Fast service! She walked us through everything. We will definitely use Excellence for all of our future needs!

Kim was amazing and so helpful! I had actually reached out to a few mobile notaries in the area to get our trust notarized and she was definitely the most informative up front about the process and asking follow up questions, and her rates were also very fair. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone needing a mobile notary. read more

The one star Review by Tresia is totally inaccurate. I was the drafting attorney, not Kim. Kim did not indicate that if thete was minor drafting error after a review e.g. a birth date, that could be corrected. As it stands, there were no such errors in the final product. Kim is an excellent traveling notary. read more

Great communication and responsiveness, I reached out via text and got a response within minutes. Kimberlee recommended I just use the UPS store for notary since I was not in a rush and it was very close to me...and would be cheaper. This is a testament to her integrity! read more

Punctual, professional, available and responsive. Thank you for the service on such short notice.

I'm a Seattle real estate agent that needed my CA clients to have their paperwork notarized to close escrow on their new home. I called to get insight to how Notaries are performing under the unique circumstances of the lockdown of the corona virus. She helped enlighten me to how notaries are performing in CA under these unprecedented circumstances. Notaries are vital as people are updating wills/trusts/ power of attorney/ or advance directives before surgeries. I appreciated her trying to find safe ways to perform a service while keeping her distance to help the public. So a 5 star review in Professionalism, Knowledge, Foresight, and Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Kim. She came out to the Kensington assisted living facility in Redondo Beach to notarize a couple documents for my dad, who is a resident there. She was professional and friendly, and I enjoyed working with her. I especially appreciated how patient, understanding, and accommodating she was with my dad, given his age and his living condition. I would definitely call her again if the need arises. read more

We needed a mobile notary to finalize my mother's Living Trust due to she was on hospice care in our home. Kim entered our house and instantly began complaining about the lighting. She was supposed to already have our complete set of documents ready for signing. Not only were the documents incomplete but those she did bring were filled with mistakes. When I spoke up and said I was not going to sign until they were correct & complete she demanded $100 payment just for showing up to my home. She even suggested we go ahead and sign and let the lawyer fix and replace the documents later. She was inconsiderate, unethical, disrespectful. My mother was lying there in a hospital bed trying to rest and have the energy to sign her estate plan while this complete stranger is pulling open her curtains and placing calls on speaker phone and arguing with her daughter. Kimberlee Larson is a horrible & dishonest person. read more

Kimberlee was nothing short of a life saver. Let me start at the beginning. We were trying to buy a townhouse in Washington from an estate whose executor lived in California. Things seemed to be moving well, then at the last minute, we had a family issue, spouse was going to have to leave the state. AND at the same time, the paperwork was stuck between lender & escrow. Clock is ticking. Escrow, 3 hours before spouse needs to be at the airport, emails the 170 pages to Excellence Mobile Notary. Kimberlee calls, makes the appointment and even tho she is a California notary and the docs were from Washington, was able to guide us thru all the places we needed to sign..... .....took the time before her next appointment to let us know they were in the hands of UPS for overnight. Without Kimberlee's help & patience, we may have missed an opportunity to buy this property. Call Excellence, you will glad. read more
