I cannot express how thankful I am to have found them. My husband had a work event and I was in…read morecharge of getting a banner. Well I forgot and I was panicking trying to find someone to get it done in a short amount of time. Arlete, helped me out without charging an arm and a leg. They did an amazing job and delivered the banner in the time promised. We also printed business cards and their work is amazing. We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. Arlete checked the file to make sure we wouldn't have the same issue and the business cards turned out perfect. They pay attention to detail, have reasonable prices, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

Do not recommend. I was required to pay upfront via Zelle, given a promised timeline, and then…read morenothing was delivered. When the timeline fell apart, I was not fully refunded, even though no real work was done. Sam claimed he "worked on my project all morning," but the only thing that happened was downloading my file to see if it could even be printed. That's it. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Businesses that take upfront payment, misrepresent work done, and refuse full refunds are not trustworthy. Plenty of better options out there -- save your money and go elsewhere.

Everything looked great, the print quality was high, and the price was more than reasonable. They did an excellent job with customer service throughout the entire process. Making sure that we approved the design and the print, and then as I said, doing a great job of the printing itself. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job of getting us what we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for printing, or any other kind of marketing materials. Definitely would recommend and will be back again if we need to be.
