This writeup today is about a response I received today, June 4, 2025 by owner Rondal R, to my original review DONE ON DECEMBER. 11, 2019! LOL, sent now AFTER a 5 year delay!! The owner says my original review is false. First, I don't know if the young man I interacted with was the owner Rondal at that time. Second, such a delay may convey the ineptitude of the owner, but more important, would the owner, if the same young man, remember the event 5 years ago with so many customers since?! And if Rondal was not the the young man whom I interacted with, how would Rondal, the owner today say my review is false! My review in 2019 IS TRUE TO THE LETTER, and the poor interaction is what prompted me to write the review. Here is my review at that time: "I went in to mail a package. After Rondal took my package, I asked for a receipt. He said he doesn't give receipts because he is not a UPS store. I said, you took my package, what if it gets lost, I have no proof you received it and sent it. He said, and i quote, "That's not my problem" in a disrespectful way! I was taken aback by such rudeness, lack of good business attitude and a lack of gratefulness that I was using his business. I won't use the business again. If the owner reads this, please contact me, as Rondal [if the young man] would only refer me to his business card on the desk." The card did not give the name of the owner of the business. If Rondal the owner is the young man at the time, then maybe he has learned more respect for his customers. I still give him a one star because his 5 year delayed response on yelp conveys complete defenseivness denying everyting I reported rather than a business apology of the poor behavior at that time. read more

Located on the corner of Artesia and Crenshaw in Torrance in the little plaza that shares the parking with all the other businesses it is a very small plaza. Came here to drop off a Fed Ex return it was quick and simple if you printed out your return label which I highly suggest and give the box and the label to the person they will put it on the box for you and your done took like 2 mins. I will definitely use this place for my Fed Ex drop offs. read more

I see this spot has great reviews, and to be fair, I don't live in this community. I was running errands while my son had basketball tryouts at Camino College. Anyway, I need ANY Fedex drop off spot. I felt like I was getting set up for a jump scare. Where's the crazy person in the Scream mask?!! I walked in the front door and couldn't find anyone in the shop which is freaky because there is stuff fairly close to the door that I could have stolen, not that I would. But it did cross my mind. Anyway, some young blood was crushed down low at a table gobbling down a burrito in a beanie. All good, no judgements, but he could have said hello instead of watching me look for somebody. I think he may need a little assistance with speaking. Also, he said they don't give receipts to Fedex drop offs. I thought that was exactly what Fedex spots did; Give you proof that you dropped it off and then ship it for you. What's to stop ol' boy for seeing that I am shipping a $500 air proffer (yes, I am that chick) and keeping it to sell on the black market along with the elephant tusks? read more

I was in need of having a document notarized and sent out. As I do business in north Torrance regularly, I looked for a place in this area. I found this business after consulting my trusty Yelp app. I walked in at 10:00 AM and I was greeted by Rondal, the friendly manager. I had my document notarized, and I had it shipped via FedEx. The whole process was quick and painless. The fees were reasonable too. This place has PO boxes, as well a full shipping and packaging services. The place is small, but it is efficient and run by friendly staff. I've passed by here many many times, but this was my first time here. It definitely won't be the last. read more

The owner/operator was so pleasant and engaging...even joking with my daughter on our visit while he provided Notary services. Choose another UPS/Fed-Ex approved pick-up location for your packages. The business service hours are not practical for the average working person. They are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm for full services. Their Saturday business hours are 9am to 2pm and only for mailbox access and NOT for full services. I learned that today after visiting the store at 10 am on a Saturday to pick-up a package I needed before going out of town on Monday. Unfortunately my package will have to be returned to the sender because of this. Maybe the business can update their services limitations on their website/yelp/google business hours. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS SHIPPING AND POSTAL!! I needed a quick notary and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at "PNJ Services" (see yelp review) AKA "Accurate Notary Public" after they quoted me $55 for a 1 signature notary!! I immediately left and called Express Shipping and Postal. As soon as I called, I got a good vibe from the owner, Rondal. He was very helpful and kind on the phone. Before even coming he quoted me $10-$15 per notary which is very fair. As soon as I walked in he greeted me with a big smile and a pleasant demeanor. I informed him of my horrid experience with PNJ Services and he even found it odd that they charge so much. The entire time Rondal was very professional and finished my notary quickly. So a PC company wants me to send their laptop to them and gave me an RMA number but no label. I'm supposed to go to a Fedex Authorized ship center and just give them the RMA number which will then generate a label for me. This is my second stop and no one seems to do this. It would have just been faster for me to save my money in gas and just pay out of my pocket. As soon as I walk in, the person who seems like the owner acknowledges me right away and asks how she could assist me. I tell her what I need done and she tells me they don't do that; that they are a dropoff location so the label needs to be printed on there already. She was so nice to even look at the email I had from the company to make sure. This is the kind of service that I like and most places don't do this. It looked like there were tons of PO boxes available for rent, shipping supplies, etc. There was tons of parking open at rush hour and since one business has closed here, even more parking is available. I have used this location several times in the past few years and never had any issues. Quick, easy, convenient to home, but that was the extent. Not bad, but nothing that stood out. That all changed today. I was just mailing a simple package. Rondal, the owner, greeted me and started to help me out. What followed was one of the most pleasant, interactive conversations I have ever had with anyone, even though we had literally met seconds before. Somehow, in between our animated conversation and shared stories, we got the package set up and mailed. I literally was there for an hour and it felt like seconds. Extraordinary customer service!!! It was 5pm and I needed to have one document notarized and shipped out to NYC. This was the first listing that came up so I immediately called. I was greeted by Rondal but then I realized they closed at 5pm. As I was about to say "thank you... I will find another place." Rondal politely asked what exactly I needed. I explained my situation and he asked me how quickly I could make it in. I told him I was a 5-10 minute drive away. He said to come in and he would wait. When I arrived, Rondal was super nice and professional. He notarized my document quickly and helped me package it in a Fedex envelope. And to top it off, because the FedEx pick up was at 4pm, he offered to take my envelope to FedEx for me along with another customers package (since he was going there anyways). Across all businesses, not just mailing/shipping, Rodnal gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He's professional, extremely friendly, caring, relational and placed my needs, as a client, as top priority. I walked in expecting that 'cold post-office - get me out of here' feel, but experienced the complete opposite. I came in with a bunch of packages to ship and he helped me find a cheaper solution to sending them out. This solution also took way more time but at no point did I feel rushed or bothersome, rather, I ended up having great conversation with Rodnal while getting all the shipping services I needed.
