I've been using Postal Mart's services for years, even way before the pandemic and the older location with the previous owner. However, I was absolutely blown away by the warmth and hospitality Glenn had given me this afternoon. It felt like I was going home to the motherland and talking to my cousins. I walked in expecting to drop off some prints and dip right quick, but ended up staying for great conversation. Conversation so good, we both forgot there was an actual transaction to be had still. Before I knew it, I spent an hour there talking to Glenn and some of our shared interests. All said and done, he went as far as to wrap my packages for me, and even gave me options in shipping methods that would suffice for my time and budget. Unfortunately, Google hasn't update the location of Postal Mart after the remodeling of the shopping center. But, I'm glad I found it again and was able to meet the current owner, Glenn. Glenn is dedicated to his clients and customer service. He makes every attempt to remember people's names, as it allows him to hand over oversized packages to the right person. When considering renting a mailbox from him, he'll ask you general inquires about your usage to determine which box size will be best for you. Additionally, the mailing address won't be a "PO Box ???", but an address with a number associated with it. It just looks more professional if you're using it for a business address. Fed Ex and UPS shipping services are also available at a slightly less expensive rate. Glenn can also assist you with international shipping, which can be very expensive. Other customer convenience services are postage stamps and Amazon drop off. Who doesn't have things to return to Amazon! Stop by and talk to Glenn about your shipping and receiving needs. read more

My my my... lots have changed to this store since I visited for the first time. Being an ex-eBay powerseller, I was a regular here. I knew the owner as well as all the people who worked here and they were all very genuine people who looked after their customers, trying to help you find the most effective shipping method at a right price. I can't count the times they saved me money. Well, while I was visiting my parents, I had several things to ship and went here because of traffic at USPS up on the hill. I had one box and another in USPS flat rate envelope. Everyone who I had known were gone, and without any greeting they processed my request. Well, I am okay with that. People move on to different jobs and get on with life and everything. The surprise came after I walked out of the store. I found they charged $8.50 for a $4.90 flat rate USPS envelope I had requested. That's about 50% markup, not to mention another huge markup on another box I had. That is highway robbery if you ask me, and I was very very disappointed. I guess it's time to move on and find another place... read more

Smh So I went straight over to postal mart and the guys were so sweet and explained everything in great detail so I decided to go with them. I have had a box there for about a year and a half now and they always go the extra mile for clients and nothing is ever an issue which I love because I have a business as well and this part of it always runs smoothly.
