, so take that in consideration when you hire your box. I came to that conclusion because he is nice to me when he makes little money off of me, I drop off my packages there because the more packages they handle the more the delivery companies compensate them, so imagine how he will treat you as higher revenue customer. read more

DO NOT USE I WARN YOU! Every time i send out a package it never reaches its destination! My mistake for allowing the lady employee to help me place a phone in a box. Guess what the phone never arrived! I sent out a pair of boots and it never arrived to it's destination. This place is a SHADY! read more
