I've been using Mister Mail for about three years. They are fantastic. Open till 6 PM, if you're running a few minutes behind, you can call and let them know and they will wait for you. If I have too many packages or if the packages are too heavy, they will bring them out to my car for me. They are friendly and efficient. I used to go to the place across from the post office on Wilcox, and it was always a headache. They close at 5 PM and the people who work there we're not always honest. Mister Mail closes at 6 PM and all of the workers on the other hand or the opposite. I don't have to worry about my mail getting stolen, I can drop off my packages with them knowing they're in good hands. At $28 a month it's definitely worth it. Top-notch. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with any of my packages being delivered. The items sent out are always packaged with care. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other mailing places. We also have a mailbox here and never have issues getting our mail. Due to moving I signed up and paid for a virtual mailbox from mister mail through Anytime Mail. After about 2 months of use without receiving any mail at the virtual mailbox one day out of a sudden I received an email saying that my virtual mailbox has been cancelled. I called Anytime Mail, who directed me to call Mister Mail directly. And so I called, but on the phone Mister Mail did not give me any reasonable explanation as to why they closed my account and my mailbox so abrutly. What's worse, they kept charging the mailbox's monthly fee after closing my account. For your own good, AVOID THIS FRAUDSTER!!! read more

I've been doing business with Mister Mail for around 11 years now and would not trust anyone else with my mail. Being an apartment dweller in Los Angeles, I became super annoyed with the entire mail situation. You have to call all the people you do business with and change your address, and then still, for years, your mail continues to be delivered to the old address. Case and point, at every new apartment I have ever had, I would continue to get really important mail from the previous residents. Payment stubs, checks, pre-approved credit cards, etc. That's why a while back I decided to invest in a private mail box. That way, when I moved or was traveling for work, I could depend on my mail being delivered or forwarded correctly. I'm no celebrity, but if I was, this is the place I would trust with my mail. As you know, if you look over my other reviews, I have a stalker situation with a certain local sociopath, well, thank god I made the investment years ago to have my mail here. I trust these guys and you should too. Recently, in part, due to that same certain sociopath (see other reviews), I had to leave my crappy overpriced studio apartment, and well, I decided to ship most of my stuff rather than have it stored, and these guys were the bomb! They went above and beyond what they needed to do. They helped me ship and even pack a few of my boxes. It saved me so much time and effort. I trust them implicitly and know I can just leave them and they will take care of it professionally. I am so grateful to them and honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. Speaking of which, Mister Mail can ship items using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I strongly suggest you always use FedEx whenever possible. Like Mister Mail, they have never let me down. Their new location is great and has ample free parking in the rear. In Conclusion, this is Los Angeles, and the most precious commodities in this city are trust, honesty and integrity. Have a mailbox here, to collect packages mostly. Staff calls whenever a package is delivered and is able to sign for most packages/mail which is convenient so that you don't have to work running to the post office into your schedule. The staff is very helpful, has even helped me to carry large packages to my car. They have a window open six days a week, and when renting a mail box, you can check your mail anytime, with your own front door key. It works out quite well. read more

I have had a mailbox at this location for several years and I have always been happy with their service. If a package is delivered to your box, you are immediately given a phone call letting you know it has arrived. I live in an apartment with a small mailbox and a landlord that can't always accept deliveries from FedEx, UPS etc, so a business like this is invaluable to me. By having a mailbox with Mister Mail, I know my larger packages will always be signed for and under safe keeping until I pick them up. I've had a box at Mister Mail for over a decade, and service is pretty great. Pepe, George, and Noel are all friendly and relaxed, they don't try to pressure you or push you into something you don't want but they make sure you get the services you need and they give you their best efforts. The store is small, quaint, and focuses on shipping and light office needs. It can be cramped from all the packages customers receive, there can occasionally be a line for services, and sometimes the deli next door makes it smell like bologna, but overall the experience is just the right balance of subtle and vital. They also offer after-hours keys to access mailboxes, and will call you if you receive a package. There's ample parking on the streets and in the public lot behind the building, a sought-after loading zone right in front, and Mister Mail's staff makes sure to remind customers when the Sunset blvd. parking is about to become a tow-away zone. They will also loan you a dolly or help you to your car if you have something too big to handle. read more
