I walked away with a business card and some info about their additional services available. Later that afternoon, I called Ship District back to learn more about their extra services and they had all the help I was in desperate need of! Even though it was later in the day, the guys miraculously were able to get my stuff and coordinate packing and shipping for me. Not to mention, affordable and tailored to my budget. I'll never forget the great service I received from Cruz and his team and highly recommend their services to anyone! Super professional and courteous.

One of the best things is that they also sell boxes in a good variety of sizes. It just makes it so easy when you can grab everything you need. The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. Fast-forward to now: I was in the middle of a move and needed boxes urgently, so I decided to give The Box Depot another try. I'm so glad I did! I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store. He was friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond -- answering all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed, and even offering to carry everything to the car. If it weren't for Moises, I never would've gone back -- but because of him, I absolutely will. He's a gem, and I hope he's there every time I visit.
