I needed to get passport photos taken for me and my family. they did it very quickly and were very friendly! they even gave us a complimentary t shirt in order for the photo to come out better. and when I needed to have a photo redone the next day, they did it quickly and they didnt ask for payment. the quality of the photos was excellent and so there is a lot of value here. by the way I also had notaries services here a month or so back, and they were so quick and reliable. highly recommended!!! read more

They are always a 10 out of 10 from notarizing documents to shipping things to my daughter in college at the cheapest price possible but today they went overboard. I needed to return two items in the same box to Fergusons.com (why when they have a store only 10 minutes away remains a frustrating mystery) but they didn't fit in the original shipping box and UPS where I was told to return them said their cheapest box for the odd size was 30. So off to Postal Solutions I went to find a solution! Alex was all too excited to help when they didn't have the weird size and I said I could fashion a free box I got from Fed ex into one that may work. With a gleam in his eye, he said, I got this! And I usually charge but I am thinking this will be fun!". I told him I was happy to pay as he was solving a a big problem for me but he waved me off, handed me a receipt and sent me on my way. I went to Postal Solutions to get a document notarized for my daughter's birth certificate and the service was fast and friendly. Alex was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process (which took only a few minutes), and at the end he asked me where my daughter was born. When I shared that she was born at Torrance Memorial, he told me that there would be no charge since she was born at that hospital and is less than one year old. It made me tear up because that is so kind for a business to do! Businesses who operate with kindness will ALWAYS get me as a repeat customer. I took my 1 year old here to get her passport photos. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was turned down by 3 other businesses locally that day (including FedEx) because they said they "do not have the setup" to photograph a baby (even tho she can walk and stand independently). Postal Solutions didn't have anything special for a baby setup, just had her stand on a stool with me kneeling below her for support, but the difference is he actually made the effort. Got super cute pictures of her too! He was willing to take multiple pictures until we got a good one. I will definitely be back! read more

I have been going to Postal Solutions for a long time now. Alex is AMAZING, so is his staff! He has always gone above and beyond with my complex shipments overseas. I normally don't write reviews but this business deserves that and then some! I shipped a package to India a long time ago with them via fed ex, it had a bunch of customs issues and some fishy things that had me and Alex wondering why it was taking forever to get delivered. I have used Postal Solutions for about 3-4 years. I found them by ACCIDENT. These guys are GRRRRRREAT!. I have used them for mailing, notary, buying boxes and they are always helpful, always ready to support your needs. Alex is always there and always helpful. I would prefer to go there than the post office. The only drawback is that packages need to be a box without paper wrapping. I am old school, sometimes I need to wrap with brown paper. I had been a long time customer of postal solution for years. The owner offered me a free lifetime box. He appreciated me being part of the community and throwing live shows. Its a hard career that takes lots of money and this nice guy offered me a great 'handshake'. I sent the option for free tickets to all of his employees whenever i did an event as a thank you. The owner told me his computer would could only extend the dates for a few years at a time but when it expired to come in and they would take it to the max. When I went in there a couple of years later, the latin guy (smiling in the picture) wouldn't extend it for more than a year. he looked annoyed that i was given this 'gift'. After a year I came back to extend it again and the latin guy said he wasn't going to honor the extension. I talked to a latin business owner who had been given a PO BOX there in the same vein as myself and he told me the latin guy extended his free box for years. Racism runs rampant ladies and gents. These immigrants come to America and elevate their own but are annoyed at other races and looks down on us. This place was recommended to me by my landlord who is the best landlord I've ever had. He is more than fair when it comes to business and fairness so when he goes out of his way to recommend a store I'm all ears. He said that Arnie at Postal Solutions is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. All this was true. Postal Solutions offers a TON of services the prices are just about what you would pay at Staples. Now normally I'm a pretty big Staples fan. But have you tried the one on Hawthorne Blvd. The copy center is a night mare. One time they printed business cards for me and i got them 5 weeks LATER! TERRIBLE! Everytime I've gone there for copies its been an utter wreck. I usually wind up driving to the OTHER end of Torrance to go to the Staples I don't have to wait in line at. so I'm REALLY glad I found this place. Saves me a trek. and Gas.
