Probably the worst Customer Service Experience I have ever been through, I will NOT be going back, to basically charge 10x what any other place charges is price gouging, also the paper they used for my project, was thin and looked unprofessional, when i asked about it, they wanted to charge me 10$ more for thicker paper (it was a small order, only 20 copies) I will NOT be going back, suggest you go elsewhere. read more

My boss sent me to print two sets of plans and two sets of specifications for a couple projects that we will be working on. I came to Access Print and Copy to get everything printed. The gentlemen behind the counter was great help. I had to go on a computer to download both plans and specs to be able to print them. He sat there with me and helped me download all the plans and specs, made sure I was printing the right sizes and also made sure everything was bind and staples so that I don't lose any of the sheets. Honestly the best print shop I've been to. He didn't rush me to print what I needed he actually spent time and got everything right. The best part about it was the prices. We used these guys for business cards, direct mail and poster printing a few times over last year. Service is great. The owners are friendly, always there and on time when they promise a job. Prices are competitive as we bid our work to at least 3 printers all the time. You might have to park a block away or two, but I would use these guys again. read more

I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed in Access Print and Copy. I'd worked with them about a year earlier to print some posters, and they did a fast, excellent job. I went in today to print more posters, and got extremely rude and confusing customer service. The first person I was working with wasn't listening to what I wanted, and couldn't give me a professional opinion on what paper to use. The second person was abrupt, rude, and dismissive. Forget the bigger-known competitors (Kinko's/UPrinting). Access Print helped me with a quick turn-around, large poster with foam core within 24 hours! Original image wasn't clear, and Access Print helped guide me on how to fix the resolution on PowerPoint. Amazing customer service. Fast, easy, friendly. As a brand and pr consultant- I've had my fair share of working with graphic designers and printers and by far, Kevin and Claire at Access are the most professional, customer services oriented, and most importantly, most accurate and on point printer vendor I have EVER worked with. Always on time when they say it will be done, always available when you need to talk to them and always returns your call or emails immediately (and I haven't been a customer for that long)- so it means they don't play favorites- everyone gets the same VIP treatment. Kevin, the owner, is your man. I needed a poster and he delivered in 2 hours. No issues.

Short version: I got a fair price ($78 for a 36" x 48" color poster, white background), and the poster came out beautiful. It was clean and clear with accurate colors.The poster also seemed to include a gloss. In addition, they went above and beyond to help me when something went wrong that wasn't their fault. I strongly recommend them for college or grad students in the area who need posters. Long version: At first the place had me nervous. They got my measurements wrong in the quote and, other than Kevin, they couldn't seem to understand me over the phone. To make matters worse, I had only ONE particular day (between travels) when I could pick up the poster, which was for an academic conference. On that day, I swung by Access Print around noon, fresh off the plane jetlagged and stressed, and picked up my poster. I stupidly did not carefully check if it had printed correctly. Around 5.35pm I noticed issues with the font. I panicked and called the place (thinking they were open til 8pm or so), and Kevin(?) said to come back in and they'd see what they could do. What with LA traffic, it took a while to get there, and he called me to see where I was, and mentioned that they close at 6pm. However, he said he'd keep his staff there until I got there so we could fix my poster. I arrived and me, him and two female staff members worked together to figure out why the PDF that looked fine on my own computer was wonky on theirs. Turns out, it had to do with my using Firefox instead of Adobe, so this really wasn't my fault OR theirs, but they printed a new, correct poster for me while I waited, at no charge, and were nothing but nice to me. I think he and his employees wound up staying after a good 35 or 40 minutes, just for me. And I was just a first-time customer with no previous relationship with them. read more
