Found my local Postal Annex and the person on the phone said they do have notary service and that their notary was indeed available. The young lady at the counter examined my document, ID, and fam member's ID and had us sign the document and their customer log. It was quite easy and their costs were fair. Declined their shipping options as FedEx Office in Torrance has a 2day flat rate of $11.90 which I used afterwards. PostalAnnex+'s notary was efficient and kind. She had a few customers in line waiting after me and they were all patient regulars that were familiar with Meena who was working by herself. Location is inside Von's at the Crossroads. On a Saturday morning plenty of spots in the big Crossroads plaza. If I need a document notarized again, I would return to Postal Annex+.

Today, I was having problems printing something and went to the front desk to ask for help. I wouldn't necessarily say they were rude, but I really find them helpful either. I was essentially told they didn't know how to help, and I was left to figure it out. I was a bit frazzled and stressed by the experience, but I eventually figured it out on my own eventually. Overall, this location is ok, but it would be nice if the employees were a little more willing to assist customers.

A family member is on a limited budget, but wanted to send a special gift to another family member many states away. The gift was awkwardly shaped, and the staff were extremely conscientious in taking precise measurements to find the most efficient box to use. Despite this diligence, the dimensions still left a lot of empty space, and shipping charges were significantly more expensive due to the awkward length of the gift. After extensive consultation, the team found a way to reduce the shipping charge by $20 by agreeing to create a customized package using two separate boxes. Of course, such a customized service increased the materials price, leaving the cost approximately the same, but they were willing to waive the added charge for their expertise and materials. I was left humbled by their care. I first started using this location annually for my holiday shipping over 20 years ago due to the customized care I received. The staff has changed, but the care has not. Thank you, Derek, Taz, and Mohammed at UPS Store 2102 located at 2390 Crenshaw Suite E (Torrance, CA 90501) for making me believe in exceptional service, and reaffirming my decades of loyalty. You will continue to be my first choice for UPS shipping.

And I think it'll be my go-to for remitting money from now on. 1) The exchange rate is higher vs. PNB. (Even if it is just 10 cents per dollar more, IT'S MORE.) 2) The fees are much less.
