After calling ahead, I was told to come in Friday before 5:30 p.m. since they couldn't accommodate me on Saturday. I drove across town and arrived well before 5:00 p.m., only to be met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude from JENNY. She immediately gave me attitude for not having filled out a simple Live Scan application that takes only a couple of minutes to complete. She then paced around the store, announced she was going to get a bottle of water, and left. After waiting 25 minutes, another employee informed me that Jenny wouldn't be returning until closing because she "didn't feel like doing my Live Scan today." Absolutely unbelievable! I called ahead, followed their instructions, drove across town, and arrived on time, only to be treated with complete disrespect and have my time wasted. If you don't feel like doing your job, don't tell customers to come in! This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would!
