Amazing place, got everything done quickly and great pricing! Definitely recommend to other and will be coming back

DMV requested extra documents and suggested running here quickly ... they were so fast and so kind. I ended up needing something in a pinch the next day for work, I called them and let them know I was sending it over through email and they had it ready for me by the time I got there so I could be in and out! Literally within 2 mins! Superb customer service! read more

Amazing and fast!! Always super helpful and friendly when I need to ship out something.

Needed to print something out really fast and they were able to get it done really fast . They were so nice and polite. Would definitely recommend. read more

This is my local mail shop, and OM makes mailing and shipping so easy! The service is always convenient and hassle-free. Plus, it's right near the best burrito place--what more could you ask for? read more

I'm really glad I discovered this place! I think it's owned privately by a couple that are extremely helpful and kind. So much easier than going to the post office or other mail locations. She even boxed up a snowboard for me and did a fantastic job! read more

These guys are the best very friendly nice people excellent price highly recommended best po box in la

These guys are the nicest guys around! Best service. Whenever I have a package drop off or any notary needs, Mail Call it is.

Perfect service everytime. Knowledgeable, detail focused, and friendly staff. Easy parking access.

They are always so nice and helpful! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will continue to go here for all my mail / postage needs.

The couple who own this store were helpful and quite friendly. I came for an Amazon pickup.

New owners have made a big difference. I avoided this business for years because I had a bad experience. I stopped by again for some copying service only because I was in a hurry and they are close by. I was pleased to find that they went out of their way to be accommodating. Their prices are reasonable too. I will definitely use them again. read more

Extremely reliable and honorable establishment. Always know my mail will be secure and safe for me when it's mailed at this location.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I'm going out of my way for this one. I originally wanted to describe how rude the gentleman "helping" me was. Despite being the only customer in the room, he treated me like I was bothering him, and he barely acknowledged me as I thanked him for his help with getting my business filings notarized. He seemed to rush me out the door as other customers shuffled in behind me, but I had gotten what I needed so I decided to let it go. Until today. You see, my filings were rejected specifically because the name he wrote in the notary section did not match the printed name on the filings themselves. This is my first time filing for a business; presumably he does this regularly. I am now paying for rush delivery after spending an additional $60 dollars at a competent notary, who laughed after I told her why my original filings were rejected ("He did WHAT?"). I am crossing my fingers that my corrected filings will be delivered in time and his mistake will not cost me *more* money should I have to refile them. I now plan on taking my new business to such heights that I will be buying the building his business is located in and becoming his landlord. read more

Best personal service for all mail/shipping related services. Jason is great, and works tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly. Can't recommend enough. read more

Absolutely freaking brilliant!!! Called in ahead to let them know I was coming, they lined up all my info to go, walked in the door, handed them my item, and they packed and shipped for me. Easy breezy. A joy to do business with. read more

My go-to neighborhood drop spot. Excellent service, and never had a package lost over 5 years.

Jason provides a high quality service. He takes care of all the mail I received for 3 years while I have tracked all over the world. I'd trust him with my mail and more. read more

I like them a great deal. Nice, efficient and friendly. Good employees. Really not much else to say other than they got me in and out and did it well. read more

Went here for live scan fingerprinting service on the recommendation of a family member, and the customer service was great. Jason was fast and friendly. Appreciated him sanitizing my ID and credit card, a nice touch in these times and shows they take safety seriously here. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely use regularly. The parking lot of the little strip mall where Mail Call is located is on the small side, but I still found a spot and there were street spots available too. read more

Been going here for the past 10yrs since I live just a couple blocks away. Skip the post office and save yourself time and headaches. Jason offers the best service in town. A true neighborhood business that was previously operated by Jason't aunt. Also stop by his newly opened cafe just two doors down and support your local businesses. read more

Jason is a badass. He works hard and he totally has his sh*t together! He has my documents ready to go when I pick them up and he's fun to talk to. I can't help but laugh at that reviewer who said they "drove across town for livescan" (dude, you can seriously get that done anywhere) or the guy who gave him one star because he doesn't take checks. Seriously? How old are you? I'm surprised even banks issue checks anymore! read more

Mail Call is a gem. Jason goes out of his way to make sure all your needs are met for whatever or wherever you are shipping. All services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) under one roof make this a convenient spot. Highly recommend. read more

I love this place. Always very fast and don't have to wait long. Super nice and always helps me out with printing and boxes

If you are in the Hollywood / Hancock Park area and need a place to deliver your Ebay items or if you need a PO Box, this is a great new business with easy parking. They offer: mail box rental, Ebay consign, overseas shipping and passport photos. When I would bring items in for ship, they promptly compared UPS, FedEx and DHL pricing for me and they don't tack on extra charges. The best thing is, I'm in and out in a snap! What I love about independent "mom and pop" places like this is the service. They smile, they care, and they are really organized. Forget Office Depot or Staples. If you are within 10 minutes of Vine and Melrose, this is your place, and I can almost guarantee they will greet you with a smile. read more

Went in to mail off a large package. Customer service was almost non existent. This was my first time there so I did not know what to do. Guy at front counter had my stand around with my large package until I asked for help. And then once I was done, he had me put my package in the mail off area myself. When I walked out, I realized he never gave me a receipt of tracking #. I went back in to get asking very nicely for it. The guy acted as though this was a huge inconvenience. Eventually I got my receipt and went on my way, but due to the customer service I would not recommend this place unless you were in a pinch and this was the closest place to you. read more

Came here a few days ago and I walked away upset. 1. Parking sucks devil balls! I entered the parking lot on one end behind another vehicle; waiting to park. When the car in front of me parked another parking space became available. While I was getting ready to park, there was another asshole driver in the other side who felt so entitled claiming that spot. He stated he was waiting first and that was a lie. I saw he had entered a little after the other vehicle parked. 2. I walked into Mail Call and the dude was on his computer. I asked him if there were computers available and he quickly point out the computers. He did this in a manner as if he had something better to do. He did not tell what I had to do or what to click on. I tried to start small talk and he ignored me. A little later he rudely called me over and like the little prick he was told me to sign out. But I had no idea because he failed to explain to me what I needed to do. 3. As he was doing my fingerprint, I went on to yelp to read all the comments about how shitty this place was. Dude noticed and his whole demeanor changed. He was suddenly polite and telling me to have a great day. Like how can I when you just gave me shitty service. 4. On my way out, I noticed 2 cars parked in the middle of an already tiny parking lot. I mean the parking lot was so tiny that I'm sure had I farted, at least 4 cars around me would've heard it. Maybe smell it too. What I'm trying to say is.... DO. NOT. GO. HERE. If you do, make sure you are walking in reading their yelp reviews, make sure they notice it, and you'll get good service. read more

Hi all, Jason is the man! Mail Call is the place. They do everything mail - shipping, all carriers (FedEx, UPS & DHL, USPS), Live Scan, Notary, Mailbox. Most importantly, the service is excellent. Highly recommended!!! read more

I won't go anywhere else. Jason is fantastic. He has a gift for visualizing how to package and ship things in the least expensive way. He is fast. He knows my account without me reminding him. He is refreshingly no BS. read more

I have to say that I had a very negative experience at this business today. I came in for livescan finger printing, based on positive yelp reviews. There were problems getting a proper scan. Jason was brusque and at a certain point told me "you have to take care of your hands" -- implying that it was not just my age (which is indeed a factor) but was my lack of self-care that caused the problems with the procedure. Making a judgment on how a client does or does not manage self-care is humiliating and completely unhelpful in this kind of situation. I walked out feeling embarassed, upset, and frustrated. read more

I have been using Jason for all my shipping requirements and highly recommend him for his fast and friendly service including notary. He always double checks my packaging and retapes anything without charge. Quick service with a smile. read more

Dropped off a package here without knowing much about it except that it was near my office. Now it's two weeks later, and my package still hasn't gotten to the place that I sent it and no tracking information is showing up. I'm starting to get worried, so I decide to call Mail Call to see if they have any more info. I (literally just now) spoke with Jason on the phone. He picked up right away and was so helpful and nice, I really couldn't ask for better customer service. Whenever I need to ship something, I will definitely be going back to Mail Call. read more

This spot is super chill. The homie who runs it let me use the restroom even though it's probably off limits... ... It was human of him. And now I'm about to print my paper work and be back at the DMV just in time to get called... LA life... you gotta know how to navigate. read more

I'm grateful to have this place next to my house. The prices are super reasonable. Packaging services are excellent (especially for fragile computer parts and hard drives). You can drop off any package there for free, even USPS. And they also make keys very well. read more

This is the only place I ever want to drop off mail. The owner Takes the time to ensure you're Package Is tended to. And if you need your item packaged, he knows how to do it better than I could. And always searches for the best price. I couldn't recommend a place more. read more
