This UPS store is conveniently located along Pico Blvd (West LA) area. Saved me a lot of time from driving from home to the post office. It's a one stop shop. I was able to have my personal documents scanned, printed & mailed to the Singapore MFA all together in the store. Harmony (staff) was very helpful, fast & efficient. She assisted me with my prepaid shipping label & had all my documents mailed out on the same day without me having to stop by to the post office. This is the WORST UPS in the whole area. The two people working there on Friday are absolutely unhelpful. Both won't take time to check for their customer's package. Very short and rude. There are a few UPS store around - do yourself a favor and use another facility. Working in services means being helpful....per definition. read more

I have been renting a mailbox at this UPS Store for some time, and one of the most helpful services they used to provide was notification when a package arrived. That way, I could bring the notice to the counter, and staff would quickly locate my package. Recently, I was expecting a package that tracking showed as delivered around noon. However, I did not receive any notification--that day, nor the following two days. There was also another incident recently that was quite upsetting. I won't go into details here, as I understand things can happen--but that does not mean I would want to go through a similar experience again. In addition, it's important to note that the number of employees does not necessarily equate to efficiency, strong work ethic, or good customer service. A store with ten employees may not provide better service than one with five, especially if attention to detail and professionalism are lacking. It's unfortunate that this location no longer provides the notification system, as it was very convenient and efficient. Once my current mailbox rental expires, I plan to look into other UPS Store locations that still offer this service. read more

Honestly I'm giving this review for Nicholas bc that guy is the most efficient dude in LA. As a New Yorker this town can be so slow and inefficient and people are way too chill. But Nicholas had major hustle labelling, taping, clearing the counter of stuff to keep a clean workspace, gave me multiple options for shipping, and sped the line like no one else in this town!!! Plus he was funny and personable. I come here a lot and it's mostly your regular UPS store with nice employees (who I'm guessing can sometimes be cranky for annoying clientele bc who doesn't? but I try my best never to prompt that kind of response with kindness.) that said, it can get busy in this place but that's the jam, so.... read more

I needed help with getting a large electric litter box and kitty fountain boxed up to take with me on a plane. Luna and Brandon helped me, packed the box, and off I went. All kinds of things went wrong with the flights, and I ended up taking 2 additional flights which were not at all on my itinerary, in order to reach my far-off Adriatic island destination. I was traveling with 4 friends, 3 cats, and countless pieces of luggage, including this huge 30x30 box. Because we flew Air France, not only did we miss our flight, but several pieces of our luggage did too, including the box. This actually ended up being a blessing in disguise, because we had so very many pieces of luggage in addition to the 3 kitties, and got to our destination at midnight after traveling more than 24 hours. The good news in all of that was that the box was eventually found and sent on a catamaran to us on the island. Because customs had been suspicious of the box, they had apparently ripped it open to examine the contents. When they found a used kitty litter box, they thankfully decided not to charge us anything. When the box finally got to us, despite the torn open aspect, it had been so very securely packaged by the wonderful folks at this Rancho Park UPS branch that it was completely safe, secure and intact. A huge shout out to the extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful folks at this location. I would not go to any other UPS! read more
