We receive many shipments here (from eBay, Amazon, etc.) because -- unlike our mailbox and front porch -- it's very secure and there's always someone available to sign for incoming parcels during business hours. They also do a fine job of packing and shipping our outbound deliveries, and handling our occasional need for a notary, fingerprints (including LiveScan), passport photos, etc. Gina and John are happy, friendly, and helpful people who make every visit a pleasure. Be it if one or the other is there, it's a great experience, but when they are both there, it's a whole party. What I love the most is that they ALWAYS let me know when my packages arrive. I work for a shop just down the street and we come here for all shipping/mailing needs. They are simply the best!! I felt compelled to write this review due to a recent mix up that has happened and the lengths they have gone to help us remedy the situation (which was no fault of their own but an issue with Fedex after our package had been picked up from them). The shipping label from our box was removed and replaced (due to being unreadable) but was placed onto another package that was not ours. This is a first for us and we still have no idea where our package ended up but here is where Gina and John have gone above and beyond. They have been on FedExs case regarding the mix up and have been in constant contact with updates on the situation letting me know where we are at. As a small business we have been struggling to keep things running smoothly during these difficult times and its refreshing to see another small business having our back. I was in the area and had to mail off a document to some where in Los Angeles that needed delivery confirmation. Instead of driving around looking for a Post Office I saw a Mail Boxes Galore store front so I stopped. I expressed to the gentleman working that the package needed delivery confirmation, his response was 'It would be cheaper to drive it there yourself, delivery confirmation is $9.00.' I said you know what forget the delivery confirmation and send it the cheapest way I can. I had the envelope package in a manila and sealed on all edges. He took that envelope and placed it in another envelope, waste of paper, filled out so form on the computer and told me the charge was $8.18. To get the paperwork out of my hand, time stamped and on its way I paid it otherwise I would have searched out a Post Office and gone the old fashioned way. I asked after we were done when the package would arrive; answer 'I have no idea.' I asked do you have a general idea of when it might be there, Answer 'No.' My answer to if you will ever get my business again, NO. read more

Spoke to the female owner today both over the phone and in-person, and she was THE nicest and most helpful individual I've encountered providing customer service. Came here for a live scan fingerprint and she was so helpful to ensure all of my fingerprints were done correctly so I would have no issues with having to redo them once submitted. Very thorough job and done with a smile on her face throughout the whole process. Very quick and easy, yet the service was done thoroughly with care. I will definitely come back here for any mailings, notaries or fingerprints that I may need in the future. I can tell the owners here go above and beyond to help their customers. I came in on a Saturday to have my live scan done. The staff were super friendly and they tried to get the customers helped as fast as possible. I really like the fact that they open on Saturdays even though it's only until 1pm, because some people don't get the time to get their errands done until the weekend.
