We needed a mobile notary to finalize my mother's Living Trust due to she was on hospice care in our home. Kim entered our house and instantly began complaining about the lighting. She was supposed to already have our complete set of documents ready for signing. Not only were the documents incomplete but those she did bring were filled with mistakes. When I spoke up and said I was not going to sign until they were correct & complete she demanded $100 payment just for showing up to my home. She even suggested we go ahead and sign and let the lawyer fix and replace the documents later. She was inconsiderate, unethical, disrespectful. My mother was lying there in a hospital bed trying to rest and have the energy to sign her estate plan while this complete stranger is pulling open her curtains and placing calls on speaker phone and arguing with her daughter. Kimberlee was nothing short of a life saver. Let me start at the beginning. We were trying to buy a townhouse in Washington from an estate whose executor lived in California.
