This place finds a small space, it is not a large office. There are only 5 parking spots. Inside you will find 4 teller windows, with two usually open, more of the line gets bad and they have the people. The products are the same, at this place, the people make the difference. At that time,…read morethe employee, Laeve (spelling may be incorrect), asked me to hand over the remaining two QR-code shipment packages at once. I explained that although the boxes were identical in appearance, they were being shipped to different addresses, so I preferred to process them one at a time to avoid any confusion. Despite this being a simple process of scanning QR codes to print labels, she said she was too busy, told me not to come next time and to use the self-service kiosk instead, and stated that she could no longer help in this way. Her overall tone was irritated and unprofessional. She also incorrectly identified which receipt belonged to which package, causing confusion. I immediately asked her to verify the package information to ensure accuracy, but she refused, stating that the packages were already in processing. I was simply trying to prevent a shipping error for QR-code-based shipments, but I was disappointed with the handling of the situation and the level of customer service provided.

    UPDATE - 2/2/26 I wanted to update because ownership has…read morereached out to discuss this. THIS is how responsible businesses respond to clients. The new labeling system I complained about is in a trial period. The numerous complains I had about it were mentioned by other clients, and ownership has acknowledged the issues. They are as disappointed with the product as we are and are looking at solutions. I will restore the missing star because this is how you deal with issues. I've been a very long-time client - over 20 years - ever since they were Box Brothers, and were located at what is now Jeni's Ice Cream. I've consistently given them 5 stars - for attention, politeness, and always service with a smile. David Goodman kept his businesses running smoothly, always improving things. He was almost always at the Los Feliz location, up to the very end. A recent change in their package notification system has me writing this review. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. Please read update as they are aware of the problem and in the process of solving it.
