I've sent these guys 4 different jobs in about as many days this week, and they have turned around each project with incredible professionalism and efficiency. I work across the street and our offices use CopyCo all the time because they are reliable, fast, and fairly priced. I also appreciate that they communication when something seems to be amiss. I sent a PDF whose resolution was too low, and before printing the order they gave me a heads-up that it wasn't looking good. I was able to re-do the artwork and send it in, and within hours they had the job complete and looking fantastic. I especially appreciate that their website allows uploads of up to 150MB! read more

Need binder tabs to be done? They got you. Need packets to be binded? They got you. Need stand up cards for products/showcases? They got you. Need flyers/postcards to be printed on quality paper and ink? They got you. I work at a PR firm that always need a variety of things to be done for our clients/projects. We use Copy Co because they can be contacted via email or phone for orders - which makes my life that much better, they are RIGHT across the street from our office, they do a great job with timeliness and quality work, and they are nice people. One time we were going back and forth with revisions to a PDF for a stand up card and when we finally came to an agreement, he said we were going to be charged $60 for typesetting revisions which was something I was not told beforehand. My manager, at that time, is a very particular and meticulous woman and she was the reason for the extra typesetting fee. She kept wanting to make the image bigger, then smaller, than bigger, to the right, to the left ... it was insane and was driving me crazy. Charging us for typesetting revisions was understandable but it wasn't fair because I was not notified beforehand. I let that be known and the guy was fair enough to waive the fees but made it clear this was the last time. That is good customer service - resolve an issue since we are a company who continues to bring them business. *high-five* for not leaving us pissed off. Loving this place! I will NEVER go to Kinko's again!!! Imagine this...Friday afternoon 3:45pm and of course I have a several last minute printings for several events. I'm alittle nervous because I'm trying to figure out if I will have time to correctly format, size & get envelopes before 4:45 pm. Once I get to Copyco, I hand over my external drive, the 2 documents are loaded onto their computer, I answer a couple of questions regarding size, paper, color, etc...and 5 minutes later VOILA!! Two fabulous prints of my invites.....20 minutes later...100 copies are printed, cut, packaged, WITH envelopes!! And all while my taxi waited outside! Who wants to go to Kinko's and wait while a college student figures it out, when you can deal with printing professionals!! read more

I feel so grateful to have finally found a great, reliable, quick printer! I had to have a rush order of around 30 posters mounted on foamcore for work. They accommodated the order for what was in my opinion a very reasonable price. An hour into beginning to print the order they called me because of concern about the quality of our images at the scale we were printing. I went down to take a look and the quality, and though the image was slightly pixellated, I was fine with it (it was an issue on our end with the image resolution we provided to Copyco). Without a doubt, the best printing company I've worked with! I've been in law firm management in L.A./Century City for years. Navid Zadeh and the entire team at CopyCo are fantastic! They under-promise and over-deliver. We had several issues with our previous, well-known office supply and printing company. I got a referral to CopyCo from a legal reprographics company, and couldn't have been more pleased! CopyCo quickly turned around a rush order for our newly rebranded letterhead, envelopes, and business cards. Their pricing is also very fair and competitive, even for a rush request. Navid also gave me more information and educated me on the process more than any other printer I had spoken with. He helped us make an informed decision on what made the most sense for us as far as paper/stock quality, ink type, raised ink (thermography) vs. non raised, etc. His designer, Nelly, also redid our business cards for us to make sure the design was packaged correctly and advised/recommended better design specifications. She did a great job! Best customer service by far, patient with my many requests, and they're just a short drive away from Century City, so it's convenient for seeing samples in person. After repeated frustration with online printers like Vista Print, I looked around locally for a printer who could handle some of my design projects. As a junior design and student, I may not have large orders or complicated requests, but I was surprised and shocked at the feedback I received regarding my inquiries. I called one day and talked to two gentlemen (one older), on a fact finding mission to get details regarding document set-up, printing methods, and paper selections. I was pleased with my responses, and later that night sent three Adobe Illustrator files to the generic CopyCo email with my requests: 100 letterhead, 100 envelopes, 250 business cards. Again, not a large order, but still something I figured they could handle. If Vista Print could handle this, I assumed they would be able to as well. The morning after, however, I got an email back stating the quantity I was requesting was "too low," and that they "don't do that kind of printing." As you can imagine, I was a bit surprised. A complete 180 from the day before. I replied to their response asking what quantities they were capable of handling, and exactly what type of printing services they did provide. I never heard back and doubt I ever will. Granted, a $200 or so print job for a junior designer isn't much, but it's better than nothing. I was hoping this place would work out and I could recommend it to other design students, but I will not be doing that. Overall I am really disappointed with the overall attitude that was taken toward my requests. Now I must begin the print shop search all over again. Hopefully I'll be able to find a place that's willing to work with me. read more

I'm joining yelp just to review these guys. Bijan is incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to get some brochures printed and no other place could do it because of the size and the unique fold. Not only was the quality superb, but the price was better than all other places I researched. And not only did they just print my brochures, but Bijan walked me through step by step how to maximize the quality of the graphics file I provided them. Really great guys. But the real the real kicker is that I noticed a portion of the brochures were printed lighter than the rest. It wasn't a huge problem, but I brought it to their attention (they were also printed off site at an offset printer, so the lighter ink wasn't even their fault--I just wanted to make that clear). But Bijan happily had another 1000 printed for me, free of charge. I couldn't believe it. Thanks! read more

Came here one day for a rush order for my baby shower invitations and Mr. Bizhan took care of it in 10minutes. I'm so glad since they were about to close at that time but manage to print out my orders super rush. I was very happy with the prints since it's how I just wanted them to be. This is the first time I ever wished I could give a business more than 5 stars. My entire experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. I brought Copyco the world's worst template made from power point software. Copyco effortlessly converted the design I gave them to a superior format and that same day gave me a proof. I also revised the design 3 or 4 times because of my own desires (not from any error of theirs) and they performed the revisions immediately without complaint. The final product was beautiful and exceeded any expectations I had going in to the process. The cost for the printing was unbelievably reasonable. That only covers their mastery and professionalism. I was also impressed with their positive attitude and how everyone working there was unfailingly polite and positive of attitude. Don't look any further for your printing needs. Copyco is the only place you should use and the only printer I will ever make use of going forward. read more

Great service the first time. Printed my wedding invitations the same day and cut holes in them for an ornamental decoration at a great price. The second time, I ordered a poster on foam core. The poster was fine except a typo, which they caught, but never mentioned to us and still printed out. Would have been nice for them to let us know so we could change it, instead of telling us once we came to pick it up. I also asked if they could cut a about 20 pieces of paper so I wouldn't have to go to kinkos to use their cutters. They wanted to charge me $30. It was pretty disappointing since my first experience was so good. read more

Few days later when I was about to validate the sample by email, they came up with another price which was of course more expensive.
