Still in business? The work they did for us is FIVE star worthy. The problem here is that I cannot get a callback from anyone. Some reviews have stated They've worked with them as recently as two months ago, but another says the location closed over 10 months ago. The retail store is physically still there and the owner has been active in keeping his Google location updated. *Never fulfilled order and never processed refund* 10months of back and forth. Reached out to place our print order in July 2022, they got our order wrong 3-4 times over the course of 4 months... They would go days/weeks without responding to calls/emails. January 2023, still no order so we had to cancel and ask for a refund. It is now May 2023 and they have not processed a refund, as well as go lengths of time not responding to calls/emails. We are now forced to file a dispute with our bank in order to get our money back. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES! I had a PO Box at Printing Fly for a little over a year. Last November, they sent out a notice saying they were closing their doors (2 weeks later!). I was shocked and had to update all my business addresses, it was such a pain. Little did I know that was the start of my headaches. I had JUST paid my yearly "rent" for my PO Box, and they said they would issue a refund (since they closed less than a month after I paid for the entire year). They also said they would forward any mail that they received after they closed. Neither happened... I have called and emailed them for MONTHS requesting my rent (over $200) back and they never sent it. They also never forwarded my mail! Which is critical to my business. I think that is bordering a federal offense, right? To hold someones mail?! As a small business owner it was upsetting to me that another small business would do something like this. I truly don't understand how people can be so dishonest. STAY AWAY FROM PRINTING FLY. read more

I reached out to Printing Fly at the beginning of January and ordered 1000 business cards for my company (Worked with Bryan). Worst experience I have ever had with a business. Here is a timeline for ordering something as simple as business cards. It has taken 6 months and I still have only received half of my prepaid order. Jan 4th - I originally contacted them - Invoice received Jan 4th - Invoice for 1,000 cards was paid - $339.45 Jan 18th - Proof was approved (after asking for 2 updates) *** Invoice says 3-5 business days after approval Feb 6th - Followed up with them to check the status of the order and gave them a new shipping address. Feb 27th - Following again and was told I will get tracking number the following day. This did not happen Feb 28th - Was told I will have a tracking number... Still no tracking Mar 9th - I ask for tracking # AGAIN.... Still nothing. Mar 15th - Never got a tracking # but ONLY 500 cards arrive. Mar 23rd - I informed them that I only received half of my business cards (500). They told me they would ship the others out and print 500 additional business cards for free. It is now May 31st and I still don't have the remaining half of my order nor the additional cards. I asked to speak with a manager/owner and that has never happened. I will be filing a credit card dispute. My advice is don't waste your time with this place. Such a headache!! read more

I was shopping around for a low-cost, local, and speedy printing shop and I knew I had found it when I spoke to Omid of Printing Fly. He was very knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me on the same day I had called asking for a quote on brochure design and printing. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. I used their PO Box service for a year. Unfortunately, I moved really far from the area now so I had to end the service. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this place. It is always clean and pleasant whenever I come in. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Whenever my box was getting full or I got a package, someone from Printing Fly always called or emailed me to let me know. Whenever I had difficulty getting out of the car to pick up my mail, I would call them and they would meet me by the curb with my mail for me. Even now, as I cancelled my service with them, they still bundle my incoming mail for me for the time being. If you live in this area or are looking for a PO Box in this area, this is definitely the place to go. They also have great prices and specials. We needed a catalog printed for a last minute trade show at the Los Angeles Convention Center, but had trouble finding a place that would meet with us in person.
