We came here to return an item and it was literally in and out and they made it so easy and appreciated the Customer service.

I was there to ship returning equipment to Frontier, our internet provider. Instruction was just bring the equipment and QR code to the UPS store. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I got helped pretty quickly, they scan the QR code and took my stuff, printed a receipt, and that was it. They take care of boxing and labeling. Also, as always, the service was courteous. read more

What I love about UPS stores is the ease of returning items. I was running errands in this here 'hood and this was the conveniently on the way to and from where I was headed. Came through, scanned and labeled my item, handed it to staff and I was out. It was quick, painless and easy. I hadn't used this store for several years after a worker set up a tricky shipping wrong and it took months to straighten out. UPS wasn't much help, they really are not anymore but, the store can only do their part of the shipping relationship and some others, are worse. I traveled quite a bit further to a store that in the last years, is not being run by the same people or as effectively and have seen increasing problems with the homeless in what was always an awkward parking lot. I used this store about eight months ago for the first time in years. I arrived just past the opening stampede, watched an employee dealing with an elderly man with no common language and a poor understanding on his (customers) part about what was needed to find or ship an item, I couldn't tell... that tied up the service somewhat but everyone working was patient and helpful. That is what I have found since, sometimes a line waiting, sometimes plenty of help waiting, I understand how business works, the ebb and flow customers can't be predicted. So far, everyone I have dealt with was polite-to-friendly and more important, knew their shipping. I have also seen two local people, clearly doing business though this location, collecting or shipping a large number of items, I doubt they would continue doing business if there were problems, one an artist shipping large numbers of artwork.. artists are fussing about the care and record keeping of the result of the hours of work involved. Nice, closer to home and reliable. I can recommend this store. read more

I have been coming to this UPS store for years because this is my favorite! The reason is because the team are knowledgeable and they give me peace of mind and that is important to me. The other day I needed passport photos for passport renewal, and they provided that service, which made so happy ( I saved myself the trouble hunting for places) They even helped me staple my photo on the application! And guided me with sending it certified mail and all. They go out of their way to fully help the customer- I keep coming back because, I appreciate individualized, courteous, and professional service. I came in today wanting to overnight a package. I asked for a small piece of brown paper to put in the box so the items wouldn't move around during transit. The employee there said I could have a small piece of packing paper, but I'd have to pay for it. I literally needed maybe 3-4 inches of paper. She goes on to tell me how expensive the paper is. Really? I left and will not return. She lost business because of a few inches of paper. Update: I found another UPS location a few miles away and they gladly gave me a few inches of paper. read more

BIG shout out to Nathan (and Kelly) at this UPS Store! After a discouraging morning going back/forth with my brand new bike (from Amazon!) and it's blown tire and what turned out to be a defective wheel, and then finding out that I could not just wheel it into Kohl's to return it, I dejectedly meandered into this UPS Store hoping for a miracle. I had a difficult enough time trying to find someone to help me assemble the thing but now they expected me to DISMANTLE IT! I'd had it for 2 weeks already thinking it was just a soft tire! Nathan was so nice, so knowledgeable, so patient and offered to take the bike in the store that day and they would dismantle it and package it up for me! So close to my house I don't go anywhere else to return my Amazon purchases. Small shop, so you may have to line up out the door for Covid protections and wear a mask at all times. But the staff is friendly and efficient so it goes quick. They share a lot with the market and a bank so look out for random people jumping out of nowhere with their shopping carts when you back up. Whenever I need to utilize UPS services, I always come to this location. Their door is always kept open lest I have a heavy package to bring in. I used to go to another one and their door was always closed so it was tedious to be carrying a package and having to try to open the door. The owner Kelly is sweet and her staff are very pleasant.
