The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. Amidst all the hustle and bustle of wilshire blvd, this staples location felt spacious and dare I say, "Serene"? hahaha, i think my experience may have felt that way because of the excellent customer service I received. I walked to the back where the printing dept is, and a gentleman name Nate was at the counter helping someone, but he immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me. Wow! That's old school these day and I love to see it! After he was done with the initial customer, he came and asked me what I needed help with. I told him and Nate patiently and thoroughly walked me through all of the options I had available to me. Then retreated and gave me space to make my own decisions, then was there for me when I came back with more questions, and just, wow. He was so patient and helpful. I am neurodivergent and interacting with someone in customer service these days who displayed that depth of patience and understanding is so rare. I wanted to come back here and acknowledge Nate's patient and thorough assistance and say thank you and let everyone know how great it is to come across anyone these days who operates with that level of integrity.
