This is a wonderful little Postal Center. They offer a lot of different services including fax services key duplicating packing materials and snacks. They also do passport photos and make copies and you can drop off anything for UPS and FedEx and even DHL. I would guess that the number one service that is used here is for Amazon returns. Everybody who works here is really nice and sweet and they deserve a big recommendation. I'm not sure how could we return all of our Amazon purchases without postal Max.

He communicated with me by email, provided extra digital photos at no charge, and kept helping until the photo was accepted by the passport portal. I also brought my three children in for passport photos, and their pictures were ready in about 10 minutes. When I got home, I realized I wasn't happy with the pictures. I called Shawn, and he immediately invited us back for retakes at no extra charge. Shawn is kind, patient, and truly cares about his customers. Thank you for the amazing service! I highly recommend this location.

Found my local Postal Annex and the person on the phone said they do have notary service and that their notary was indeed available. The young lady at the counter examined my document, ID, and fam member's ID and had us sign the document and their customer log. It was quite easy and their costs were fair. Declined their shipping options as FedEx Office in Torrance has a 2day flat rate of $11.90 which I used afterwards. PostalAnnex+'s notary was efficient and kind. She had a few customers in line waiting after me and they were all patient regulars that were familiar with Meena who was working by herself. Location is inside Von's at the Crossroads. On a Saturday morning plenty of spots in the big Crossroads plaza. If I need a document notarized again, I would return to Postal Annex+.

As of April 2026, the two companies launched a "store-within-a-store" partnership to fill the gap left by Party City's standalone store closures after its 2024 bankruptcy. My impression is this: Once upon a time, I enjoyed visiting Staples stores as the new school year approached. The stores used to offer plenty of great deals, along with unique and creative stationery items. But it hasn't been like that for many years now. These stores still have their uses. Sometimes you need something right away and can't wait for online shopping to deliver. Otherwise, they've become a shadow of their former selves. The Party City store adds some color, takes up space, and makes the place more visually interesting--at least.

THE MALE SHOP! Zero…read morestars. Seriously -- the WORST SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at my other reviews: almost all of them are five stars. But I save a special place for the zero-star shops, and this is one of them, Bruno. This place is comically awful. I've unfortunately had to come here a half-dozen times over the past 20 years, and it's been the worst customer service every single time. The owner used to keep absurd signs behind the counter mocking customers for asking "stupid" questions. One sign even had a comment about "shooting" people for asking "stupid questions." His wife and kids are actually fine. But the owner, Bruno, is not friendly at all. He specializes in customer disservice. Last week I had to drop off an overnight envelope and asked for a receipt. Reasonable request, right? High-priority overnight package, you'd like proof you handed it over? Not here. His response: "What, you don't trust us? Does a drop box give you a receipt?" Bruno, a drop box is a locked, tamper-resistant steel container. You think it's acceptable to toss people's time-critical, valuable packages into an open cardboard box that's kept on the customer side of the counter? Ever hear of something called "mail theft"? Your lack of package security is appalling. So no, I absolutely don't trust you. Every corporate FedEx and UPS location hands you a receipt at drop-off. Shame on you for refusing and giving me a hard time! The owner does not care about you. He's nasty, rude, and disrespectful -- a jerk in every sense. Read the other reviews; this isn't an anomaly. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some serious skeletons in that closet. If you're in the area, please go somewhere else. There's a very well-run UPS Store across the street. If you need a FedEx drop-off, do yourself a favor and find another location. Caveat emptor.
