We use this postal service for so many things! I have my packages shipped here, I ship packages from here, and I sometimes need copies made. They're reasonably priced, friendly, organized, and professional. I highly recommend especially for small businesses. read more

Avoid at all costs Came there with box fully taped but needed to tape label. Would not do that. Required that I buy full roll of tape to tape the label. read more

Incredible service! So friendly and now I know I only have to go to one place for all my returns! Game changer.

They are so incredibly helpful for sending out any mail! Definitely recommend checking them out. Thanks for all of your help!

Great customer service. Friendly and fast, thank you! Also love that they ship UPS and FedEx

Owner was friendly and kind. Helped us out with our luggage when we just needed a few hours at the beach. Thanks!

Professional, helpful and kind service. I recently moved to the area and was scared of all the 1 and 2 star reviews for UPS stores. Playa Place is the way to go. They appreciate your business and they offer fast, service. You leave feeling the mailing task was successful. read more

Sona & Nerak were a godsend when we lost our home this week in the Palisades Fire. We were in total devastation and shock, struggling with all the logistics of rebuilding our lives. We contacted Playa Place to set up a P.O. Box and Sona & Nerak could not have been more kind and loving. They patiently walked us through all the logistics and offered a generous discount to us as LA Wildfire victims. We could not recommend this business highly enough. They are incredibly kind, professional, compassionate and community-minded. So grateful Playa Place was there for us in our hour of need. This is the place to go for all your mail center needs. read more

Great customer service here! Very friendly workers who were very helpful. I was in and out very quickly with no problems

Chris was amazing. Efficient. Very helpful. Always preferred to support local businesses.

The document I needed faxed was long, and would have cost a lot at FedEx or similar place. At Playa Place, the service was great, the price was very competitive, and the task was completely successful. It was an eFax that he offered, but it worked just fine. Great person-to-person service. read more

This is the only UPS store I'll go to from now on (even tho there is a different one down the street from me). This one is worth the longer drive all thanks so Jackie! She was THE BEST!! I had the most amazing customer experience. She was nice, friendly, kind and did everything she could to help me successfully send out my packages. Jackie is UPS's MVP and I'm already looking forward to our next encounter! Thank you for everything, Jackie! read more

Awesome local business with the the most friendly and helpful staff. I received a weird return label from a shoe company that didn't quite get all the numbers on the label. I took it to Jackie Ruiz at Playa Place at about 10 minutes before they closed for the day. Jackie noticed that the label wasn't right, but she reprinted it for me AND took it to the correct mailing center for me that night. She stayed in touch very much the way all mailing companies do making sure I could track my package. She sent me a confirmation receipt as well. Jackie went above and beyond what I expected and I got my return in the mail a few days later. She even checked back to make sure I got it. Can't recommend Playa Place enough and obviously Jackie! read more

Outstanding local business. I had never even heard of a "virtual mailbox" until I discovered this shop (they offer physical mailboxes as well). Great place for all of your mail collection, packing, and shipping needs. Both proprietor and staff are fantastic. Highly recommend. read more

This place is amazing! Clean and professional. Jackie is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I'm a local to Playa Del Rey and our local post office is quite a joke, they're always on "break", but if you need to send a package or get a quick stamp, I take my business to Playa Place. They are fast and efficient, and very kind, also there's never a line. Highly recommend supporting your local businesses, and these guys rock! read more

I love this place. Great convenient location. Awesome customer service. Jackie is always friendly and helpful.

Omg, came to this place days ago and it is the best, needed some shipping stuff and info on some mail that I wanted to send out through UPS and Jackie was ridiculously helpful. I don't usually say this in my reviews but people like her deserve a raise. I went to other places prior and they either respond real short or don't help at all. I will definitely keep coming here. read more

Need a private post office box or place to receive packages? Playa Place is that Place! You get a street address in Playa Del Rey with a suite number and everyone delivers to it! You can ignore all those "we don't deliver to POBs" warnings. I opted for Playa Place which is a little bit further from me than the other 2 big named stores first because it's a privately owned, small business and second because I can park right outside the door! Convenience! Better than that is Monica who owns Playa Place. She calls when you receive a package and if you need one shipped, she does that as well! No long lines and hunting for a parking space! Monica is also fun to talk to. Yesterday I mentioned I was headed next to buy a gift card. She reminded me that she also had cards... BEAUTIFUL CARDS! You won't find anything like these at the big stores. My card is as nice as the gift! Have something in Polish that you can't read because you don't know the language? I bet if you're nice Monica would even translate it for you. Much, Much more than just walking in to a huge place with hundreds and hundreds of boxes... at Playa Place you get personal service and smile when you leave! read more

I used to put a word doc on a thumb drive, and bring it to fed ex MDR in order to get any printing done. Printers die easily and the cartridges are a pain to replace. When driving down Culver we noticed a new banner outside PLAYA PLACE - so decided to phone about printing. Wow - Jackie is on the ball. Printed, Notified Completed, Delivered in a Manilla Envelope. PERFECTO!! What an unexpected surprise. So proud of Playa del Rey and it's community. Keep up the good work and thank you!!!! read more

I've been a client of Playa Postal for several years. During that time there was a change of ownership and several employees. I'd like to give a shout out of appreciation to the manager Chris! He's exceptional in every way; he greets me with a smile and a welcoming hello everytime I enter, and I've witnessed he does the same to each customer. He puts aside his work when I come in to make sure that my mail and packages are received, and treats each customer as an individual, not just another paying client. In a world where customer service is so often lacking, it's refreshing to see a manager that cares so much about the business and clients. It's a pleasure to do business here and I've just renewed my annual contract based upon the excellent service and customer care he provides. When there is an issue with another employee not getting packages out, Chris is there to quickly resolve the issue in a friendly, sincere way. I highly recommend Playa Postal based upon his care and excellent customer service. Thank you Chris and Playa Postal! read more

Fantastic and affordable place to set up a remote or virtual mailbox. They offer easy solutions for receiving mail while on travel. They're able to send scanned images of anything you need via email and will forward any piece of mail you may need in physical form. I even had them forward something to me while I was in Ireland! Talk to Monica - she's great. read more
