Lately, I have not been having problems as the service you get usually depends on who's working. Before, there was this worker and if you happen to go a little closer to the closing hours, he won't provide a drop off receipt. I remember asking why every time and it's because it's usually the sam response which is, no more paper. Having paper in the morning(s) but not near closing time screams just laziness to me. Thankfully, I haven't seen this old guy in a while. The workers now are much more nicer and definitely provide more value to my experience at UPS.
