Since the change in ownership, things have become disorganized and customer service has severely declined. There have also been unexpected additional charges after renewals, and when I asked about charges that were previously approved by staff, I was made to feel like the issue is mine rather than getting a clear explanation. There is also a man who claims to be in an ownership role (Brian), and his interactions with me were highly combative. It was beyond threatening. If he is the owner, that definitely explain the current direction of the business. If not, ownership should seriously reconsider who is representing them to customers. He should not be anywhere near customers. After more than 10 years as a customer, I'm done. At this point, the whole experience would be almost comical if it weren't so gross and disturbing.
