I came in with a labeled fed ex package. My daughter is selling a lot of eBay. Mailing it for her I always get a receipt from the place I send it from in case it gets lost! Expected to get a receipt, but the worker at the counter said they "don't do that". I would love to trust that it will get to its destination, but I just can't do that. Simple low key place having everything you might need. Keep in mind it's just one guy running the front so if there's a line, you're going to have to be patient. I will warn you the parking is a NIGHTMARE! If you have a larger vehicle or it's rush hour, you better have your blood pressure medication. But all in all a good place. Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! I printed a label for an item I sold on E-bay and I took it to this store on a Friday afternoon. The guy behind the counter told me, the USPS has already came and gone. I can leave it behind and he will give it to them. Few days went by and the buyer did not get my item. I went back in and he told me I do not know where it is. I am not the post office. Go to the post office I went to the post office and there was no record. I came back, the guy gave me a smirk and said there is a sign here I am not responsible for anything. I lost close to $800. The guy did not even care and did not want to help me. read more

I've rented a box from Lee and Susie for more than a decade and they are just the best. Helpful, friendly -- and they go out of their way to make things work for you. And their prices are incredibly reasonable for a Beverly Hills address. As other people have mentioned, the parking is now horrible -- a kids martial arts studio and a yuppie juice cleansing studio bring in people who take up a lot of spaces for long periods. What the parking lot needs are 10-minute loading only spaces (like some restaurants have for take-out). Aside from that, five-plus stars. read more
