Amazing customer service and printing quality. These guys really do care about their craft. I'm a hobbyist photographer that is completely new to fine art printing. I stumbled upon Weldon lab only because I didn't want to get my photos printed at one of the drugstores. I got a few 16x20s and 8x10s. Couldn't recommend them enough! I feel so lucky I got white glove service from John the owner himself and Ethan (I think that was the name?). I know practically nothing about this world, and I admit it was a bit intimidating with niche jargon. But they were so patient with me and let me get a feel for the different kinds of paper and finishes, which was super reassuring for a newbie like me. They really made sure the prints came out flawlessly. I don't have a strong frame of reference, but I thought the pricing was fair and well justified. One of the only places in Southern California that does drum scans and they are top notch. If myself or my girlfriend, who is a professional photographer, need drum scans for prints, this is the only place we trust to deliver the best images possible. We make the drive from Orange County up here whenever we need scans and it's worth it every time. Also, in one instance where we couldn't drive up to them, they FedEx'd her negatives back to her and they were packaged super well and made the trip safe and sound. Excellent printing, and customer service. I'm not their biggest customer. I have a couple 8x11s printed every couple years. And once in a while, a 20x24. But my feeling is that they take every job seriously and aim to please. They want the customer to be happy. They want to do excellent work. And I think the prices are reasonable for what you get.
