I had a last minute photo print emergency and Perfect Image came through! After picking up prints that were just horrible, I needed to find something near my job that was open and could complete my job immediately. I found Perfect Image about 20 minutes before they closed and gave them a call. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and accepted my order. I got there about 5 minutes before closing and it was done perfectly! Even though they were closing, they didn't rush me and made sure I was satisfied with my order. On 12.13.19 I walked into Perfect Image Printing to ask a couple of questions. The customer service from this organization needs work. The manager is one who could benefit from such classes. I had two different questions and both he decided to answer from across the room which was quite embarrassing. The first question was about employee as a graphic designer for a friend. the second question I was asking him about prices for canvases and he told me to email or call with my questions. I thought that was odd being that I was there in person. He didn't seem to have any personable skills and I recommend that he has more training. read more

They were doing well until it was time to produce in a time frame that they said they would! They told me my product would be ready by Friday 12noon. I gave them several extra hours showed up to pick up product ..that NOTE: I had already paid for!!! I show up and all they had to say was "yeah it's not gonna be ready until Monday" NO EMAIL notification NO phone call nothing I traveled to the store just to be told it wasn't ready! Then I demand a refund they told me it'll be processed by next week. It has been well over 2weeks and still no refund no email apology no acknowledgement of them messing up. I understand business gets busy but at least have the professionalism to communicate with your PAYING clients. And the humility to apologize when you've screwed up. It's all so weird because they sent an invoice that we paid same day but it's taking weeks to process our money back. I am in love with this place. I first found them through Yelp, when I needed some business cards done with same-day printing, and called around to several places. I decided on Perfect Image because, compared to other printers within the same price range, the staff I spoke with sounded the most knowledgeable (based on the questions they asked me), had the best price, and were happy to do same-day service with no extra fees. I felt like they were the best all around. They also happen to be located a block from my office, so I stopped in to check on the proofs during my lunch break. Before production, Brandi called me to tell me that she wanted the cards to look perfect, but some of the graphics were so detailed or had shading around them and weren't printing the best they could be. We sent an edited version, and then she actually found a similar font (we had a very intricate, unusual font), and re-typed our logo, filling in the spaces so that it was very clear but still looked amazing. I was very happy by the way they could have just printed what we asked them to print, but put in so much extra effort to make sure they looked the best they possibly could. We were thrilled with the finished product and we get compliments on the cards all the time. Since then, I always call Perfect Image first for anything I need. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I went into the office recently for a framed art print, which they produced for me on the spot, and today, I placed an order for a large vinyl banner with grommets. The price quote was a fraction of what I thought it would be, no problem with same day service, and there was an edit to the image that we wanted to make, but didn't have time to do. Emily made the edits and sent me a final proof within 20 minutes of my first call, and they are starting work now. I'm so glad I found Perfect Image and can call on them as my go-to..... the top quality, professionalism, speed, and price all add up to a combination rarely found in any business.... they are on top of it all! read more

Please do not ever give them any job. They are willing to take any job promise it will be done when you want as you want it and then totally screw up without taking responsibility. I mostly print in China but I went to Perfect Image when run out of labels and we needed them quick (china takes 2 weeks with excellent quality) We showed exact label example we need and asked how fast labels can be done. Person behind the counter said it will be done in 5 days exact same label we currently have. Not mentioning that for 300 labels this place charge me same as I usually pay for 10,000 labels but since we were in desperate need I agreed. Fast forward 5 days later labels are not ready, next 5 days later, labels not ready, another 3 days later not ready. Over 15 days later I finally got 50 labels after number of calls and guess what. Not the whole order ! Once I saw the labels I couldnt believe. Color totally off, hot stamping off, and the worst labels die cut totally crooked. It cost me $422 and over 3 weeks I still had to order rushed labels form China since Perfect Image printing labels wasn't perfect it was a disaster. Lost of time and money ! Once I asked for refund they said they can give me $50 credit. Or print 6 posters. I don't know how this place stay in business. read more

So far so good. Used their services recently for a work event to print a lobby poster and some directional copies. The poster came out pretty nice. I was very happy that they were open late, I could mail them the copy I wanted printed, and they were willing to work with me. They did have the job done within the time frame they promised. I initially liked these guys a lot, but I've been disappointed way too many times. They don't show up to open on time, and their customer service is a joke. They sold me a banner that broke as soon as I took it out of the case. I asked them to fix it and they blamed me and said that "something goes wrong every time you pick it up." When they attempted to fix it, they taped it together. It's laughably bad, and something I would not put in front of a customer. Insult to injury is I paid 2x what I could have gotten it for online. Would highly recommend you find another printer. read more

I printed 163 pages on black and white paper, they charged me $82.83 for this service. The staff told me he can make it to a book, just added two pages and sticked all of them together. He never tell me the price before he did that, I thought it's free. Then he charged me $18 just to stick them together with two extra pages. The price is crazy. They give me $10 gift for next purchase, but I am sure I will never go back again. read more

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! the email I wrote to management that explains in-depth my experience. Attn: Mike/Freddy Mike, I'm writing this email to bring to light a situation in which I encountered as a customer of Perfect Image Printers. Please read carefully, and I think you will find that you are disappointed in the service you are providing. I came into your business on Monday July 22nd, where I asked questions about having some business cards made. I showed the employee the unpolished design I had in mind; I was told to email the changes in specific detail of what I had in mind and that it would be same day turn around. I sent the email that evening. Thursday the 25th I had not received a response back, so I came into the store to make sure my email was received. They looked it up and said that it wold be completed on Friday, I did have some changes on the design that I wanted to make, (1revision) but the cards were not completed til Tuesday. Which I was still not angry about. Paid for same day turn around, received it 8 days later, but whatever I can deal with that. This is when I picked up the most unprofessional business cards. They were on the thinnest paper imaginable, they did not have the border I wanted and the top of the cards were bleeding where they cut them. If I gave these to my clients I would be laughed at, and that is no overreaction. I told the employee (Asian with the glasses) that I was unhappy with the quality, and that I simply couldn't use these as they were not what I ordered, and in no way professional. So I was willing to still give this business another chance, and asked the same employee to give me the pricing for the velvet card with raised imagery and foil printing. He wrote information down and said I would have a quote by the evening or the next day. When today at 5:20 arrived I still had not received the quote. The final straw. I went to your business asked to speak with the manager Freddy, who honestly was nice and knowledgeable. My issue is I told him all of this and all he could say was that he was sorry but that PROFESSIONAL IS RELATIVE, and that many people had these kind of cards, but the examples I saw in the book were 100 times more professional than what I received. I left the business cards( the entire box of them and refused your store credit so that you could see the poor quality for yourself.) I don't want anything for free I want good quality and customer service. I gave your business multiple chances and every single time it fell drastically short. I'm sure you will not have the respect for me to refund me for the inept job that was done, but I hope you do. I could have printed the same quality for 9.99 at vista print all day. Instead I paid 114 for high quality and received a joke. Please do better in the future. Don't screw people over and get employees that are responsive and care about your business enough to do their job. I do respect a reply from you sir. I also do expect you to recognize that this is unacceptable, and please do not waste my time by saying "you'll be happy to give me store credit". They gave me a good price on my small budget to print my articles.  Running a small independent newspaper is NOT cheap, and it's not like the LA Times is just going to up and offer us its presses for smaller print jobs (or at all, for that matter). My usual source closed down shop, so I had to look around for offset printing in Los angeles. Lucky me, I got ahold of Fred at Perfect image printing and he quoted me exactly in my budget. I was a little wary, cause even with my old source the money I had to spend didn't get me the best quality, but to my shock, the paper looked every bit as good as the Times.
