This is the only place I'll go to ship anything- and I have been for ten years. They're genuinely helpful in making things packaged well and affordably. They've helped me from photo prints to passport photos to your basic shipping. The best best best. Appreciate them. read more

This has to be the best USPS I've ever been to. Great lighting. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Quick service. They have high quality merchandise for sale from hats, shirts, books, postcards, and more. The only time I've ever questioned whether I needed a new hat or shirt not caring that I would be representing the United States Postal Service. They read more

I brought in a small amount of paperwork to be shredded. The young man who helped me put the container with the shredding onto the scale and gave me a price. I asked if i had to also pay for the weight of the container. The owner (I think) told him to just put the papers onto the scale without the container. I thought this was odd, as the place i used to go would weigh the shredding in the container, then weigh the empty container, and subtract that from the total weight. I didn't think about it at the time, but i did not get to see them put it into the shredding bin. It's not a guarantee that it's secure, but i feel better when i see it go into the shredding bin. read more

Best place on earth! Such a good service and the owner, Zack, is so great. I love that I can ship any package in one place, whether it's UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They make the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend! read more

This is the ONLY place to go for all of your postal needs!! My husband and I needed to get a Loan Doc signed / notarized and Zack went above and beyond for us!! He came in early to help us get everything done correctly. I've also gotten my passport photos taken here (which I learned you can't have your shoulders showing or be wearing a white shirt - that's a heads up for those of y'all that didn't know that, like me!) Not only does this place have friendly workers, the owner, Zack, is THE BEST!!! I highly recommend coming here... tell your friends too!! P.S. THEY SELL THE BEST STAMPS HERE TOO!!! ;) read more

The Best! Manhattan Postal Center delivers! Whenever I need help with mailing, copying, faxing, or notarizing, they are great. Their new location is much easier to get to. If you need something printed you can email it to them and they will do a beautiful job. My item needed to be re-formatted so the it would print in a better layout. They took care of it for me. read more

I needed to fax 60 pages to a loan officer to cover a family emergency. The cost to fax was $18 compared to a business chain who wanted $150 ($2.50 a page). The young man who helped me was amazing. His name was Ewan and he was knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. He trimmed some pages that weren't faxing properly. He checked and double checked to make sure it all went through correctly. From this point on I will always go to this place for these kind of services. I highly recommend Manhattan Postal Center and Ewan! read more

Quick and easy! Service was fantastic, had to get some documents notarized, got assisted quickly, was in and out!

Manhattan postal center always makes sending my package is easy. I usually bring my own boxes when I can to save money, and they always help with adding packing and getting it taped up just right. They also sell supplies! read more

I had the best experience here on Friday. I was originally shipping out two international packages and the prices came out to be exorbitant, so Ron patiently helped us for over an hour by re-packing them into smaller boxes and helping us price compare with different postal services and saved us HUNDREDS of dollars. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and we really couldn't have done it without his help. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I really love this local postal center. Employees are super friendly and helpful. They even came out to my car to help me schlep in packages. They'll pull up competitive rates and let you decide which one works best for you. They also have a notary. Parking is actually available. Recommend! read more

Needed to have photos taken and mail my passport renewal in. They were very pleasant to work with and efficient. I don't know if I just caught them at a good time but I arrived shortly after the lunch hour and there was no wait. read more

Whenever possible, I avoid the Post Office. You can get all your post office needs taken care of here, including shipping via DHL. The staff are friendly, and they were not very busy on the day I visited, which was a weekend. I would definitely come check them out if you need to ship something. read more

I hate when a clerk stops helping me to help someone who just walked in the door, i don't care how fast it is. The guy couldn't read my live scan; he had to ask me questions that were clearly marked on the form. Naturally the second worker comes too late to the front to assist read more

It was my first visit here, and I was impressed with the quality of their service. I shipped two packages. I was greeted as I walked in and was immediately helped. The guy who helped me was effortlessly efficient and showed me a variety of ways to ship these packages. A receipt of transaction was sent to me via email (my choice), and emails following up on their delivery was unanticipated but highly appreciated! I would highly recommend this establishment. read more

I go out of my way to take my packages here. No matter what I need, they're there to help. The team here is so friendly, reliable, and efficient. It's the only place I go. read more

Manhattan Postal continues to provide excellent client service. I highly recommend this business for your postal needs! 1. I brought in my own small box that was bigger than was needed for my item. The team was able to save me money by professionally cutting down the box to a more appropriate size for my item. Brilliant! 2. I had just missed the cutoff pickup time for the less expensive UPS delivery service prior to the Veterans Day holiday. The team gave me a discounted price for FedEx which had not yet picked up (same as the UPS price). It was a little thing but it really made me appreciate the customer attention. Congratulations to Zach & the team for his great client attitude! read more

Always a good experience... no drama, no problem. Beautiful and friendly staff.... very efficient. Thank you!! I would totally recommend Manhattan Postal Center. read more

Condescending and extremely rude manager that ignored my request to pick up a package. He was dismissive and I would never use their service ever again. Will definitely make sure to tell friends that do use this service to stop. Also, they don't follow COVID protocols here! None of the employees were wearing masks and their business should not be allowed to function in this manner. Don't support this store. read more

I came here for a passport photo. They are slow and seem a little disorganized, but are friendly and eventually got the job done.

Have y'all ever been down to the post office on Valley? When we first moved here, I used to wait in the line, pray I missed the lunch break, etc etc etc. Then I stumbled into MPC. At first it was just to return an amazon purchase. Then I realized I could do all sorts of things here - passport help? check! stamps? check! mailing packages? check! lamination? also check. returning half my online purchases? youuuu bet. They even have postal boxes but I am pretty sure you gotta be someone who knows someone for one of those..... Anyway, this one time I accidentally left my bag there. Like a whole handbag. I just left it on the floor. I mailed my package and walked out forgetting my things - typical. Imagine my surprise when about an hour later I got a call from the owner telling me I left my bag down at the postal center! I came in and some gentle teasing later, retrieved my bag - all things intact! The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I also feel like if I ever got in a car accident and didn't know anyone in town I'd call the postal center and everything would be okay - its that kind of place. ....not a place that throws pens at you. If you need an inspiration to send more mail, just drop in. You'll never want to leave! Its like Cheers for mail, ya feel? read more

Everyone at Manhattan Beach Postal is friendly, professional and reliable. They can ship anything and always get the job done. Their pricing is very fair. Whenever I have used less expensive shippers in the past, my packages either don't arrive or get damaged. This has never happened with MB Postal. I would not go anywhere else. read more

I had two items shipped to South Korea, MPC was fast, helpful, and affordable. Would definitely come back!

I want to recognize Amber. I was looking for shipping supplies to send out photo cards and was told by Office Depo to visit either a UPS or FedEx store to find what I wanted. I stopped here. Amber was amazing! She didn't have what I needed but she was so informative, positive and helpful that I will think of this store anytime I need to have something they can help me with. I used this place for EVERYTHING for over 4 years. Let me list just some of the services: Live Scan Passport Photos Xmas packaging Mailbox rental Mailings (next day) Copies Notary Plus, great customer service. I usually dealt with Steve, but everyone was great. The only con, is the parking lot is very tiny and its off Sepulveda which can be a pain to pull out onto at busy times. I'm sad that I moved so far away and haven't found another goto place. read more

Love this place. The service is always quick and with a smile. The parking lot does get a little crowded at times, but overall not too bad!

The best postal center I've ever dealt with. Even through this entire epidemic Zach and his family at Manhattan Beach Postal Center remain dedicated to our community we need to continue to support them! I am more grateful for their service now more than ever! I have relied on them for so many last minute priceless banners pictures and business transactions that feels like a luxury now more than ever vs going on line by yourself and it not having someone who truly is there for his customers and helps us out too ! Great Job always - thanking you once again :) Sarah was always amazing and the entire staff are amazing as well! They do everything from packaging gifts, creating gifts ( pictures on coffee mugs at Christmas time ) scanning emails back when that actually first started, passport photos, faxing, photo copies and they will also keep your contacts in order which makes it so easy to resend to the same person quickly with a beautiful printed address label ready to go. I had to write a review after Zach, Raegan and Jack went beyond the call of duty at closing time on a late Friday afternoon. I wanted to do a last minute recommendation letter for a friend's daughter that was about to go through Rush at USC . Reagan helped me with the stationary and letterhead while Jack and ZACH did everything else including making a photograph from a text message look professionally amazing and their fed ex delivery man was even waiting! I could not have done it without all of them. I can't tell you how many last minute deadlines they have ALWAYS helped me make over the last several years -- thank you, thank you, Manhattan Postal Center !! DeeDee read more
