I'm a regular at this local business since it is affordable and the people who work here are friendly and helpful! For this visit I had to ship out a package with a prepaid USPS label for an OfferUp sale. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who was very nice and I explained to him what I needed to do. He helped me find a small box to ship my item in and he made sure to add peanuts to protect the fragile Swarovski Crystal inside. It didn't take long and soon I was paying for the box and he handed me my receipt and tracking number. Used their services yesterday for Notary for signing of a Lease Agreement. Quick and easy- no hassle. Sylvia was even able to convert my lease agreement from English to Spanish for free! Great value! ZERO star! This woman is one of the laziest people - she will not lift a finger much less offer to help with your items. She literally gives you (THE CUSTOMER) directions to do all the work. She prints mailing labels, gives you (THE CUSTOMER) the label to place on box/package, then she has you (THE CUSTOMER) lift boxes for her to scan - then she points to where you (THE CUSTOMER) needs to pick up box and carry to the back where the carrier will collect from. Like most of her customers, I visit this store out of sheer convenience BUT today is my last visit. read more

i have frequented this mail center many times and every time I leave shaking my head. I go here out of pure convenience but not anymore. every time i walk in she gets a very annoyed look that she has a customer and has to get up from her chair. your package can be denied even with a prepaid label for no reason. she blames the carrier and says no one will pick it up. how does that make any sense whatsoever? of course, i go to another mail center and they gladly accept my package. ive also had packages take a week to ship out after drop off- not sure what went on with that. fax prices are much higher than other places. I've also tried to go right when they open but after 15 minutes no one ever showed up to open, so im guessing the hours are only suggested. overall i would rather go out of my way to conduct postal business than go here for, hope of, convenience. read more

I went to postal boxes etc. for the first time and I had excellent customer service. I was told that the place was under new management and Sylvia was very helpful and knowledgeable in comparing prices and giving me the information that I needed. Very convenient location for UPS drop off. This location has all sorts of shipping options, however I use them for dropping off my UPS packages. Simple and convenient. Plenty of parking and easy access particularly during peak shipping times like Valentines day, graduation and most definitely Christmas. Friendly service. Located in the shopping center with CVS and Chase Bank. I've used this location for at least 4 years and will continue. read more

Extremely sloppy mail handling. Every month I get a few pieces of mail marked for other boxes in my box. I have to assume the same sloppy worker throws my mail into other boxes too. One time I was waiting for a box to arrive there. The shipping service listed my box as delivered. I went to get it and the lady said it wasn't there, try the next day. I said UPS shows it is delivered..."well call your shipper, its not here!" I tried the next day, same result, came the next day, told nothing was there. Came the forth day, after this birthday present wasn't even needed anymore because it was too late, looked around the packages area, I see my package, the mailbox idiots had scribbled the wrong box number on my properly addressed package. I've had other problems with the clowns that run this place, costing me hours of my time to get things corrected because they messed up my shipments. Ohh, its not cheap here either, they keep raising prices. I'm going elsewhere soon. read more

I've been using their services for almost 2 years now (1/2010). Spoke with the owner, have maintained ownership for the last TWENTY-ONE YEARS, good for them! I like having a separate mailbox than my living address. I've been moving around to different addresses lately and it helps to consolidate to a single address. The mailbox is accessible 24 hrs a day with a separate door key they give you. The other big reason I use their services for is for packages. I'm a huge Ebay freak and order tons of things online. But I'm not always in a hurry to receive them. The important thing is that they will accept and store my packages and I can pick them up at my convenience (unfortunately only during business hours, theyre locked in the back room). I don't have to be there to sign for the package or go to the post office to pick it up on my own. And its better than a USPS Post Office Box because UPS and Fedex absolutely will not ship to PO Boxes. They provide several other services like USPS, UPS and Fedex shipping, notary, and even accept some bill payments. The owner is friendly. Sometimes on the weekends her teenage kids look over the store... reminds me of when I had to help out my parents dry cleaners or something, i probably gave the same attitude to be honest... Oh well. Renting a mailbox here is way better than renting a PO box. It is a little more expensive but it is totally worth it because the mailboxes are accessible 24 hours a day and because they will accept your packages from UPS/FedEx for you at the front desk. read more

I do not recommend this place. They charge you taxes on a deposit (which is illegal), lose your mail, and provide terrible service. Natasha is very rude and lazy. If you call in to ask if you have mail they say "you come in and check". But when I signed up, they said you can call to check before driving over. Out of an entire year of having a mailbox there, I only called 1 time to ask to check my mail and that's the service I get? Nope - closed my mailbox and taking my business elsewhere. I understand if someone is calling everyday to ask about their mail, but I called one time in 1 year. You'd think Natasha would be nicer to customers, but guess they don't care about customers much. read more

Took my grandmother to get some Notary services taken care of and I was absolutely surprised by the customer service not only we were given but the amazing (and I dont use that word a lot) customer service that I witnessed the employee give to others. On top of her cheery disposition and friendliness she offered very helpful suggestions for shipping that I would normally not have even thought to do. With Customer service fading fast it was refreshing to experience the welcoming attitude the employee had. Strongly recommend this place for any service needs. This place is a few blocks away from my house. I was SO excited to find out we had a mail center so close to us. The first time I went inside, I had a great experience. The owner was very nice.The next time I went there to buy stamps. She quoted me a price and when I handed her my debit card, she said she needed to charge a $2 fee....ok. Then I had a pair of shoes to return that I had ordered online. I know from going to UPS and Fed Ex to ship past packages, that it would be around $12 or $13. To ship my 1 lb box, she told me it would be $27.30. I was shocked, I explained it did not need to be 2 or even 3-day, just ground shipping. She told me that that was the price for ground shipping. I understand adding a few dollars to make money but upping the price by more than 200%? I felt pretty taken advantage of, so off to UPS (down Artesia Blvd) I went and spent $12.25 to ship my shoes back. I always try to support small & family owned businesses so it was really disappointing to see how this place does business. read more

Our company rents out a Postal Box form here. I sure can say with no regrets that WE ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED!!! Though we get over sized packages to fit our box, the associate/ owner of this business keeps our mail safe and sound in their back room. Our boxes/ mail are always in A+ shape. It isn't damage like how others would handle it. I've enjoy the greeting when I walk in the building, and the small conversation we have such short time when I am picking up my stuff. Moved in the area Oct 2014 and have held my business address here since (used to be in the Riviera Village at PostNet). Great for secure package delivery and all-hours hours secure access to my mailbox. Very decent prices and great service. I ship very expensive packages (high end electronics) on the side for eBay transactions at times and Postal Boxes packages and ships UPS/FEDEX/USPS for me without a hitch for one low price, every time. I use the mailbox primarily to receive customer invoices. The owner goes to the Post Office early every morning for pickup of U.S. mail and quickly delivers into our boxes. I probably appreciate this most. USPS also delivers in the afternoon any additional mail and packages that come in into the Postal Office during the day. I have seen some customers using the fax, copy, and BillPay services but I have not used them and cannot comment on those services if that is what you are looking for. I noticed someone commented on their "non-presence" which I thought was strange. Either I or one of my employees goes there almost daily (sometimes twice per day if waiting for big client check$$$) and they are always there. On one holiday weekend they had notified customers that they might take off early on that Saturday. No problem, I generally don't go on Saturdays so unsure if that has actually happened that holiday weekend or not. "Beware!" I got RIPPED OFF at this store! Do not ship from this store, their undisclosed service fee is a total ripoff!! I shipped a box & was charged $90. Later the receiving party told me the usps postal stamp was for $50. that's an outrageous $40 surcharge that Postal Boxes Etc. charged me!!! I went back to the store and confronted the clerk/owner and asked if that was correct, her response was "we can charge whatever we want, everyone knows that". I called earlier and asked if they charged a surcharge on usps shipments & she said no! When I got there, she totally changed her story! They are very DECEITFUL and DISHONEST, I will never go there again!!! read more
