High quality, efficient and better price than their competitors. Usually hard to get all those things at once but they deliver consistently. Been coming here since 2011 and stopped comparing their services with other places. My "go to" for my printing needs. Been here for banners, catalogs, business cards, laminating documents, and printing manuals over 500 plus pages. They do most jobs. If in doubt, just ask and they'll inform you of your options with their expertise from 2002. Service speed varies just a little depending on time of year and their work volume but they always get the job done right to your required specs and communicate well until your project is complete. I had relatively small quantity color booklet print and staple job that had to be completed by the end of the day. I first went to Staples, where, after quoting more than $400 for the job and spending about 15 minutes trying to print me a sample (which was never printed correctly after several attempts), I was informed that it would be more than $500 to be able to have my booklets ready that day. I of course balked and searched for nearby alternatives. My next stop was another shop near Color & Copy, who told me they would be happy to do it, but my job was not their specialty and I could probably have it done on time for a lower price at Color & Copy down the block. Color & Copy was very accommodating. I was served without a wait, and they did my job perfectly, with minimal guidance from me other than a black & white sample, and they called me as soon as it was ready to be picked up, which was well before their closing time. Best of all, they charged me far, far less for a higher quality result than Staples quoted me or would have produced. I know I will be stopping at Color & Copy first for my next print job. read more

Fantastic service! I went there initially for some fliers and they did a great job. I was surprised they were actually less expensive and faster than other shops in town. A few days later I had a situation arise where I needed additional fliers done in one day. Kim and his team literally did the job while I waited and it was perfect. 300 fliers finished in maybe 30 minutes. I was shocked. I had fully expected to have to drive back at the end of the day but nope, it was amazing. In the same trip I also needed clear stickers printed as the displays I ordered from China for a trade show the next day were all missing a central image. ‍ Kim was able to print my image to test it, enlarge, lighten, reprint, retest, and then printed out what I needed. We cut them out and they looked perfect! No one knew it was faked, it was absolutely incredible. Again, this was all completed (including the above mentioned 300 fliers) in about 45 minutes. And for a completely reasonable price. No surge charging for the ultra rush. I highly recommend Color & Copy for your next print job. Truly amazing! Thank you again guys! read more

Came here because I saw the sign in the front advertising $10 passport photos. CVS's photos are $13.99 for two and they look awful so I decided to try this place out. They use a regular old point and shoot camera, but the photos looked SO much better than the photos that I got done at CVS. I would recommend going during the day for the best looking photos because the natural light made my pictures bright and clear. The photos only took 5 minutes to process and i was in and out in less than 15 minutes. There's no real parking except for limited street parking on the side of the building. read more

I've only been to the Color & Copy on New Hampshire and 8th (used to be on Wilshire and Normandie) but I'm posting this review here as well since my experience was so horrible no one should ever support this business, no matter what branch. -- I can't give zero stars? Boo! This is my first yelp review granted I use yelp all the time. I literally signed up for yelp because these people pissed me off and seriously screwed up my entire day's schedule. I called before going to the shop because I needed to print flyers on cardstock paper, but I had my own paper I wanted to print them on. I asked if it was OK for me to do so. The guy asked me to repeat my question about 3 times before passing the phone off to another employee. This person told me, for sure, that it was OK to print on my own paper. I didn't even bother to ask how much it would cost, but HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 5 CENTS PER PAGE. I was going to print the pages at Kinko's that night when picking up another order, but they wanted to charge me 10 cents a copy. Big mistake. Kinkos for the win! The next morning I attempted to go to to this shithole of a copyshop only to find it wasn't where the address said it'd be. I called and spoke to several people before someone could give me the address. "Oh we moved and we're at New Hampshire and 8th now". I made it a point to ask again since these people are obviously incompetent, "Can I print on my own cardstock paper? It's 5 cents, yes?" "Yes! Yes!", they said. I was so pissed I was on foot and had to walk back to get my car to drive to their new location... Upon entering no one greeted me. No one spoke engrish, and unless you speak Korean or Chinese or whatever else, don't expect help here. The woman took my papers and as I was trying to explain what I needed she told me to be quiet and just hold on. She literally leafed through my 3 pages about 20 times and then the owner (I guess?) came over to do the math and get me set up. She did the math wrong, calculating it at 5 cents a page... what did he tell me it would cost? 39 CENTS A PAGE?!? I most definitely cursed them out before leaving. Oh yeah, and their website has the wrong addresses and doesn't list their hours. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! read more

I went to Color Copy today to print out copies of my flyers. Honestly, I almost did not consider Color Copy when I was looking around for an affordable printing company that is relatively close by. Actually, I was going to go to another place that had really good reviews. But the place charged waaaay more for a simple letter size flyer. I was pressed for time and I really did not want to go far, so I gave Color Copy a try despite the rating. I think I got rather lucky going to Color Copy. Now, the place is pretty small, but the people there are pretty nice and one of the guys, David gave me a nice price for the amount of printouts I requested. I literally was there for MAYBE 15 minutes, and was out without any issues. As far as I'm concerned, this place is not bad. I think the only problem you may have is parking. You will have to go in the back, through a tiny alleyway to find a spot. read more

I used to rely on them, because of the price, yes they are cheap. My last visit was a little frustrating, they have a guy that is eager to learn Spanish and while he tries to practice with you, he doesn't realize you are on the go, I been considerate and polite but enough is enough. Then I had some flyers and papers to print out and I really didn't have a problem with them having lunch, but at least they have to close the business or let some one in charge, my papers were due in a few hours and he told me with a very dandy attitude: "I will not print them right now, don't you see I am eating, come back in a few hours if you want". I decided right then and there not to ever come back, can't deal with that attitude. there is a shop down the street on Olympic and Hill, they are quite affordable and super nice, they gave me a great price and I will definitely come back there, sorry color & copy, you are not all that and a bag of chips. Very good. I had to print 500 pages, and it was done fast and for four cents a page. There is parking for free in the back for 15 minutes. But call and ask them about that before you do it. Not really an obvious spot. Highly recommend, and will use again! read more
