I reached out to 6 different sign companies before deciding on this company to do our lobby sign. I'm really happy with the end result but also appreciate the way the owner handled the process. I'm picky by nature so at first I appreciated that Chris sent me a video explaining the signs, materials and various options available to me. I feel like his initial tutorial was helpful in educating me on the process of ordering a custom sign and also helped me determine the direction I wanted to go in. Later Chris patiently FaceTimed me so he could answer all my questions and review various design options. After I decided on a finalized design and paid the deposit it took only two weeks to get our lovely sign up. The price was fair and competitive with others in the industry. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company. read more

If I can give Premium Sign Solutions more stars, I would. We contacted Chris and his team back in May to make us 4 10 feet back drops and counter tops for a make up convention we would be attending in June. On such short notice, Chris and the rest of his team were able to help us every step of the way. Not to mention all the trouble we had dealing with the union at the convention, Chris was able to help us find alternatives and gave us advice on making our set up as easy and convenient as possible. These guys are amazing !!! Chris and his team are always there and answer ANY questions I might have, they have a customer for life !!!

My business used Premium Sign Solutions to make a painted, plastic Lobby Sign. Our company was forced to use Premium Sign Solution (PSS) due to our initial vendor extending their lead time beyond what was acceptable to us. An initial image was sent to PSS as part of our RFQ. The image was later updated based on the request of PSS to have wider features making it easier to manufacture. Two months later, we hired a graphic artist that made these changes in addition to making all lines equally spaced and perfectly straight. This new image was approved by Chris O'Connel, the company president and a Purchase Order for the sign was issued. When the purchase order was emailed to PSS this updated image was sent along with it. A greatly reduced sized image was sent to us as a Proof. I checked spelling, colors and text spacing before approving the proof. The image was too small to catch little image details. I thought that PSS would be using the image which they approved and we sent along with the Purchase Order. Once the sign was installed in our lobby I noticed that spacing was off, lines were not straight and there were other noticeable issues. After doing some investigation we discovered that the PSS graphic artist used the original image that was sent as part of our initial contact with PSS. They did NOT use the image that we had corrected and enhanced based on the request of PSS. They did NOT use the image that Chris, the company president had reviewed and accepted which was emailed to them along with the PO. When I complained about this issue to PSS they were being extremely sneeky about the issue. Stating they used the image from the Proof. Their exact words were: "We used the correct image". I repetitively pointed out they did not use the image which Chris had accepted and was sent along with the PO. They never admitted to using the incorrect image in the proof. They never apologized for the mix up, which was a clear miscommunication on their end. I would strongly suggest not using Premium Sign Solutions. If you are forced to use them, please magnify the image in your proof and review every little detail about the image. I won't even go into the matter of constantly being antagonized by Chris O Connel read more

Top Notch Company. We had a few large signs that Santa Ana winds knocked down. We were searching everywhere. Premium was the 3rd company we contacted. Save the best for the last I thought I was going to get the runaround as we did with the first (2) companies. They didn't care about a solution they cared about how much they were going to charge us. Well not only did Premium get us dialed in to our specific needs. They set us up for extra (solid install) protection. Next time the SA winds kick I know our signs won't go rolling out!
