They do not give you a receipt when you drop off a shipment. His explanation was "We can't print a receipt for DHL". This is ludacris to me, as I always makes sure to get a drop-off receipt everywhere else I go and have successfully been given one. UPS brings my packages here sometimes against my will after one one failed delivery attempt. There is no parking. The place is dumpy, disorganized, and inefficient. Generally it's just added stress. There are several other options for this kind of service in the neighborhood, if unlike me, you have a choice, choose one of them. read more

Sure the parking is a bit tricky here, but Mail Call is very easy to get to. I came in for the first time today and was really surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff was to all of their customers! They greeted and assisted each person and really make the effort to find the most cost effective services for you. This kind of service can be so rare to find nowadays, especially in LA. I have rented a mailbox from Mail Call for several years and couldn't possibly be happier with the service. I always promptly receive an e-mail when packages arrive for me. Friendly notary service for half what I've paid elsewhere. And there's free parking, which in Los Angeles cannot be taken for granted.

Terrible service. Drove across town to get a live scan. Website said they closed at 5:30, walked in at 4:49pm sharp and said they could not do the scan because it ended at 5pm and they had already shut the computer. Poor customer service. read more

Ok, I've never written a review for anything but I MUST comment on my recent experience with Mail Call. I had an important, legal document that I quickly needed notarized and overnighted to NY. I went to two Bank of America locations where I bank and they would not notarize anything that wasn't BOA business, typical. Time was running out, I was not familiar with the area, I found Mail Call on the iPhone and they happily notarized and got the fedex out. Fast forward to a few weeks later when I was anticipating getting document back from my lawyer, an envelope arrived at my place from Mail Call? Apparently our attorney made a mistake and sent my check back Mail Call where I sent my last correspondence from. The staff at Mail Call went through the log, found our address and forwarded my package back to me with a pleasant note. THIS IS SERVICE, I had to share. read more

Mail Call is great and the go to neighborhood box, mail, notary, Fed ex, copy place. We've had a mail slot here for 2 years. They get all our large packages and Fed Ex. They are always punctual and helpful and notify us immediately when packages come in. They box things for next to nothing and are always pleasant with us.
