Will never take packages to this place again. Took a prepaid usps package to Ship District only to have it not get shipped. Tried tracking it and there has been zero movement. The guy that helped me just told me to put the package behind me on the shelf, which I thought was weird because it didn't feel safe to just leave it there. Someone could just come in and steal it, which I won't be surprised if that was the case and now it's just lost. Now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Don't bring your packages here. read more

The two staff members, Cruz and another gentleman, were really helpful in answering my questions and helped me pick out the right size and type of box for my needs. Honestly, I can't say enough about this shipping company... they have come through and through for me! I won an online auction and had to find a company to ship my items to me since the auction house did not ship. I was given many names and in contacting several, Ship District gave me the best quote. My items, including a large oil painting was coming from LA to Atlanta. They went to the Auction House-picked up my items and kept in constant contact with me after pickup. They wanted to know how I would like my items packaged-how I wanted them shipped, etc. And as they began packaging-they took pictures and sent them to me for my approval. Once they were ready to be shipped out they sent me a link for a secure method of payment. Rarely do you find a company that communicates with you during each step of the process.
